The associate who handled my service was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the treatments and answered all my questions, making me feel confident in the care my plants were receiving. I had some weeds coming in and asked about them Trugreen came out in 2 days and took care of the. They also did overseeding and applied fertilizer for free. Very happy with their services. Thanks

The technician arrived in a timely manner, he let me know what he was going to do, and he did the service in an a accurate and expedient manner. I'm confident that Tru Green will have our yeard looking awesome very soon.

We came home to a unrequested treatment on our lawn and fertilizer spilled all over the street in front of our house. There was a tag from this company but the customer service number couldn’t tell us what was put on our lawn and the local office was closed despite calling 2 hours after our camera picked up the activity.

Fantastic service, a homeowners (almost) all in one solution. If they offered landscaping (mowing, weeding, gardening) they would be doing that too!

I have them control my pest, and my grass, shrubs and trees health.

The pest control is inexpensive, compared to my other pest provider I was using ($250 a month) and they do the exact same thing!

Overall I’m paying less per year for all the services combined than I was just paying for bug control elsewhere.

I had TruGeen perform my aeration and overseed. This work was performed by the same person who did it last year. I appreciate the continuity of maintaining the same crew. Everett G is hands-down the best customer service representative I have ever met. From start to finish, he was kind, considerate, and incredibly attentive. He took the time to listen, understood my needs immediately, and worked hard to make sure everything was handled perfectly.

We received a quote for lawn services. I called to get clarification what they would be doing and the area they would be covering. I went over what I was wanting they said there was a error and lowered the price with out me even asking. I decided to go with their services. Once they arrived to do the work they are only covered part of what I wanted done. I feel like they lowered the price to get the job and then aren't doing want I wanted to begin with. They have made a few visits now still not doing all the area I want covered and they never show up when they say they will. Most every visit gets rescheduled you can not rely on them to do what they say.

UPDATE: I called to cancel on August 16th any upcoming services and even have a cancellation # and I’ve been receiving phone calls since then stating a technician will be at my property to perform a scheduled service. Why can’t TruGreen get their act together. I canceled because I DO NOT want TruGreen to further ruin my landscape or charge me for a service they didn’t complete. Horrible service and I still do not recommend TruGreen if you want a healthy lawn. I have brown patches from over fertilizing (twice in a month and dropping heavy amounts in areas that I have dead patches and now dirt)in the 85-90 degrees heat and they never came to do weed treatment that was also included in my “TrueHealth” plan. They will tell you to call and they will have someone come back to either do an assessment or apply an application that wasn’t done but no one comes out or they send someone to apply the same thing they already done, in my case it was always fertilizers so now my lawns have brown patches and weeds
I’m beyond frustrated with this company!!

I’ve had TrueGreen since 2018 after having issues with another company and up to 2020 I’ve been happy with the results. My lawns were inundated with moss and weeds and brown spots and with the Truehealth services treatment services my lawns looked beautiful. I have three other services added which are tree and shrub, mosquito and grub control. In 2021 I started having issues with the technicians not coming to do the applications or not doing the total areas I contracted with TrueGreen to do so weeds started popping up and I was getting billed for services never completed. One of the technicians dropped a bunch of Lyme in an area and didn’t try to clean up. I called to cancel and I was talked out of canceling and I gave them another chance.
Now it’s August and January of this year (2022), I’ve supposed to had tree and shrub service performed at least 3 times and NOTHING. I’m supposed to have 3 treatments mosquito spraying and only received one and they kept sending someone out to do fertilizer treatment but don’t have anyone trained to do the weeding part so I’ve been paying just for fertilizer which weed and fertilizer treatment is included in the TrueHealth service that I’ve been paying for. Moreover, the technician that came out to do July treatment dropped a huge amount of fertilizer in a corner area and burned my lawn then they sent someone back to add a product called Revive and that made the area worse so now I have a huge patch of dirt where my nice green lawn used to be. I tried canceling again and spoke with a regional manager telling me they’d escalate it and send the area manager out to evaluate so I stuck with TrueGreen yet, once more. Instead of sending a manager they sent someone out to perform ANOTHER FERTILIZER so I’ve had 3 fertilizer treatment in 3 weeks and NO WEED CONTROL. The area manager Ken called and assured me he’d not only send someone out to do the weed treatment but he sent someone out (Chris) to take pictures instead. Last week got notifications in the app that someone would come out to perform my TruHealth service AGAIN and I called to make sure it was for the weeding treatment and Ken assured me it was and wouldn’t you know it, Chris was back to perform a fertilizer treatment.
In the past year and half, the services with TrueGreen have drastically gone down hill. I’ve had to deal with no-shows, over fertilization causing burn patches, no mosquito control, no weed control so my lawns are once again consumed with weeds and had I caught the fact that o one was doing the weed control along with the fertilizer I’d had gotten control before they took over again. I’m so sad that I have had to cancel but I’m frustrated with the way they’ve been doing business. I will not recommend using TrueGreen and finding another service or will end up just doing everything myself and will save me the frustration and the money.

TruGreen is a terrific company; they are very knowledgeable, work independently and have turned my yard around from dead and full of weeds and a nightmare after having a pool to a luxurious green expanse. I couldn't ask for better service or results. TruGreen rocks.

TruGreen has been caring for my lawn for just a few months. When I moved in during the spring, the weeds were taking over and the lawn honestly looked dead. Now, even after a hot summer, the grass is looking great!

Staff does a good job. He announced his arrival and that he was doing
moss control and he checked in with me when he left. It appeared that he applied the moss control
throughout the whole yard. i find the service very reliable.!The yard looks

After my husband died, I had to take over all the lawn care. I already do the flower beds and pots, so adding the grass duty was just too much. I hired mowers, but they only mow, and I didn't think they were experts in the fertilizer department. The grass still wasn't looking good so I called TruGreen. Within a few months, my grass was looking sooo much better. Today, after one year of using them, my lawn looks lush and green. I love grass and I know my generation will probably be the last to have lawns, so I treasure what I have. My lawn is the envy of the neighborhood.

Kyle the salesman for TruGreen is very professional and helpful. Joseph my lawn specialist and Henry my shrub specialist were very professional and helpful. They both pointed out problems in my yard and suggested solutions. Both were very friendly. I would recommend to anyone for service to improve your yard.

After more than two years and over $1,000 spent on TruGreen in an effort to enhance the appearance of my lawn, I have reached my limit. They have effectively damaged my lawn, which is not particularly large. I attempted to cancel their services, and they assured me that someone would be dispatched to assess my lawn. However, it has now been two and a half weeks, and no one has come. On one occasion, I noticed an individual in a TruGreen truck inspecting my neighbor's yard across the street, which is not even a client of TruGreen. This company appears to be quite negligent. Furthermore, they fail to adequately inform you about the services they provide each month. I am extremely disappointed that I invested so much money in a company that has ultimately harmed my lawn. They also had something spill and my side of my house now has grass growing..

I got my service today from Tru Green‘s Joshua Rama doorbell. We chatted a little bit about what he was gonna do some fertilizer and iron for Moss. Great guy. Hope he’s the one that keeps coming out. Gotta steal a couple beer spots. I’m trying to figure out what to do hopefully when it gets warmer, we’ll see you More results. Thanks Joshua. Appreciate it. Good job

Our business hauled multiple loads of stumps and slash from a nearby property and was very impressed with the service and prices. We will continue to use Woodland Industries in the future!

My wife called Woodland for a bid to remove our 130' fir tree and stump. The sales man quoted $3800!! And then called my poor wife everyday for a week! We called Canzler Tree service, Tacoma WA. They did the same!e job for only $500! In my opinion Woodland is unprofessional and unethical. Sorry Woodland you should not have harassed my wife. Thank You Brian

I taught their CPR and First Aid class today and their owner Lee and his employees were great! They were a great team and worked well together. Make sure to call Lee with any tree or yard removal issues. They truly care and their employees are awesome!
