If you have a disaster happen in your home, large or small, these are the people you want on your side. Our particular disaster was discovering our full sized freezer had not turned back on three days after a power outage. We lost thousands of dollars of meat and the leakage not only was in the freezer room but had leaked under a wall and into our garage. From the first call two days ago to schedule someone to come and look at our issue to the team of Ninoska, Trenness, Katy, Darren, Eduardo, Erick and Arturo arriving this morning and taking care of everything quickly and efficiently, the whole experience has been pleasant and reassuring. Every team member was professional, courteous, helpful and showed genuine concern and care for the situation. I can’t say thank you enough.
SERVPRO of Puyallup/Sumner recently came out to remediate water damage in our basement bedroom. Abe was the priority responder/inspector that came out to asses the initial damage. Abe was on time and professional and was able to explain in detail how another company, who tried to remediate the water, made the problem worse by using consumer grade products and failing to control for temperature. Thanks to Abe’s years of experience and superior equipment, he also determined the other company failed to locate multiple spots that were still wet. The equipment and attention to detail gave me the confidence that SERVPRO was the right choice for the job. I then met with Mason, the production manager, who was able to facilitate timing and answer any questions I had. Because my wife and I are the tenants, we occupied a unique position in the situation and Mason was able to address our health and safety concerns while also addressing the needs of the landlord. My wife and I had to go out of town and we typically do not like having work done in our home when we are not present. Because of the professionalism demonstrated by Mason and Abe, we were comfortable enough to ask if Mason was able to set up access while we were out of town. The technicians, Luis and Manuel, with Christian as lead, remediated the problem swiftly. Mason kept me in the loop while we were out of town and when we got back everything was clean and proper. I rarely write reviews, but given the professional nature of SERVPRO of Puyallup/Sumner, I was compelled to commend their customer service. My wife and I appreciate that they were able to make this difficult time more manageable and guide us through a trying process.
I was impressed by how professional Abelardo was dealing with my water problem. He kept me informed every step of the process. He had a camera that he used to look at my shower from below to be sure that there were no leaks. I would recommend him and ask for him in the future if I had another water problem!
The ServPro team that took care of the water damage in our home was fantastic. They are extremely responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They walked us through everything step by step and made the process so much less painful than it could have been. I want to mention James in particular. This young man is so respectful and upbeat. He never made me feel like a burden and genuinely seems to love his job. If I ever need a service like this again; I will absolutely go straight to ServPro. May 3, 2024 Update: Our furniture was returned to us today by Darren and Robert. Once again, our experience was exceptional. They were both so professional and friendly. They obviously take pride in doing their job well. Darren even took the time to explain to me how furniture comes apart easily if I ever been to move it. I was pleasantly surprised! I’ve been doing things the hard way a long time! I am also very impressed that my things were returned in better condition that they were when they were removed. Everything was so clean! Not that they were all that bad, but the difference is noticeable. If, God forbid, we ever have a catastrophic event happen in our home in the future, we will without a doubt use ServPro. Thank you all so much!!
