First of all, I want to say to get seen with an appointment the same day is a miracle and Sam got to my house in less than 2 hrs from our phone conversation. Sam and his son were very professional and courteous, Sam explained to me what my issue was and what needed to be done to fix that issue . They were respectful of my home and did a quality job in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this company.

The guys were efficient and competent. They gave me options on how they would be doing their work. When difficult issues were encountered, they thought through the process and resolved them. Would highly recommend again.

Sam at Sun View Electric came out to view our current set up and provide an estimate for a new heat pump installation. The pricing was competitive and we opted for the top end unit. Sam and the installation crew arrived on time and performed the installation on time, including removal of the old unit and testing of heating and cooling modes. The installation crew took the time to walk through the main components of the unit, operation of the new thermostat controls, and the filter location. Everyone on the team was professional and friendly. Excellent service overall!

What started out as a vision for VISION…Turned out to be yet another dream come true in my journey of building a home. Recessed Lighting was what I was going for. Me, being extremely thorough requested bids from 5 local electric companies to educate myself so I could become confident in my decision/investment.
The cost varied tremendous and so did the scope of work! Truly, out of all 5 companies, Sun View Electric (Sam) stood out as a true leader in his still/trade. All of the other companies required moderate to MASSIVE drywall repair. From over a dozen holes, to major swaths in my walls and ceilings. The moment Sam walked he was extremely professional and kind. However, it was his confidence and ability to provide MANY different options (all seemingly non-invasive).
Most of the other companies seemed to show up with either a don’t care attitude, or expressed confusion on what it was that I was asking. This job seemed like a large and complex one to most of them. Sam was truly confident right off the bat. He showed up on time and with a great attitude. Before the day was over, and with his expert service, I have a home that is now much lighter than ever before. One of the best parts, other than the finished product…There are two MINOR holes that I can patch on my own, and one hole covered by a plate on the outside of the house. NO BiG Holes, and NO additional cost to hire a drywall repair company!

Sam does great, high quality work. I have had him do a couple of projects in the past--under cabinet lighting, adding an electric socket, hanging some decorative lighting--and I have enjoyed his work for the last few years. I asked him to replace some can lighting, a noisy bathroom fan and several smoke alarms. He and Anthony were professional, quick and very respectful, and he is very open to answering even the simplest questions with respect. I really appreciate that! He does great work!

Sam came to install new can lights in my home and he did a fabulous job!! We can now see in a room that didn’t have lights before. He also provided some input on the kitchen remodel I’m doing. I’m having him return to do a few more projects after my new kitchen is in. He’s very personable, works fast, takes care to cover things that may get dusty with the work, cleans up and he is very pleasant to work with. I think he’ll be my electrician for life!! We are planning on putting in a hot tub next year (shhhh, I haven’t told him about that work yet) but I highly recommend him. I deal with a lot of different vendors for my profession and if I could use Sam on the commercial side I would. He’s a great guy and great to work with!!

I have to also note that he didn’t just install can lights but also installed two outlets one for my new buffet area of my kitchen and one for my garbage disposal!!

Started having some lighting issues all of the sudden on one circuit in my house. The problem was diagnosed and corrected. I’m a repeat customer and will call on Sam in the future.

I had a 220 outlet installed in my garage by Sun View Electric/Samuel for my electric car. I was able to send a few pictures of my breaker/install location, receive a quote, and set up the install date in a few minutes.

Rather than using metal conduit - Samuel offered to go through the attic to make the install look cleaner at (no additional cost). Samuel said if it was his garage this is what he would want done. I could really tell he cared about the quality of the work he was doing. We just bought our first house and this was awesome to hear.

During the install, Samuel took the time to explain a few things to me. This was much appreciated. The install was completed and looks extremely professional! They cleaned up and left no trace. I highly recommend Sun View Electric for anyone needing electrical work.

The two men were very professional and took care to not damage floors or carpets when they came into the house. The work was done per their estimate and very timely.
