These guys are awesome!! They replaced everything except the duct work! What an excellent blessing they have been! These guys go above and beyond to make things right. No shoddy work here! Now our new unit is completely sealed. No more sucking in air from under the house or water from the unit draining under the house! When they are done you know its been done right. We have truly been blessed. Joe and I really appreciate all the hard work and care that went into this job. God's blessings to you all!

Very disappointed!! Jackson Precision installed my Trane system May 2018. They did a great job, system performed well. Diane was very nice and professional. The issue came when they were supposed to do a courtesy service one year later. I started calling in May of 2019 to setup this service as I was getting a fault warning, but was told it was not serious, not to be concerned. I called and left messages and talked with the office staff in May, June, September and finally October 2019. I got promises that a Tech would be out. Even had a appointment set for 30 Sept, no one showed or called!! I believe I was extraordinarily patient after approximately nine calls over a seven month period in which I was repeatedly told something would be done! Very poor, unprofessional follow up!! Really disappointed, since things started so well and ended so poorly. I have fortunately found a reliable, professional HVAC company in Hot Springs.

Just yesterday, my AC started acting up, and within 45 minutes, the technician had it running perfectly again. Truly impressive work!

Called to get a quote for commercial HVAC. I was transferred to a different company that doesn't do commercial HVAC which left both callers confused (I was told I was being sent to someone I thought was the same company).I Called back and asked for an email address to get an estimate, was told to look up on yelp and hung up on. I then couldn't reach the number again. Whatever this listing is seems to be a pass through scam of some type.

Great overall experience with the Pearce team. Bill was exceptionally helpful with evaluating our needs, making system upgrade recommendations, providing a detailed estimate that included all available rebates (PSE & Tax) as well as providing everything we need to get through the Trilogy HOA approval process. The installation team (Travis W, Peter B, and Tim S) was always on time, clean and courteous and provided high-quality workmanship. The owner and chief (Brian) even stopped in to ensure all work was on track. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Pearce was very competitively priced with competing bids but their level of professionalism and quality service surpassed all of our expectations. I can comfortably give them a solid A+ and the strongest recommendation.

We are very happy with the solution and work that Chris did for our project. We had to move a flood light installation and added an electrical outlet for the patio. He provided several solutions, clearly explained what needed to be done and obtained all materials. The result looks great and clean. Chris and Pearce company were professional. Scheduling was easy, a heads up was given when he was about to come, no surprises in the invoice and payment was straight forward. We highly recommend Chris and Pearce company.

We had our new HVAC installed last summer. The team are very professional, they know what they are doing really pretty well. After spending almost the entire winter, I can confidently recommend Pearce to anyone who is looking for HVAC solutions - our HVAC works great! It's functional and it's quiet. Their post-installation service is also great, you get reminder for maintenance. We totally trust Pearce and would choose them again in the future!

A friend recommended Pearce Heating to us and the owner Brian quickly came to visit our place to give us a quote for Furnace and new AC. We are about to remodel the house, which requires relocating the air return. Brian was the first(and only) person we talked to and he was very helpful and really spent time and effort evaluating our relocation options. Although there are also some competitive quotes out there, I still went with Pearce because of their strong review, honesty, knowledge in products, great first impression, and quick response.

The installation was smooth and the installation team: Travis, James, Jacob, Peter did a good job finishing it. One of them walked me through everything in details and the following inspection passed easily. The installation team even fixed some other problem automatically when they spotted the wrong work left by old contractor, which really surprised me.

The admin team was always nice too! They help answering my questions via phone and scheduling the inspection.

My husband and I both feel really glad that we went with Pearce Heating. So I strongly recommend them!

I found Pearce heating in 2021 when my furnace stopped working in January. We called them in the morning and by afternoon Clair stopped by and fixed the furnace the same day. We were very happy with how quickly he showed up and fixed the furnace.

Last week my furnace gave up. I called on Friday morning and by afternoon Clair came over to give estimate for a new furnace and A/C. The next available appointment was Wednesday but they came over on Monday to install the new furnace. Clair introduced me to two stage furnace which I was not aware of and he helped me to select eco bee thermostat. Jacob, Travis and Mike worked hard to install the unit. The electrician team was great.They are highly professional and knowledgeable.

I feel truly blessed to have found Pearce heating. I highly recommend Pearce heating! They are the best!
