Tiffany is new to cleaning my house but has caught on to the layout and needs quickly. She's very nice and is responsive to requests.

Cleaning quality was hit and miss. Our first cleaning was excellent and subsequent cleanings were sub-par. They sent different cleaners each time so it required my wife to walk the new cleaners around and try and communicate what needed to be done. This was not easy given many of the cleaners did not speak English. After being dissatisfied for 4 cleanings we opted to find a new company.

Suggestion for Maidpro: better train staff, work on scheduling the same cleaners for recurring cleanings, create and hold cleaners to a quality standard.

I have been using this service for years, I love the attention to detail that my service provider gives to servicing my home. I also like all the special niceties that she adds with the designs of my furniture.

Roxy just made my whole day. I had a long, tough day and it was wonderful to come home to a sparkling clean home. She's super nice too, and told me how cute my animals are.

6/2021- Update: I had two unpleasant experiences in my home with people working for this company after several good years. The office was not willing to discuss what happened so I have changed companies. The people who worked for Maid-Pro in the past were easy to work with. Now I am unable to continue with them.

Chapa has been absolutely awesome for the past few years! She is extremely thorough and meticulous cleaning my home. A pro indeed.

I give the cleaners 3 stars and the administration team zero stars. I was quoted $60/hr for my home estimated 5-6 hour clean. The first clean took 4 hours and they charged me for 6 hours. They did refund me after I addressed the discrepancy and showed them proof from my ring door bell the time the cleaner arrived and left. The second clean took 3 hours with 2 cleaners and I was charged for 5.5 hrs because they said that was what my house was set to. I left that charge alone although it doesn’t make sense to have an hrly rate with one cleaner and a flat rate with 2 cleaners. Then this last cleaner only cleaned the main floor of my home and didn’t clean the basement level with 2 br and 2 ba at all! I walked him through both levels before he started so I’m not sure why he didn’t clean it. I called and asked why it wasn’t cleaned and they said they would not charge me for the clean at all. Then they needed up only giving me a 20% discount and accused me of lying that my home was not cleaned. My home has 5br and 4.5 ba. Only 3 br and 2.5 ba were cleaned. I have cameras throughout my home and was able to go through them and make sure the basement level was not cleaned, and it was not. The cleaners themselves do a decent job, depending on who you get, but the administrative team are very unprofessional. I do not recommend them at all for that reason.

We love Angelica! It is so refreshing to have a clean house after she leaves. What tops it off is she comes into our home with a wonderful smile and joy filled spirit!

Ana Maria is a true gem! Not only does she do a wonderful job cleaning our house, but she so pleasant to be around. She often has to work around myself, my 4 children and my dog, and she does it all with a smile on her face. We couldn't ask for a kinder, friendlier, hard-working soul. Thank you MaidPro!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I had MaidPro Bellevue come out to do a a move out cleaning of my home in Sammamish, I was quoted $850 for a move out clean 2 workers for 6-7 hours. Due to some scheduling issues on my part there where people in my home installing new carpet, MaidPro called me and said they where unable to clean the areas of my home that the carpet installers where in. We decided they would just clean the areas they could, mainly the kitchen (no carpet in the kitchen) and the bathrooms, after they where done I was surprised to received the invoice for the full $850 I figured it would be less seeing how they where unable to clean the entire area I was originally quoted for. I paid the invoice and wasn't able to go see the work until the next day, I was surprised to see how dirty the areas they said the did clean where. I reached out to MaidPro and let them know the poor quality of the work that was done and was sent a list of all the things they claimed they cleaned and that if I didn't think they clean for the whole 7 hours I could ask my carpet installers they could vouch for them I even sent pictures of the oven vent hood that was covered in grease that was on the list of items they said thy cleaned, this was among many things left untouched in my home in areas they could clean that no other workers where working. They are not willing to come back and clean the areas that are left dirty or a partial refund. My carpet installers also said they spent most of the time at my house on the walking around and chatting. These are pictures of the oven vent hood that was cleaned.

We have been using MaidPro services for a couple of years now. They always do a great job and twe have never had a problem with them. They are hard working, dependable, corteous and careful. Coming home after a long workday to our house sparkling clean is the best! MaidPro is awesome!!

MaidPro has been affordable and reliable. It helps to clearly communicate with the cleaner what you want done, and once you find cleaners you really like, you can ask to have them come to your house/apt consistently. They have been friendly and great!

Our cleaner Leslie is amazing. She does a wonderful job and she makes us feel so comfortable with her in our home. Can't recommend this service more.
