Water Damage Restoration reviews in Puyallup, Washington

If you have a disaster happen in your home, large or small, these are the people you want on your side. Our particular disaster was discovering our full sized freezer had not turned back on three days after a power outage. We lost thousands of dollars of meat and the leakage not only was in the freezer room but had leaked under a wall and into our garage. From the first call two days ago to schedule someone to come and look at our issue to the team of Ninoska, Trenness, Katy, Darren, Eduardo, Erick and Arturo arriving this morning and taking care of everything quickly and efficiently, the whole experience has been pleasant and reassuring. Every team member was professional, courteous, helpful and showed genuine concern and care for the situation. I can’t say thank you enough.

SERVPRO of Puyallup/Sumner recently came out to remediate water damage in our basement bedroom. Abe was the priority responder/inspector that came out to asses the initial damage. Abe was on time and professional and was able to explain in detail how another company, who tried to remediate the water, made the problem worse by using consumer grade products and failing to control for temperature. Thanks to Abe’s years of experience and superior equipment, he also determined the other company failed to locate multiple spots that were still wet. The equipment and attention to detail gave me the confidence that SERVPRO was the right choice for the job. I then met with Mason, the production manager, who was able to facilitate timing and answer any questions I had. Because my wife and I are the tenants, we occupied a unique position in the situation and Mason was able to address our health and safety concerns while also addressing the needs of the landlord. My wife and I had to go out of town and we typically do not like having work done in our home when we are not present. Because of the professionalism demonstrated by Mason and Abe, we were comfortable enough to ask if Mason was able to set up access while we were out of town. The technicians, Luis and Manuel, with Christian as lead, remediated the problem swiftly. Mason kept me in the loop while we were out of town and when we got back everything was clean and proper. I rarely write reviews, but given the professional nature of SERVPRO of Puyallup/Sumner, I was compelled to commend their customer service. My wife and I appreciate that they were able to make this difficult time more manageable and guide us through a trying process.

I was impressed by how professional Abelardo was dealing with my water problem. He kept me informed every step of the process. He had a camera that he used to look at my shower from below to be sure that there were no leaks.
I would recommend him and ask for him in the future if I had another water problem!

The ServPro team that took care of the water damage in our home was fantastic. They are extremely responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They walked us through everything step by step and made the process so much less painful than it could have been.
I want to mention James in particular. This young man is so respectful and upbeat. He never made me feel like a burden and genuinely seems to love his job.
If I ever need a service like this again; I will absolutely go straight to ServPro.

May 3, 2024 Update:
Our furniture was returned to us today by Darren and Robert. Once again, our experience was exceptional. They were both so professional and friendly. They obviously take pride in doing their job well. Darren even took the time to explain to me how furniture comes apart easily if I ever been to move it. I was pleasantly surprised! I’ve been doing things the hard way a long time!
I am also very impressed that my things were returned in better condition that they were when they were removed. Everything was so clean! Not that they were all that bad, but the difference is noticeable. If, God forbid, we ever have a catastrophic event happen in our home in the future, we will without a doubt use ServPro. Thank you all so much!!

Jason, Devin, and Forrest did a great job cleaning up a grey water drainage backup that flooded my condo kitchen and living room, removing wet carpet, drywall, insulation and cabinets and placing dryers and dehumidifiers, etc. and patiently answering all my questions. They were careful, considerate, and didn’t waste any time in getting the work done. I highly recommend.

Overall I have been very happy with the service provided by ServPro.

Our "damage crew" James, David & Noah have been excellent so far with our water situation. James has been particularly good with his communication about what work will be done and when. He was also very responsive to my out of hours text message about the level of heat in the house and what was acceptable to bring the heat down a little. An unfortunate incident with drilling into a pipe when performing exploratory work was dealt with quickly and a plumber was called to make the repair. The plumber they used (Rainier Plumbing) were quick and efficient and also helped us with the original fault, which they repaired on the spot.

The house clearance crew: Luanne, Trenesse, Milton, Darren Jr, & Eduardo were flexible, efficient & careful in packing up all our belongings.

My only issue was that the coordination between the 2 crews and ourselves could have been a little tighter. We were not completely sure as to what was going to be taken off site and what we had to pack up ourselves (e.g. food items). Having said that the packing crew gave us time to do our packing and provided us with boxes before they began their work.

Had to call the On Call team out to start the dry up of our flooded kitchen. The teams that came out were amazing, Not only were they quick to get working they were super friendly. All the crews that came out to either check on the drying process or the equipment were courteous and willing to work around our schedules. I would like to call out Eli, Hugo, Abe, Jorge, Carlos, Hector, and Richard for the fantastic work and professionalism. Now that the work has completed I miss seeing them. Thank you ServPro and your wonderful crews.

Christian, Luis, & Manny came to my house to take out what had water damage from my dishwasher leaking. All 3 gentlemen were courteous & worked hard without demolishing my cabinets, floor & kitchen. Christian kept me well informed as they went along. I definitely would use Servpro again!

Brittney and Roger’s team were fantastic. I believe the other team members were Michael and Kamal (I’m sorry I lost the card with their names) but they were all amazing for such a cruddy situation. They were all polite and professional! Obviously I never want to go through this again it they’re the only ones I’d want to use if it ever does. Excellent service!

ServPro is not a good place to have any work done for you, they came in tore up our house and never even did what they said they would do from day1. We asked multiplte times for them to even give us a quote and every single person said they would that was just to start they came and packed up our house or charged us for it and all they took to their facility was 2 night stands and 2 dressers that we already had packed up ourselves. They were careless and stuffed all of our belongings into the living room and smashed all my plants and were very un proffesional in handling all our belongings scratched our floors when moving all the stuff just to the living room as they said the bed was to heavy to transport. Now they have been totally rude harassing us for more money for bringing our stuff back they had and again it was suppose to be all put back the way it was when they came to pack it up but they dumped it off in the living rm also and never did anything at all they said they would do. They wrecked our tile floor by drilling a hole in the middle of the kitchen when they were testing it and ripped up about 4 or 5 pieces of tile in the hallway and once ServPro received about 8 to $10000 paid from our insurance they came into our home and grabbed their equipment and just left it all ripped up and never came back until they brought our 2 dressers and 2 nightstands back and now are trying to charge us another$1047.43 for bringing it home . They are very rude and did nothing but destroy our house and still never even got a quote, they took almost a week before anyone even checked under the house for damage which then took 8 blacK BAGS OF INSULATION down and left it under the house and never replaced anything or did anything they said they were going too. They got alot of money and dissappeared until we wanted our dresser back months later and now are wanting more money for services they never did and left our house in turmoil and now they are not getting anymore . DONT USE THEM THEY ARE A FRAUD OF A COMPANY . they should not be in business .

At a time when you are stressed out and overwhelmed, SERVPRO Puyallup is who you want there to handle the mess and chaos of water damage. A plumber accidentally burst a pipe, which caused a ton of water damage in my home. I was fortunate enough to have Brittany on the scene right after the incident took place, so she could evaluate the water damage and help me start the process of getting my home back to normal, after what felt like a catastrophe. She documented everything thoroughly and had the report submitted right away. Brittany did an exceptional job managing the job and walking me through the entire process. Rob and Arturo came out to clean up and set the equipment to dry out the space. The three of them are a great team and got the job done. Their customer service was exceptional, and they all were very knowledgable. I am so grateful for the service I was provided by Brittany, Rob, Arturo, and their support staff. I hope I never have to deal with water damage again, but if I do, I know who I will call!

Can't say enough good comments about the Servpro team that came and tested our house for microbial growth and then another team came the next day and removed our furniture! Mario and his teams were absolutely 'Johnny on the spot' to get things done quickly and efficiently with great care for our furniture. Everything was wrapped like Christmas presents. Even the office gals came out to meet us and let us know how everything worked for insurance and were most pleasurable to speak with. I'm sorry I can't remember everyones name but it was a whirlwind of activity. Mario was a perfect communicator and spoke very highly with praise for his teams. Thanks guys! It's not very often that you work with people of this high of respect for home owners and work ethics too!

Immediately after the smoke had cleared from a kitchen fire started from a food driven black Labrador non-retriever who can’t help himself. I contacted Servpro of Puyallup/Sumner for remediation/restoration, knowing that they were the most responsive and competent company to complete this task based on local word of mouth.
They did not disappoint. In fact, their turn around time for smoke damage that included everything from electronics, furniture, appliances, and soft goods were replaced or returned within 6 days of the start of the project.
We could not be happier with the endless efforts Supervisor Aminah exhibited throughout her team. They truly have your best interests in mind.

Abelardo, and Angel from ServPro of Puyallup came in to my home and did a fabulous job drying out all that needed to be. Also keeping everything neat and clean in the areas they worked in. I would highly recommend ServPro if you have any water remediation issues. The team lead Rob went above and beyond in clean up and dry out the water damage caused by my hot water heater leaking a tremendous amount of water in three rooms of my house. The other team member Cody, Chris, and Kamal were also outstanding. Their attention to details and their respect they had in keeping the customer property clean up was outstanding. They immediately pick up any sheet rock and insulation after demolition rather than having it piled up. They also hauled off all the debris each and every day. My thanks to all four of these individuals for job well done.

Mike, Eric, and Santiago did a bang up job tearing down my shed! They are true professionals. Excellent cleanup work also!

SERVPRO saved the day. We called due to an upstairs flooding that leaked into our kitchen. We have ornate woodwork in our kitchen. They showed up within the hour and access the situation and told us they could save our wood. They immediately cleaned up the water damage and then brought in blowers and infrared heater.
Four days later we had kitchen back as if nothing had happened. Excellent work but better excellent customer service

We have a new hero in our house, and his name is Rudy! The house we live in currently has a toxic basement flood and Rudy from ServPro was dispatched to help. He’s been so helpful; he acted fast to get it pumped, he is getting our unit deodorized asap, he has been so communicative and professional. We are so thankful for his super quick work and support!
