Hayes Heating and Cooling

I have a 30+ year old oil heater that stopped producing heat almost 2 years ago. The several companies I called could not isolate the problem. The technician was very knowledgeable even though he was relatively young. He spent the time to isolate the problem and verified everything else in the system was operating before he left. Well worth the money spent.

Service is everything. And I am pretty sure that the Hayes team could teach classes on A+ service. I worked with, or talked to, five members of the Hayes team over the course of a week and every one​ of them delivered​ a way above average experience. Briefly, my 16-year-old​ furnace gave up on a Saturday night. The service tech talked me through all my options​-in clear language-and, ​we agreed a new furnace was the right choice. There was no hard sell and no upsell​, the tech even insisted I consider my choices overnight​. A few days later, a new furnace installed. And me very happy and warm. Thank you, ​Kirton and the whole team at Hayes. I will never use anyone else for my heating/hot water needs.

My Heat Pump mini split and ducted air handler installation was completed yesterday. It was a big job done professional and well by Curtan, Will, Tyler, and another unnamed tech. Curtan was the tech who also did my initial quote. I want to point out the reason I chose Hayes was complete itemize transparency on the quote I agreed to and the value received. This sets Hayes apart from the competition because most HVAC companies will pull price without explanation on one line item which tells you nothing other than total cost but not how it was derived. Hayes also cleans up their job site when complete and left me with extensive knowledge of my Heat Pump system.
