Both Cameron and Jack were extremely professional and had great communication. They built this retaining wall in my backyard two years ago and it has held up great. Would highly recommend Property Care Northwest for all hardscape and landscape jobs. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Property Care Northwest did a fantastic job installing artificial turf at my home in Redmond. Im going to have them install a large retaining wall as well as a full tear out and other landscaping services. They are great guys with great communication and deliver top quality services. What amazing staff... I appreciate the time and effort Jose Barron put in overseeing our backyard project couldn't have done it without him. We are thankful for the incredible team of Foreman Galdino, right hand Jose and Raul. They were professional, efficient and hard working. They did a great job of communicating, they made our backyard come to life.

We had GS do an outdoor kitchen, planter beds and a deck for us about 5 years ago. It looks fantastic and is the envy of the neighborhood so it only made sense to use them when we wanted to create a front patio to watch our young son play. They did another awesome job…we are thrilled with the final product.

We had a great experience with Green Spaces Landscaping, from the planning stages through to the finished work. We always got a fast response to any questions or queries, and the team were all very professional. We've had a minor niggle due to the weather impacting the work before it had chance to dry, but that too is being dealt with. The only drawback is the company is so popular, there are long wait times for a start date!

We are very pleased with the landscaping project Green Spaces did for us this spring! Ryan and Karen were very professional and responsive from beginning to end. Ryan, Alex and the Green Spaces team just completed a job for us, basically tearing out our front fence and ground cover and replacing it with a terraced, landscaped area with a new fence. They also landscaped our front yard and added new walkway. The work was very high quality, and the crew was very professional, and very helpful when we had questions.

We were most impressed with every aspect of doing business with Green Spaces: Ryan’s creativity and willingness to answer many questions, his accuracy about when the project would begin and length of time until completion, the incremental payments during the project, the polite, hard-working, and most efficient crew who cleaned up our driveway and walkways at each workday’s completion, the seamless integration of a change order, the delivery of low maintenance, weed resistance gardens, the top notch irrigation system, and most important, striking front, side, and backyards when the project was completed. The wait time was well worth it.

We hired Green Spaces and Ryan to do a fairly extensive backyard remodel for our Greenlake/Wallingford home after connecting a thorough bidding process. Ryan was incredibly creative with what we thought was a pretty small space but based on his recommendations and design we added additional useable space to our backyard. The project included a built in outdoor kitchen, pavers, lighting, wall, new stairs and landing and turned out beautiful. Spending this kind of money can be stressful and we are not great at "design". Ryan helped us through all of this and was very patient. His crew (2-4 people for about 5 weeks) was incredibly friendly, polite and professional. We share a driveway leading to the project area with neighbors and they were very respectful. We had 2 minor issues (no hot water and a drain issue impacting our neighbors) and both were addressed immediately (including over a weekend). The project turned out beautiful and we are excited for the spring weather to use our new space. I would highly recommend Ryan and Green Spaces.

We had a very good experience with Green Spaces. The crew was excellent and did a very good job. This is the second time we have used Green Spaces in the past year. We have been very happy and we receive many compliments from neighbors. We highly recommend them. They are honest and very forthright and always complete the projects on time. We will use them again in the future.

contracted green spaces to completely rebuild my townhome garden. initially they were extremely responsive and performed the first half of project, but then they went completely unresponsive and left me having to find another contractor to complete the project. I spent a ridiculous amount of money with them on this project, and to just have them go radio silent is extremely frustrating and disrespectful. the work they did perform was decent- just don't expect to have a complete project.

Green Spaces did an amazing job on our yard - and came in within budget and on time. They got rid of a ton of thick, invasive plants including bamboo, did grading, shored up our retaining walls, put in a patio and pathways, a cedar chip play area, and a terraced vegetable garden. They also built stairs to our deck and planted a lot of plants and bushes. Our yard looks amazing and is now usable. The stairs match the existing deck flawlessly. The crew was great and we are so happy to have a usable and beautiful back yard.

Our landscape project included steps from the side of our house to the backyard, a new patio, a raised garden bed, and an enclosure to hide our A/C unit. We interviewed 3 landscapers and chose Ryan because he presented lots of good ideas right away. When he presented his plan, it was clear that he had listened to us and incorporated our likes/dislikes. The work started a bit later than planned, but once it started, the team was on site every day, all day, and completed the work in the estimated time frame of 2 weeks. We were extremely happy with Ryan and his entire team and would highly recommend to anyone.

All at a modest price. My friends have been wowed with my new private backyard "park", and curbside appeal where folks stop and take photos, especially the steps and cheek walls all hand done in ledgestone, very striking. Love my new back porch and fencing. I went with lighting and auto watering, worth the added investment!

Scheduling with Green Spaces took a long time due to their popularity, but it was well worth the wait! They were very flexible with our revisions to design, and credited us the cost difference. More importantly, very careful about the proper sloping and drainage. Our new paver patio is gorgeous, cannot recommend more!

I am honored to write a rave review for Green Spaces Landscaping. We did a major project with them and we are absolutely thrilled with the result and the process. We have a steep set of stairs to the front of our beautiful home. Our detached garage is on an alley behind our home and there is a long walkway to the back door, which had three stairs, a walkway and a few more stairs. My husband is facing an upcoming need for handicapped access but he didn't want a temporary plywood handicapped ramp. He wanted a designed hardscape/landscaped solution that we could enjoy for many years. We solicited three proposals. All three offered interesting and responsive solutions that could be accomplished within our suggested budget. The cost of their proposals were suprisingly similar, which made us feel that the pricing was fair and competitive. However, the interaction with Ryan Sarvis, of Green Spaces Landscaping really differentiated them, as did their rave reviews.

There were three elements to our journey. The Vision and Design, the Budget, and the quality of the Execution of the plan. As mentioned above we were confident the pricing was fair and competitive. Also we are thrilled with the result, which tells you the Execution was terrific. Their team is professional, expert, perfectionist, neat, careful, innovative, and a delight to work with. We found a few surprises as they dug things up, and they came up with innovative solutions at a modest cost and no impact on the schedule. Our project was on budget, on schedule and we always had clear and easy access to the house despite everything being dug up. It was terrific.

The Vision and Design process was exceptional. Ryan heard what I asked for, and presented a proposal that was a lovely solution within the budget range I requested, But he asked if I was open to discussing other ideas besides simply taking out the stairs and creating a hardscape incline walkway with some plants. He noted that my back courtyard had a 75 year old cracked concrete surface and that the plants and shrubbery surrounding it, while healthy, had long ago become too large to be proportional to the space. I had only focused on the handicapped access. He focused on the overall aesthetic and suggested integrating the back courtyard into the project, with updated pavers throughout, shrubbery and plants that were proportional to the space and new lighting throughout. He prepared sketches. It was fabulous. We are fortunate that we were able to increase our budget to include this new scope and the result is nothing short of spectacular. We feel joy every single time we come from the garage into the house or use the back yard. There was no upselling pressure, but there was design expertise that was just irresistible and we are so happy that he made suggestions.

My front and back yards are amazing! Ryan and his crew did a fantastic job. Ryan is easy to work with and was accomodating when I made changes during the project. He listened to what I wanted and made it happen (my number one priority was to feed the wildlife year-round). His crew is friendly and very respectful and always cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day. My project was completed in 4 weeks during December 2018 and January 2019, and I can hardly wait until spring and summer when everything starts to bloom and come alive. I highly recommend Green Spaces Landscaping to anyone wanting to transform their outdoor surroundings.
