Before moving out of state recently, We used Bear Creek landscaping for a number of years for our home in Woodinville. They maintained our acre property of heavy landscaping and performed a number of broad and expansive projects. This included removing an old deck and installing a new one, installing pathways, adding outdoor lighting, numerous plants and rebuilding our very old sprinkler system. We worked very closely with Jeff Mitchell on their team for many years. He was phenomenal and always a quick call away. We took for granted how wonderful he and the BCL team are which we are quickly learning after our move out of state. We wish we could move Jeff and the team down here!!

We are new to using Bear Creek Landscaping for our extensive yard and Raul Valdovinos was prompt and courteous with an estimate and following up on any additional needs. The guys showing up to work under the crew leader Yovani Najera have been excellent and have provided a thorough yet quick mowing, edging, and trimming each week. Any calls or questions to the office have been answered promptly too.

We hired Bear Creek and a Landscape Architect for both design and installation services for a major residential landscaping project over several phases. Kalleen and Doug are wonderful to work with. They installed an irrigation system, over a hundred+ plants, a dry river bed feature, walking paths, rock bridge, and tons of large rock and small stone. The installation team led by Alejandro was spot-on with the details and were happy to accommodate changes. The team kept the work area clean over the course of several days. No surprises and prompt service. Highly recommended.

Bear Creek Landscaping installed my irrigation system 10 years ago. Since then they have serviced the system in the fall blowing out the lines and turning all valves off or winterizing it. In the spring they summarize it by going through each line and every head to make sure everything works and is ready for summer. This spring my control box failed. Jeffrey the technician who came out did an exceptional job with the summarization also replaced the control box. He was great at communicating and was seriously focused on making sure everything worked and I was happy. Great job and keep it up. Paul Switzer

We've had bear creek (Alexander has been out team lead) for three years since we bought our home and the previous owners had them for I dont know how long before that. We have been incredibly happy with their work and have recommended them to multiple other people. When we had our trees inspected by an unaffiliated arborist he vouched for bear creek and said they were a legitimately good organization. The work is top notch and the price is fair. Strongly recommended.

We recently did a landscaping project with Carolyn, Jorge and crew through Bear Creek Landscaping. We were so impressed with their professionalism, communication, and vision from start to finish. They are reasonable and extremely helpful every step of the way. We highly recommend working with them if you're looking for a wonderfully positive landscaping experience. The crew from Bear Creek Landscaping does a very good job on our property. It is a large lot with a lot of shrubs and trees. Elber our team leader and his people are very good at pruning and understanding what needs to be done to keep up with our maintenance during the course of the season. Raul our supervisor comes over often to walk the property to identify maintenance needs and to create the. Plan for his team. Overall very happy with the team we have. They are very responsive to our property’s needs.

Our lead Elber goes above and beyond in his work out our location. He thoughtful, thorough and knowledgeable. He always takes such great care of our property! We are lucky to have him and his team.

Randy, Luis and their crew did an amazing job at our house and we highly recommend working with them! Randy listened carefully at what we wanted to achieve and immediately saw how to transform our driveway. The crew was so efficient and detail-oriented. They built 2 rockery retaining walls and regraveled half of our very large driveway in only 3 days. We’re getting so many compliments and I can’t wait for Randy’s crew to come back to plants shrubs and flowers once the weather cools off a bit!

I need to do a shout out for the excellent service we received for a recent job. It was a one day job to repair some grounds and add new cover. The three men worked together so well and ended up doing more than I expected, it looks absolutely beautiful and I want to recognize Alex, Pablo and Pablo Jr, thank you guys!!!

Great customer service! The pond specialist, Dan, is the best! He came out to help us with a leaking, malfunctioning, fountain and provided a lot of guidance and recommendations on how we can fix it ourselves rather than spending big bucks on a new one or hiring someone to repair it. I highly recommend Bear Creek Landscaping & Construction for any fountain issues.

Bear Creek was spectacular in every way. They finished on time (early, actually) and on budget. Kyle was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, creative, clear, professional and excited. Felipe and crew worked seamlessly together. The result - a spectacular transformation of a space we had just-about let go (ivy, blackberries...generally, nature taking over) into a fresh, elegant hardscape and landscape for our front and back yard we will enjoy for years to come. It feels natural and lush, but not pretentious. We could not have asked for anything more. I would recommend Bear Creek to anyone in a heartbeat. Spectacular!

We can’t praise Bear Creek Landscaping enough. They worked with us through a long process of concepts, design, and decision making on our part, since it involved a new deck and backyard landscaping. Everybody we worked with was fantastic starting with the workers who have been with the company for years, Kyle, who designed our backyard have it become artwork, and Dan who designed our deck. All we wanted for my pathetic prior excuse for a lawn was for it to be removed and replaced with bark, but Kyle had a vision, and it was beautiful. It exceeded our expectations.
The deck was a bit more complicated simply because we had trouble making up our minds whether we wanted a patio overhang or not. Eventually ended up with just a basic deck, but we love it. There was a glitch in the process. We chose the deck color based on a sample, and once the process was started, the color really wasn’t what we expected and didn’t mesh with our property. Bear Creek had to remove the deck planking and start over again. Dan, worked with us each step of the way and reworked their schedule to accommodate our changes.
(After we realized our mistake, we went to Dunn lumber and actually saw the decking material in place. I would advise people to do that since the sample colors are not always accurate across the length of the board We did have to pay for the different decking, but it was at cost and no additional labor was charged.)

We hired Bear Creek for a landscaping project. They were professional, timely, and completed the project on the day/time they promised. The result was excellent! I would definitely recommend this company.

Update: July 30
The fountain stopped working. I contacted Dan and he quickly responded. And, less than 12 hours later he and his hardworking crew were here to fix it. I assumed we would be in a schedule weeks out. It was up and running quickly, and a lesson in how to troubleshoot was given!
I very highly recommend Bear Creek Landscaping, specifically Dan and his crew. Friendly, hard working, knowledgeable , and all around great customer service.

Dan and his crew did an excellent job working with me to remove an existing pond and create a three column water feature. He gave me inspiration and ideas of what would and wouldn’t work, and met me at Rock Mountain to discuss options. He led me in the right direction. He was response to my calls, completed work on time, and even came promptly to replace a faulty pump. He even found a way to incorporate a little house my husband wanted to keep!
Dan was knowing easy to work with. I highly recommend him and Bear Creek.

Love Bear Creek! I appreciate how Raul will stop by occasionally to check on things and see if I have any questions. He’s wonderful to work with! Elber and his crew do a fantastic job every week. They make everything look beautiful!
