The sales reps were knowledgeable and friendly. I had a lot of questions that they answered cheerfully and correctly. The tech guy was super cool, funny, careful and efficient. I had a shower surround that I purchased from Tub Cove 30 years ago and they were still able to match. I highly recommend this company.

It was a pleasure working with Tub Cove from start to finish - from the sales rep who asked us what we wanted - and listened - at no point trying to upsell us or slip in any additional features that we didn't ask for - which may sound obvious but, for the number of times we've encountered it in the past from other contractors it bears mentioning. Every step of the process went smoothly - everyone was competent and pleasant to deal with - all questions were answered and I even spoke with owner Jim, twice, and he was super nice and easy to deal with. They installed our new tub/shower in the timeframe and for the price that they quoted us. My wife and I were both very happy we chose them and would gladly do so again. We cannot recommend them highly enough. A+

Tubcove helped us with 2 bathroom projects. In one bathroom they replaced the shower. In the 2nd bathroom they replaced an old claw foot bathtub with a new tub and surround adding a shower and replaced the flooring, sink and toilet. Tubcove tackled quite a job with our 110 year old quirky house and we are very happy with the result. This is an extremely ethical, customer oriented and friendly business that really stands out in today’s marketplace. They have a terrific carpenter/ remodeler and master of seemingly all building arts in Jose. He does fantastic, careful work. Jim, Tubcove’s owner, is fully invested in making certain that the job is done right and worked closely with us. He is endlessly patient with questions and with the myriad unforeseen issues that arise in working on an old house. He knows his stuff and most importantly, cares about his customers. I think Tubcove stands out as a company whose product and work are both excellent and whose attention to serving customers with care and integrity is exemplary.

Jeremiah came to my 5-unit apartment building and gave me an estimate for installing bathroom surrounds in two of my apartments. One thing I appreciated, was that he explained all the details clearly, so that I understood the whole procedure. They are professional, accurate, on time, cleaned up and their work was excellent. My handyman did the demolition of the previous tilework and tubCove did the preparation and installation of the surrounds. Their rates were a little higher than I had at first expected, but were more than fair in the long run. The other units already had surrounds, installed by tubCove a few years ago, and have proven to be trouble free. If I had any more units that needed a surround, I would ask tubCove to install them also.
