We had a fantastic experience working with Higgason on our home project and couldn’t be happier with the results. We worked with them to do a full kitchen remodel, small bathroom remodel, laundry room remodel, and new flooring and painting throughout our entire downstairs.
From the very beginning, their responsiveness and proactive approach stood out. They took the time to involve their subcontractors early in the process, which gave us a lot of confidence and made a strong impression, especially compared to other contractor experiences. That level of thoroughness was a big reason we chose them.
The team itself was outstanding. They went above and beyond, problem-solving, communicating clearly, and working creatively with us every step of the way to bring our vision to life. They worked hard, always demonstrated professionalism, and consistently had positive attitudes. Across the board, the team provided excellent guidance on everything from colors to materials, helping us achieve a beautiful result without needing a designer.
Throughout the project, we appreciated the team’s willingness to adapt and keep things moving forward. Their commitment to delivering a quality end product really showed. They were on time and on budget every step of the way. While the initial quote was higher than others we got at the start, it was absolutely worth it in the end. The Higgason team they could to mitigate the disruption associated with remodeling half of our home.
The final outcome exceeded our expectations. We transformed our mid-80s golden oak kitchen into a modern, functional space that has quickly become the heart of our home - a place where we love gathering with family and friends.
We’re incredibly happy with the experience and would absolutely work with Higgason again on future projects. Highly recommend!
