We have been wanting to do a fair size “refresh” to our backyard and patio for some time and selected Bear Creek Landscaping to perform the work, and we could not be more pleased. Joe was great to work with, incredibly helpful and thoughtful along the way. The crew was onsite daily for nearly two weeks, were courteous, professional and ran a clean job site. Upon completion Joe came back, walked us through everything from plant selection to ongoing maintenance. They were aces all around. I totally recommend !!

We hired Bear Creek for planting some new boxwoods for our front yard, and for doing backyard cleanup. It was overall a positive experience. We enjoyed interacting with Shane, who was responsive, on-point, and went above and beyond to meeting our asks. Will definitely reach out to them for our next yard project.

Bear Creek Landscaping helped us redesign our garden and has provided year-round maintenance for the past several years, ensuring that our yard stays beautiful in every season. We have been particularly happy to have Oscar as the lead on our assigned team. He consistently goes above and beyond to provide us with excellent service with beautiful results! Although we are happy with the service, we hope our expense doesn't go up further, given that our costs increased over 40% last year. Another significant increase would force us to reevaluate keeping the service.

The weekly service is very well done. Elber and his crew do a wonderful job each week keeping our landscaping looking great.

Jeff and his crew are fantastic! They're professional and very pleasant. They came when they said and did what they promised. They did a big clean-up project for our large yard, including putting in a drain along the driveway. Our property has never looked so good. We're planning to have them back in the spring to overhaul our sprinkler system, and then we'll set up a maintenance schedule. We feel very fortunate to have found these guys!

My yard needed a lot of sprucing up to get my house ready to put on the market - lots of weeding, edging, mowing, yard debris, and scraggly plants. Bear Creek Landscaping came in and did an amazing job of making my yard look the best it ever has. It looks super clean, orderly, and manicured. They went over and above trimming some plantings that weren't part of the plan. The yard looks great. I wish I'd had them as a yard service for the 18 years I lived in my house.

My contact there was Jeff. He was responsive, professional, punctual, and had good ideas when he looked at the yard. I tried contacting 3 other services and every single one flaked out by not showing up. Bear Creek was the only service that was responsive. Highly recommend.

I brought these guys in to replace an old decomposing retaining wall. They did an amazing job! They re-did the footings, and put in large, quality blocks with gravel backfill. The blocks are tiered for strength and visual appeal. Everything is level and even. It looks great, and it will outlast the structure. I will definitely hire them for other construction projects.

We would like to share our very positive experience that we had with Jeff Mitchell and his crew. They helped us to redesign our backyard with a new retaining wall that helped make the yard a more useable space. Jeff's crew is also helping us hydroseed the newly enhanced yard in both the front and back. He told us the project would take 3 - 4 days and he and the crew finished in just 3 days. We were very impressed with their work and they cleaned up after themselves every night. We would certainly recommend them to family and friends.

We've been using Bear Creek for a little over a year now and their service, professionalism, reliability and quality is impeccable. I can honestly say they are one of the best trades/maintenance contractors that we've used in the past 10+ years. Jeff Mitchell, our account manager, has been nothing short of amazing to work with. They give recommendations where needed (i.e. irrigation fixes, planter bed work, etc) with no sales pressure whatsoever. In this day and age where quality seems to be slipping a bit, these guys go above and beyond every time!

We have worked with Bear Creek Landscaping for more than 5 years now, the last 2 years with Ramon as our account manager. Ramon is doing an excellent job. He’s a good communicator, very responsive and dependable, and checks in regularly. The maintenance crew, Alexander and Jose, are a pleasure to work with - they are efficient, professional and deliver meticulous work. I would highly recommend them.

We have been using Bear Creek for almost two years now for all our landscaping needs. Jeff Mitchell has gone ABOVE and BEYOND for us, and it's truly been a pleasure working with him. He is reliable, responsive, personable, and truly cares. Our yard when we first started working with him and his team had so much potential, but we were overwhelmed by where to start. Jeff took the time to listen and understand what we wanted for our home, and really brought our vision to life. He thought about things that we would have never thought to consider (variety, height, etc), and has never left not ensuing we were completely happy with the end result. Words cannot explain how much happiness he has brought us for our yard. Amazing work, and I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone needing their vision come to life.

They do a good job once you've communicated what you want. Detailed contract adjustable to your needs. I assume within reason. They try and that's something of a scarcity these days.

Did a wonderful job. communication was great. The Hardscape and covered area is beautiful and he kept on top of things. Very happy to have worked with and meet Randy.

Bear Creek Landscaping would not even bother to give us a quote since they did not think our job was worth the time. I would not recommend spending any time considering them for any landscaping job you might be considering.

Jeffrey did an amazing job! Very easy to work with and truly went above and beyond.

There was a comparatively small concern I had with the irrigation zones which I asked him about. He was super clever in figuring out an ingenious non-intrusive solution - plus it helped save water! Couldn't have asked for more.

Cuco and Benny were awesome! They both had an eye for artistry and detail. Jeff took care of us with knowledge and practicality, getting us what we wanted, without getting over-engineered. Very happy with all the service we got from Bear Creek!
