Brilliantly Clean is my go-to for home cleaning help. In the past, I have used other companies but none has given me top notch cleaning and customer support of Brilliantly Clean. Their work is thorough, staff is friendly, and they even put new liners in my bedroom and bathroom garbage cans! My floors are shiny when they leave, bathrooms sparkle. When I call the company, a real person answers every time, one who cares about the reason I’m calling. I am so glad to have found this company. Prices are reasonable, employees are reliable, customer service is excellent! I am sold! I highly recommend this company. Heidi B

This review is long overdue, but I believe it’s never too late to give credit where it’s due. Brilliantly Clean is such an amazing company to work with. It’s truly refreshing to work with a business where the owner is just as passionate and caring as the entire staff. We have relied on this company for years, and when it comes to cleaning our home, there’s simply the best. Initially, we were hesitant about bringing in a cleaning service, as reviews can be a mix of good and bad. However, everything we’ve read about Brilliantly clean gave us faith and it's has been nothing but positive—and rightfully so. Their team is exceptionally skilled, fast, and efficient, and every individual we've encountered has been professional, kind, and dedicated to their work. This company has set the bar high, and we couldn't be more grateful for their exceptional service!

My favorite day of the month is house cleaning day! I don’t know what Alyssa does to get my shower so clean, but WOW… she is amazing and consistent every single time. I almost cried when I got home seeing how clean my house was. All the staff are so so great but Alyssa is truly my #1! Her and Hannah did an absolute amazing job this month. Thank you so much!

No complaints with any of the cleaners we’ve had come to the house in Buckley. They’ve all done a good job and have been nice. Really happy I switched to Brillantly.

I am human and can understand that accidents happen but I would not recommend this cleaning service after using them for the first time last month. The clean itself was good, other than the team missing cleaning an entire room of the house. On top of this, the way the situation was handled by management was very disappointing and shockingly confrontational. I was told that: upon speaking with the two cleaners, “they did in fact clean that room” when I had photo evidence that showed otherwise. They also tried to blame the layout of the room (washer and dryer being present) as the reason it was not cleaned due to staff instructed not to move appliances to clean underneath. After having limited time to scramble to clean the missed room ourselves, it doesn’t feel great to be told I was lying. After further reviewing the photos, they admitted to missing the room entirely and offered a measly $20 refund for the nearly $400 clean. I’m very dissatisfied with this service and don’t recommend it for anyone who wants a dependable clean.

I have been having Brilliantly Clean clean my house and my parents for several months and I am very happy with their services! They have been professional, respectful, great at communicating, and have done a thorough job!

Corey was awesome! We needed a complete bathroom remodel (new toilet, sink, medicine cabinet, light fixture, flooring, and a swap from tub to walk in shower). Prompt communication, great price, always willing to answer any of our questions. They were respectful of our home; laid dropcloths down to protect our floors and left the work area clean when they left each day, which we appreciated. We love our new bathroom 😊 Would definitely recommend Longevity Homes
