Another project completed by Archterra! As usual, we are very pleased with the final results. We are already looking forward to this coming spring and know that we will not need to research the best company to complete our next project ... we already know that we are one phone call away from having Archterra add us to their schedule. It goes without saying that we are happy to recommend them to anyone who is serious about improving their property.

Well, we finally decided to take the plunge this summer and do an “extreme makeover” to our backyard! We had a few companies come out to bid and see what they could offer us and our vision.

We immediately chose the Archterra Landscape Services, LLC team to complete our dream back yard. From beginning and redesign and changes to additions and to the final result we had an amazing experience. They were patient with us, the crews were fast, clean and respectful to our busy lives.

We got a beautiful fire pit with lighting! We got the beginning of a corner relaxation/seating area that we plan on finishing with the Archterra team next season when we can get some decorative trees and plants.

New sod, privacy trees and a huge concrete patio addition. But one of the coolest custom pieces and I think a first for them, our cornhole board paver players boxes!!! Pretty sure we’re the one and only to have these? At least so far..

All said and done it was well worth the price and it took a fraction of the time we thought. We highly recommend Archterra Landscape Services LLC.

Waiting over 2 weeks for a quote, called back today after about 2 weeks to check on a appointment for a quote. I was told they were still trying rlto set a appointment? No thanks, no bid in 2 weeks!!! We will be hiring new dimensions

We had Archterra install block pavers and a new fire pit in our back yard. Once the details were communicated the grass section was removed, crushed rock was used to level the area and direct water flow and the crushed rock was then compacted. The pavers were then installed making sure the edges met square and level. The hole for the fire pit was cut and blocks were installed. A dark brick boarder accented the finished job.
The workers were on time each morning, were very polite and listened to our concerns. the project turned out beautifully. It really adds to the relaxing atmosphere of our back yard.
We are very happy with the results.

We used Archterra for a few projects. We needed a retaining wall replacement, paver patio and then a path of pavers along the side of the house. They also put in some plants and new sod. Our place needed overhaul to look nice and be functional.

They do quality work and are professional. We like working with Rob and highly recommend them.

Well I just want to shout out for excellent customer service. Archterra Landscape Service put in our original landscape in 2019. Part of the project was artificial turf installation. We had some settling and repairs that needed to happen and after all this time they showed up and brought it back to its original layout. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them if I have another project.

From start to finish, Archterra was wonderful. The communication from the office in regard to our project and scheduling was excellet. The crew was exceptional! They were kind, professional and very skilled at their craft. We are looking forward to working with Archterra again for future projects.

My project wasn't remotely the largest based on some of the pictures I've seen but I was treated with the utmost concern and care. We hired Archterra to build a large and a small retaining walls, as well as re-do our landscaping. We had a great experience and would re-hire them for future projects.

Scheduling:
I really appreciated the approach to scheduling that Archterra takes. We initially reached out in mid-May and were scheduled for a consultation in early August. While this seemed a bit frustrating at first, I came to really appreciate this. Archterra scheduled the consultation for when they would actually be able to get us on the schedule for the project within a few weeks. We found that other companies we started talking to in May scheduled consultations within a few days of the initial contact and their strategy was to get customers under contract ASAP, but not schedule work for several months out.

Project Management/Designer:
Jeff was our project manager. The amount of communication was balanced, he didn't under communicate and also didn't unnecessarily communicate. He really helped us to select a cost effective, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to maintain solution.

Work:
Victor was the on-site lead and primary worker for our project. He did a fantastic job! We were super impressed with how much he accomplished in a short amount of time and how great the final product looks.

Archeterra Landscaping was the right choice to update the landscape design and install pavers on both levels of our sloped back yard. Their workmanship is exceptional, and their entire team is top notich including their highly skilled landscape technicians. Beyond that, their service after the sale is where they really shine. We had a small warranty issue, and they handled it promptly and with care, ensuring everything was resolved to our complete satisfaction. It's rare to find a company that delivers quality and stands by their work after the job is done. We couldn't be happier with the results and the experience. The Best!!! Rob, one of the owners, came out and I kinda told him what I wanted. He took that and made my vision even better. From the very start we never had a problem with anything. The workers amazed me on their work ethic and the attention they put into every detail. The walls, patio and turf were always leveled to perfection. Not once did I see the workers screwing around or not caring. Told Rob many times how amazed I was with him and all the employees. You what you pay for and this was worth every penny.
