I'm so thankful for Sunrise Energy System's excellent service and honest diagnosis. I have 20 years old furnace, so I thought it's a good time to check it out. I called one company for tune-up, and the technician said that my furnace has several creaks. I almost purchased a new $14,000 furnace. Thankfully, I asked for a second opinion on that. The technicians from Sunrise Energy came and checked and said there's no damage found, no cracks, nothing! My furnace works fine, and I'm so happy to have heat back. Thank you again, Sunrise Energy!

Be wary when looking to these guys for home solutions:

I had a roofing salesman evaluate my needs. His price came in $5000 higher than any of the six other roofing contractors I had bid the job. Part of his pitch included the woes of using unscrupulous contractors whom you pay a down-payment and then never show or the underinsured who rely on your homeowners insurance to pay for their employees' accidents. Scare tactics aside, I guess the extra $5000 buys you piece of mind.

One year later, I forgot my own advice and invited Home Depot in to discuss a cabinet project. As soon as the gentleman began his sales pitch it reminded me of the several reasons I should not have requested the quote. I cautioned him several times to stop employing the scare tactics, which he denied he was using, and then proceeded to throw more at me.

I had to asked him to leave.

In retrospect, I am not sure which of us is crazy.

Did an awesome job they really took care of our house and didn't leave a trace of garbage behind. I would definitely refer them to friends and family.

Stop your search for a trustworthy home services small/local business… because you have found it! Words are insufficient to capture our gratitude for Elevation Home Services, and particularly for Beau, the owner. Our furnace went out just 3 months after purchasing our house and just as winter hit. I submitted a panicked message asking for a diagnostic visit and not only did Beau respond literally within minutes, he was at my house within the hour. Everyone else wanted me to call in an emergency or after-hours call ($$$) and otherwise weren’t available for days or weeks. He presented all of our options and was completely honest that the $1k repair option couldn’t be guaranteed because of the age of our furnace (turned out to be 33 years old!). We opted for a full replacement and Beau even researched the energy efficiency rebate through PSE and made sure the our invoice had all the necessary information reflected. HERE’S WHERE IT GETS EVEN BETTER. While we waited for the unit to come in (high quality Lennox unit), he did some tweaking and got our old furnace working again in the meantime. While working on it, he noticed our water heater (which wasn’t even part of the conversation!) wasn’t connected properly to the metal tubing and immediately fixed that too (at no cost!)! He also taught me how to clean it out myself to prolong its life. WAIT IT GETS BETTER. One day after he did the tweak to get it working until our new unit came in, it failed again and our house started getting cold fast. I texted him *on a Friday evening* to tell him so, and he FaceTimed me and walked me through some troubleshooting… and got it working again!! This was above and beyond!! The initial diagnostic fee was even waived/applied to our total and we were offered 2 financing options, one of which didn’t even have any interest or fees for a whole year. The technician that helped do the unit replacement was TOP NOTCH, had 30 years of experience, and was even teaching an apprentice. Without hesitation, I absolutely plan to hire Elevation Home Services again for everything we can! Thank you thank you Beau!!!!

They were amazing. They did our Patrick insulation. They were quick to quote and schedule. They did it really fast and we got a cool thank you gift. I’d add a photo but don’t feel like climbing into the attic. Will be getting a quote soon for foundation sealing

No show, no call! Can not talk to the office only a call center no where near here. Felt sketchy on the phone

No call no shows twice on top of having to deal with the initial schedule set up was already bad. They gave the first date and then the day of they texted us to “reschedule” with no apology or even explanation. Then the next 2 following reschedules I have had to be the one to initiate and neither dates no one contacted me for any communication. Spoke to about 3 reps and only one of them was kind of understanding. Bad service overall.

I have 2 new Trane systems installed and I have had a few minor warranty issues with them. This firm has done everything in a timely manner to fix the issues I have had. The technicians have been super professional and I am thankful to have them service my heat pumps.

My first encounter with Lewis Heating & Air Conditioning was a very good one. I called for an emergency repair and was given an appointment the next day. The specialist, Levi, arrived promptly and replaced the broken part in less than one hour. He has a pleasant nature, polished and skilled!!

They were done in one day and they left no mess behind.The entire process went smoothly.They were very professional and knowledgeable.Their charges were also very fair. It was amazing the amount of work it took to install it and it was done in 2 days. They also replaced my furnace. I was very happy with everything. I became aware of Central Aire via my home warranty carrier, American Home Shield. My A/C went out on June 4th. AHS assigned my call to Central. Sheila, owner's wife, contacted me the next business day. Tech was assigned and came out as scheduled next day. Initially diagnosed as start/run capacitor but further inspection revealed compressor was dying. They notified AHS, AHS approved all work and job was scheduled just in time to beat predicted So-Cal heatwave. Part was ordered and arrived in 3 days. Bill the owner arrived next day after they received new compressor and he and his helper, Zack, had me up and running in an hour after they started job. Kudos to Ed, the first tech who visited, Bill and Zack for good work and friendliness. Sheila also worked with AHS to insure my coverage was properly handled. All in all a great experience with an honest , dedicated group of professionals. I highly recommend Central Aire!

Huge thanks to MaclaF Heating and Cooling for fixing my furnace. At first I called another company and an AI robot answered the phone. Honestly, that immediately turned me off, so I hung up and called MaclaF instead. A real person picked up the phone and scheduled a service visit right away.
The technician came out, did a full diagnostic of my gas furnace and found that the gas pressure was set incorrectly. We also discovered that my temperature sensor had failed, which is why the blower was just running and pushing air without producing heat. On top of that, my air filters were extremely clogged.

He explained everything clearly, showed me how often the filters should be replaced, and gave me some great maintenance tips to keep the system running properly. I really appreciate the honest service and professionalism. I’ll definitely be calling MaclaF Heating and Cooling again in the future. 👏💯

I would absolutely recommend MaclaF for any HVAC needs. We had a new HVAC system that was installed by another vendor, but was problematic from the start. After months of issues and problems, we ultimately turned to MaclaF to help fix the issues. Dima was on-time, communicative, and reliable. When looking over the system, he was pro-active with advice and suggestions on improvements, and dedicated with his time. Questions were answered quickly, and estimates were realistic and consistent. MaclaF did great work and we will definitely use them again for any HVAC needs.
