I called this place thinking that they would be helpful... well the receptionist wasn't helpful & was very quick to tell me that they only take bids that are at least $5K & above.. (her tone on the phone was rude) & proceeded to tell me she'll pass on my info for an "Estimator" to call me back! Well No one called me back and I'm glad they didn't! I found some one else better.. and Yes my bid was over $5K! I guess there ARE jobs too small for this vendor - Business Rule# 1.. don't always judge a book by it's cover!

Both brothers came out to my house. One to give me a quote on the yard clean up. The other on the lighting I wanted to have installed. Both were such very nice people & I was excited to work with them, but neither one every followed up with a quote. I even called the office again and asked if they wanted my business because I still did not have a quote. They apologized up and down, but again, no quote. Not good at all when running a business!

Very pleased with the work these guys do! We had a complete renovation of our front and back yard along with a sprinkler system and they completed the job in a little over a week and a half, where my husband and I would have been working for months! Very happy with the result and will recommend them for any landscaping need!

Our small HOA complex in Old Town Tacoma, WA, retained Nasim & Sons Landscape to undertake an extensive demo of decades-old existing trees (dying), bushes, shrubs and ivy and create for us a contemporary landscape. Nawir Nasim, the company owner, assisted us with design ideas during the process. Nasim & Sons worked VERY hard and in a week had given us amazing views off our decks of paper bark Maples, burning bushes, strawberry trees (bush-like), columnar barberry bushes, grasses, ground covers and a sterling dry creek bed. In addition, they constructed two retaining walls and installed an updated, water efficient sprinkler system - all for a quite reasonable price. Nawir was always easy to contact, responded quickly to my calls and was on-site each day for daily updates. You will not do better than Nasim & Sons if you are looking for a landscape design/implementation contractor.

It started well with this company. They came out to discuss project and said they could even start in a few weeks since it was a 2 day job. I waited for a quote .. and waited. No response after a few weeks so emailed Nasim. Still nothing. I called the secretary and she said she'd have Nasim call me and nothing. It's been a couple months now. Perhaps the project was too small for this company. That's fine just let me know.

In late 2019 members of our HOA Board met with Nasim & Sons owners and staff. Our community is located in Gig Harbor and has a total of 172 homes. The HOA is responsible for maintaining the landscaping of the entire community. This includes individual lawns, common areas, irrigation system, shrubbery, trees, etc.

During our initial visit the Nasim staff hosted a tour of several of the current properties they were currently maintaining. Some were smaller and others much larger. It became quite apparent to us that they absolutely definitely knew what they were doing!

Long story short. They have exceeded our expectations and continue to consistently work their magic during each and every visit.

We had the team come out to do a full yard clean up. Cut trees, stake trees, powerwash retaining walls and clear many flowerbeds and trim all bushes. We were EXTREMELY pleased with their service and professionalism. They were out quickly for a quote and was able to do the work right away. Five Stars for customer service from start of finish! I was also impressed how well they cleaned up after all the work was done. A great crew and looking forward to having them out again soon for landscape lighting and other yard projects!

I have called on Nasim & Sons several times over the years to transform my yards. Niwar and his team members are responsive, fair and and add value to my yard. They make your yard a true outdoor living space.

I’d like to retract a review i left on 2/21. The owner of the company Mr. Nasim called me and personally apologized for how the ball had been dropped, on their part. We had a great conversation and the owner seemed to genuinely care and i really appreciated his concern. Id give this company another shot any day!

Niwar Nasim of Nasim and Sons is wonderful!! He save my sons 5th birthday party. My family and I had purchased some playground wood chips from a supply company. They were terrible!! They had wood staples throughout them and were hazardous for our children. The company would not come back and pick them up, and since we don't have a truck big enough to haul them, we didn't know how we were going to be able to remove them in time. Niwar came to the rescue!!! He showed up the morning of the party with a truck to haul away the awful wood chips. Even though it was last minute and there were many other jobs to do, he took the time and assisted my husband in loading all the old wood chips into the truck, and took them back to the company so we could get a refund. What a wonderful person and company!!! We could not have been happier with the customer service displayed. Will definitely be using Nasim and Sons in our future!!!

Very friendly over the phone but due to a lack of response to three emails and not following through on getting me the discussed proposal despite two phone calls over a three week period I can only rate them at one star. Kindness over the phone does not make for good service if you cannot rely on them to actually follow through with a simple proposal. I needed up going with a different company that had my project completed within a week of contacting them and they were highly rated a number of sites. Will not be calling or recommending Nasim and Sons to anyone as cannot trust them to even get back to you.

we had a major project that required a great deal of pre-planning, orchestration of equipment, material and manpower. We selected Nasim and Sons to undertake this project and our decision could not have made us happier. these folks were prompt, clean and efficient. they seemed to work hard at respecting the integrity of our property as the work was done with very little impact on our yard, sidewalk and privacy. the finished product is worthy of Sunset magazine and has become the pride of our home and neighborhood. it is, honestly, a work of art. these people are absolutely the cream of the crop in their industry and I recommend them as highly as I can. you will make a mistake if you do not consider them.

It has been a pleasure working with Nasim. Christian, Jose, and Ernesto came in and transformed a large property that was neglected by our previous contractor. I look forward to working with them for years to come.

They did an awesome job on my yard they came and gave me a idea when I wasn’t sure what I could do with the yard. They went above and beyond. They were in and out in 2 days and cleaned up every day when they were done and! Totally transformed my lawn. Even called them a couple days later with some questions and he took the time to help me. Got a couple other estimates. Great price for all the work they did. I could’ve done it myself and it would’ve taken months. But they did it incredibly fast. Would definitely recommend them. And I would use them every time.

We have a very large backyard that wasn’t completed when we built our home over 2 years ago. After interviewing a few different companies, we met with Niwar, reviewed our needs, wants and concerns and we’re met with one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They completed the project on time and did exactly what they said they would, with exceptional service and attention to detail. He and his crew were on time and worked hard every day, during the whole 3 week job.

Our project included 330 square feet of new retaining wall, drain rock planter beds around the perimeter of our yard, regrading of the whole yard, 140 yards of new topsoil, hydro seeding, a fire pit seating area, irrigation system install and LED lighting.

I can not speak highly enough of Niwar, his crew and company. I would very highly recommend Nasim and Sons for anyone looking for a landscaper.

Nasim and Sons installed a needed irrigation system for both my front and back yards. The crew was professional and courteous and left all the work areas looking great. The lead, one of the owners, did well keeping me informed and giving me education on all the components of the system. It is a solid customized system with the ability to expand as my needs change. I hired Nasim and Sons to install a rock retaining wall and replace a walkway in my front yard. They did an excellent job. Niwar is very responsive and was able to meet with me an put together a bid right away. Their prices are very fair and work was begun and completed very promptly. The whole project was done with in a week. The finihsed product looks excellent! It came out even better than I had hoped and we couldn't be happier. I highly reccomend using them for your next project.

If you're looking for quality people, excellent customer service, & extraordinary results - Nasim & Sons is THE place in the landscaping industry. I contacted Niwar after my previous landscapers infested our lawn with disease and killed our plants. Niwar not only helped renovate our lawn but also provided his expertise on improving our existing irrigation system, and the longevity of our lawn, plants, & trees. He took the time to provide a detailed itemized estimate so we could pick and choose what we wanted to do ourselves and what we needed assistance with.

His entire staff (Mandi, Wilson, Ernesto, and everyone) all go above and beyond- they don't cut corners and ensure quality in their work. They even worked on their days off to make sure the job was done on time. They don't waste your time or change estimated prices if there was a shortfall they didn't anticipate. The company strives for perfection and would rather have the job done right the first time around so you don't have to worry about fixing it later.

My husband and I would recommend them to anyone looking for anything from a simple lawn maintenance or an intricate landscape project. We did both -You won't be disappointed.
