We love Angelica! It is so refreshing to have a clean house after she leaves. What tops it off is she comes into our home with a wonderful smile and joy filled spirit!

Ana Maria is a true gem! Not only does she do a wonderful job cleaning our house, but she so pleasant to be around. She often has to work around myself, my 4 children and my dog, and she does it all with a smile on her face. We couldn't ask for a kinder, friendlier, hard-working soul. Thank you MaidPro!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I had MaidPro Bellevue come out to do a a move out cleaning of my home in Sammamish, I was quoted $850 for a move out clean 2 workers for 6-7 hours. Due to some scheduling issues on my part there where people in my home installing new carpet, MaidPro called me and said they where unable to clean the areas of my home that the carpet installers where in. We decided they would just clean the areas they could, mainly the kitchen (no carpet in the kitchen) and the bathrooms, after they where done I was surprised to received the invoice for the full $850 I figured it would be less seeing how they where unable to clean the entire area I was originally quoted for. I paid the invoice and wasn't able to go see the work until the next day, I was surprised to see how dirty the areas they said the did clean where. I reached out to MaidPro and let them know the poor quality of the work that was done and was sent a list of all the things they claimed they cleaned and that if I didn't think they clean for the whole 7 hours I could ask my carpet installers they could vouch for them I even sent pictures of the oven vent hood that was covered in grease that was on the list of items they said thy cleaned, this was among many things left untouched in my home in areas they could clean that no other workers where working. They are not willing to come back and clean the areas that are left dirty or a partial refund. My carpet installers also said they spent most of the time at my house on the walking around and chatting. These are pictures of the oven vent hood that was cleaned.

We have been using MaidPro services for a couple of years now. They always do a great job and twe have never had a problem with them. They are hard working, dependable, corteous and careful. Coming home after a long workday to our house sparkling clean is the best! MaidPro is awesome!!

MaidPro has been affordable and reliable. It helps to clearly communicate with the cleaner what you want done, and once you find cleaners you really like, you can ask to have them come to your house/apt consistently. They have been friendly and great!

Our cleaner Leslie is amazing. She does a wonderful job and she makes us feel so comfortable with her in our home. Can't recommend this service more.

Chapa is the BEST! She has been cleaning our home for multiple years now and makes our place look awesome. She is kind, friendly, and efficient!

We've been using MaidPro for the last three years and I can't imagine life without them! Our usual Pro, Chapa, is a lovely woman and every time she cleans for us I am in awe of all the things she does to make our house feel homier!

My initial review via their corporate email was good because I didn't see the charge- no receipt was sent once the charge was made. Furthermore, the email confirmation only included the address and estimated hour of service. It does not mention any additional notes such as that I made the request for floors and bathrooms only during my phone order. In addition, when Ana and Gaby arrived, we went through what to clean (floors and bathrooms, and if there's time, windows and cabinet door wipe down only). They failed to tell their employer that was what was actually done and proceeded to say it was a full-house clean.

Obviously I will not be using their service again and this will be last edit for the review. They also did not provide any explanation or clarification to my questions via email and simply sent my receipt and that "they stand by their service".

Unpleasant experience with MaidPro which I'm super disappointed about because I had high hopes for the number of good reviews.

Estimated Hours: be careful, if your estimate is 4.5 hours but you have 2 cleaners, that's 2.25 for each person. It's a combined hour estimate.

Work: You can probably tell the first part of my unpleasant experience is about the actual amount of hours worked. My quote was for 4.5 hours with 2 cleaners for a "full-house clean" aka 2bedroom/2bathroom, 1000-1200sqft home. The actual work that I mentioned during the quotation (but they did not make note of) was vacuuming and mopping the hardwood floors, and cleaning the 2 full bathrooms. Cleaners claimed they spent a combined 4.5 hours doing the floors and bathroom plus cleaning the windows, and wiping down the cabinet doors at the very end. No kitchen (microwave, sink, oven, fridge, countertop, stove, etc), living room, bedrooms, beds, tables, surface areas, or appliances were cleaned.

Actual areas cleaned = 4.5 hours vs full-house also = 4.5

I have used MaidPro since moving to the Seattle area 3.5 yrs ago and have been very satisfied. They have been very reliable, as well as flexible with my schedule. I have been very happy with the consistency and cleanliness of my service, as well as the with the attention to small details that are often pleasant little surprises. Thank you for such a nice job... I look forward to having the service many more years.

MaidPro is the BEST in house cleaning services! I have been using MaidPro for almost a year and have been very satisfied with their cleanings. I love the flexibility of having them clean twice a month while I am at work. Carmen does a great job! She has an eye for detail. I love the way she folds the bathroom towels, and that I can actually see the vacuum marks on my carpet and furniture. I love that I always come home to such a clean smelling and sparkling house. I would recommend MaidPro to all of my friends and family who are looking for a great house cleaning service. The staff at MaidPro have always been courteous and helpful with any questions or concerns I might have.

The MaidPro cleaner did an excellent job. The appliances look spotless and he was very detail oriented on the floors. He dusted off all the blinds and did a great job getting pet hair off the furniture. He was also very friendly. Highly recommend!

We love Chapa. She's been cleaning our business for years now and she's the friendliest gal around. Her cleaning is always great and very efficient too.

Ana and Gabby did a great job. I left them alone. The first time they came in they did everything I asked him to do, including moving my mattress in order to put a different dust ruffle on. I will be using them again.

I love Maid Pro and have been using them for the past 8 years. My current Maid Pro cleaner, Leslie, is simply the best. Her cleans are consistent, thorough, and excellent! Leslie is respectful, professional, and flexible. I appreciate her so much as well as Maid Pro. I highly recommend their services.

I really enjoyed my set up and initial clean experience. I'm excited for her to come back and the scheduling staff was so helpful and patient. My shower was so clean I cried. It's hard to admit you can't keep up with your house. I'm very grateful for them.
