As always, the True Green Professionals provide ample notice of when they are to arrive and always inform one when they are onsite. They perform their duties expediently on the property and always leave notice of when they are completed. My only critique is it would be good to know what service will be performed in advance but that happens when they arrive at the door.

Mariah did a great job explaining the process for our first tree & shrub treatment. She was knowledgeable and efficient, we’re very pleased and look forward to the results!

Some of the worst service I’ve had. You don’t show up for my apt last Friday not even a phone call, then you ghost me and not reschedule me. It’s been 1 week and you have not called or reschedule. You should never make the customer wait like this. Don’t think we will be using your service any more and I’ll be letting the rest of the neighborhood know for next summer. I’ve had enough of this service. Been with you for over 1 1/2 years and given you plenty of money and this is the service I get? Really not even a courtesy call to tell me you’re not making it. Why would you not call to reschedule???????

If we could give this company a 0, we would. They said we owe money which we didn't. They said they sent us to collections but we never received a letter nor did we receive a phone call saying our account is/was past due. Customer service doesn't know what the other reps are doing or saying. Customer service does not keep good notes. Trying to bulldog us into paying for services that were already paid for. Lawn never looked that great...very spotty. We have tried TruGreen over several years and have always quit their services. They like to sneak visits in when we don't know about it and then charge us for something we didn't know about and then tell us if we don't pay, they won't come out again. Very disappointed. Looked forward to a nice lawn, but not with TruGreen. Very disappointed in this company altogether.

TruGreen does a great job of maintaining our lawn. Our neighbors are asking why our lawn is much greener than theirs.

Everything is great except I would really like more than one day notice of upcoming visits.

Great aeration and seeding service provided today. The technician took extra effort to aerate and seed the bald area on my lawn!

I’m looking forward to see what true green can do to fix my grass . I’ve seen their work a few years ago and was impressed. It will be a miracle if it can be brought back from the dead. So far great all around service.

I had Michael out here for weed control. We walked the property reviewing what needed to be done. He got to work quickly and efficiently and sprayed the grass. He took a couple photos of problem areas and explained what was going on. One of the thinks I like a lot about TruGreen is their professionalism ranging from their trucks and equipment to their employees. They are set up to get right to work and get the job done. Great communication too.

Thomas took the time to discuss with me what he was going to do. He answered all my questions with patience and shared that my expectations were within the scope of the plan I had signed up for. He really did an exceptional job.

Our lawn has never looked better in all the time we've lived here ( over 40 years). We started with TruGreen about a year ago. Our lawn had a lot of moss and weeds and was somewhat of an eyesore. It is now lush and green and all the moss is gone. I can honestly say that our lawn is the best looking lawn in the neighborhood! Totally worth the price.

Overall, I’m very very happy with the service I get from Tru Green only problem today. I noticed that after they put fertilizer on, they failed to do the circle outfront or the pads that I have outback I’m a little disappointed in that.

True green has excellent customer service. They have treated my lawn three times.
The customer service agents have given me 2 free treatments. I am happy with the service.
I will be even happier when the weeds die.

Henry arrived and he explained what is going to do for that application and explain the process and what is going to happen in the future and did a wonderful job

My lawn has never looked so good! TruGreen is great!

I’ve been a TruGreen customer for about 6 yrs. There are two sides: Residential and Commercial. The commercial side of TruGreen does a great job. (my experience with the Residential side, not so much). They customize my lawn care program, advise me, and are real pros. All the managers and Field Service guys are great, but a couple of new guys came to aerate today, one a new hire (Moses) the other tenured (Marvion). In a time when ‘diversity’ and ‘equal employment opportunity’ seem like taboo words, they were people of color. Kudos to Tru Geeen.

Jonathan came out today and treated my true plants and trees. Amazing work. Very, very knowledgeable, very friendly, extremely helpful, it definitely a pleasure having come out and helped me. I would prefer that he comes out more often to do anything needed by true green. Truly great experience. Thank you, Jonathan.

TruGreen is doing a great job maintaining my lawn. I am a new customer. I can see major improvements in my lawn…no weeds and I feel good about this treatment along with a fertilizer lawn.

We have been customers for decades. We just canceled their service. We had lawn & trees care. The service used to be great. The last about 10 years or so it's gotten terrible. I got tired of having to complain all the time about little fertilizer applied & trees barely sprayed. In all the decades of aeration & overseed we've had 3 techs who have done a good job. The rest of the time, terrible. We have 18,000 sq. ft. of lawn. I've been told they track the amount of time a tech is on a property. Yes, it may show they've been here quite a while but most of it is sitting in their truck on a cell phone then get out & do a rush job with barely any fertilizer. Once in a while you'll get someone who does a good job but it's few & far between. Not worth the large amount it costs
