We had Matt come out to troubleshoot a commercial sewer lift station where the controller had been “altered” by previous company, after a mis-diagnosis. The building was in a flooded state, after previous company left the system inoperable. Matt was able to quickly diagnose the problem, make the corrections to the control panel to get it functioning, and get us back in service quickly. He also gave us recommendations on a new panel replacement that would meet the criteria needed for the sewer lift station, and gave us a thorough assessment of the lift station overall.

Highly recommend! I had an issue with sewage backing up through my shower and tub drains. They were able to squeeze me in same day, the technician was very friendly and helpful and he was able to get the issue resolved quickly! I can't thank them enough and will definitely be calling again the next time I need any work done on my septic.

I was warned by multiple people (many of them real estate agents) not to use this company and that they're alarmists, but like a dummy I went ahead and used them anyway and boy am regretting it. Not only did I end up paying $800 more than what I was quoted but the guys came out and, acted like the sky was falling the entire time. They called out every little thing from a missing cover to one of the drainfield ends with blackberry bushes covering the last few feet of one of the drainfield pipes. All while trying to upsell me on everything the whole time saying they can fix it all for additional fees. He couldn’t walk the last few feet of my drain field and marked it as a deficiency and then tried to upsell his company to come back out and clear the bush so he could "walk" the entire system. All of it got fixed and repaired, and the system was fully functional afterwards yet they still ended up sending a report to the health department, noting that it was deficient. This is after everything was repaired. If you’re just trying to get your septic tank pumped, that’s a simple job and they can do that. But if you’re going to be selling your house and need your septic system inspected for the sale do not use this company.
I'm speaking from experience being a home inspector myself, and my wife a real estate agent so all of this info will be getting back to our offices and as far as I'm concerned blacklisted.

We had to throw your report out because it caused too many issues with the sale due to your lack of willingness to properly communicate with your client. After paying Bumble Bee to come out and inaccurately read septic drawings (turns out there was no line under blackberry bushes) and noting deficiencies when there was none we had to go with a different septic company to come out and properly conduct the septic inspection. No issues were noted on that report and all paperwork was submitted to the health department with no hiccups resulting in the sale of the home no thanks to Bumble Bee. No repairs had to be made and the system was functioning as intended.
Selling a home is very stressful and using Bumble Bee added to that stress. At the end of the day Bubble Bee charged me $1,900 dollars to pump my tank.. That's it.

Incredibly fast. Not a single up-sell attempt . . . I especially appreciate that. No extra "single use" material fees - was charged once by another company for them using MY WATER to hose down the risers!?
3 year inspection and 1 new lid - maybe 45 minutes. Passing a recommendation to my HOA.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We initially called to get services done by Bumblebee so they scheduled the service for the following week. On the day they were supposed to come, they didn't show up. They called and said their truck broke down and it needs servicing. They moved the service to the following week. One delay could happen, so we agreed.

On the day they were supposed to come the following week (now over 2 weeks out from the original day of scheduling), they didn't show up. They called saying their truck is still in service (couldn't they call earlier, before the appointment time?). They asked to move the service yet another week, making it a total of a 3-week delay from the original inquiry. We ended up cancelling and moved on to a company that will actually provide the service they advertise.

Dylan "Chad" came out on Thanksgiving eve to help with the issue that my septic was backing up into my home. I had out of state family staying with us for the holiday and a septic block was a HUGE issue. Dylan worked too remove the block even when it became dark out. He continued working until the issue was resolved. This company has my loyalty and appreciation! As a real estate broker, I work with a lot of septic companies and Bumblebee will always be my first option from this point forward... Thank you Chad you are the best

Bumblebee Services did an awesome job of solving the complex issues of my 52 year old septic system failure. Matt and his crew were outstanding and hardworking. It was impressive how they formulated a plan to revive my outdated system. From installing a new electric panel, to a new pump and hydro jetting my clogged drain field, they were professional and explained everything at every step. Thank you Matt for being so kind. I would never ever recommend Matt or his company. He was used for a septic inspection and scammed us out of money, plus filed a report with the county that was inaccurate. We then had to pay for multiple other septic companies to come out, in order to prove our septic was fine to the buyers. Matt tried to falsify documents, in order to make money off of us.

Matt was referred to me by one of my friends. His crew did a great job replacing my septic tank lids and raising them up. They were on time and got the job done quickly. This is a great locally owned small business.

This company provided amazing customer service during a very stressful situation. Our toilets started bubbling and our shower backed up. We are on a septic system, but are fairly new owners and we had no idea where the septic tank was even located. We call Bumblebee and immediately connected with a real person instead of having to leave a voicemail and hope that someone returned the call. Sarah was kind and very efficient in setting up service for that day. Repairman arrived on time and worked in the pouring rain to find our tank and identify the problem. The next day 2 repair guys arrived on time and made the repair…..again in the rain. They thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done and were very upfront about estimated costs. Highly recommend Bumblebee for their top notch customer service and knowledgeable repair folks.

Professional & excellent service. I did not have an appointment, but when the driver/worker had completed the neighbors property, he came over and serviced my residence as well. Good/Fair Pricing - discount for military as well.

Excellent service! Matt and crew went the extra steps to take care of our septic system needs, in a very knowledgeable, timely and professional manner. This was also at a time when I was unavailable to be directly involved and had to place trust in them to independently get the job done on our behalf. Alright Matt, I'm sorry that I'm so late with this review. On December 19, 2023 after calling several other companies for a clogged drain. I called Bumblebee around 3pm to come out and see why my drains were backing up. They were on their way to another job and said that they could come out at 6pm. While they were at that job something went haywire at that job, and they called to tell me that they wouldn't be out until about 8:30pm. I appreciated the heads up phone call and waited. They showed up at 8:30pm and went right to work. They inspected the septic and found no problems at the septic and then inspected the plumbing and found some issues with the plumbing. They were very quick and very professional and very informative. I appreciated the communication to tell me that they were going to be late(because stuff does happen) and that they found the problem quickly. I would recommend Bumblebee to anyone and if I have any more problems I'm calling these guys. Good work guys. Bret

I met Mattew at a septic inspection at the beginning of November. Right from the start Matt seemed like a very knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly guy even though at the time Matt had been hired by the seller. As we got farther along into the inspection several things started to come up in the inspection that started to worry me. Matt in the meantime was explaining the whole process very thoroughly and even was very helpful with any questions we had. After we were more than half way into the inspection I asked Matt a question that would ultimately determine my decision on the house given what we had seen already. When asked the question Matt completely answered me with an unbiased, honest, and sincere answer and from that Moment I knew Matt was the kind of guy I would hire a in the future. Fast forwarding to the end of November on the week of thanksgiving I had family over for thanksgiving. My septic system alarm was going off and once again I reached out to Matt on a Sunday morning. Matt not only answered my phone call but he made time on a Sunday to come out and help me out with my septic problem. Matt fixed my septic system and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I was very impressed with his customer service and how he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care. I was very happy with his pricing, and services and how he not only cares but actually shows he cares of everyone of his clients. Service was provided within an hour from my call. It was well appreciated since my septic system was backing up in both of my bathrooms causing me significant problems. Service provided was stellar and much more informative than previous septic services. They let me know about my other tanks ( not informed before) and pumped these out as well. She knew exactly what I was talking about in regard to the financial assistance program and voucher with the county. I want to write about the most honest company I've hired for work. I'm moving and require septic cleaning and pumping as required, this is where the honestly comes in, I was quoted at $1,100 - $1,300, however, actual services rendered and bill was $695. You see, I would not have known either way what work was done or not, but what I do know is that I was not overcharged just because I didn't know any better and could not prove or not prove work completed. Bumblebee Services Inc.... I would recommend it to anyone any day, anytime.

Bumblebee plumbing is one of the nicest plumbing companies I have dealt with, and trust me over the years I have had my fair share of plumbing issues since we have a 1969 gravity septic system.

I called to have a full inspection done on our septic tank since we are rebuilding our garage that burnt down. To rebuild the county requires a septic inspection to get a builders permit. They came out just a few days after calling with their truck and inspected and let me know the tank was very full, which I kept telling my husband it needed to be pumped lol. So they asked if I would like it pumped while they were here and I said yes so they pumped it as well. The owner was the one who came and pumped and did inspection with his employee and he was so nice and professional. I also found out it was his wife who I spoke to on the phone to schedule and she was so nice every time I needed to call and ask a question.

This is a hard working and kind family owned business who I definitely recommend. Thank you guys for the excellent service, I will definitely be writing your name down in my homeowners book so I can refer back to you all.
