Cannot recommend Thomas and his team enough! They were on time, on budget and extremely professional. I liked them so much I hired them for a few more jobs after the initial installation.

I had Jorge come out this morning for my yearly check up on my ac and furnace. He was scheduled to come between 8-12. I received a phone call from him shortly after 8 telling me he was on his way. Once here he remembered I had a dog last year who greeted him and asked about him. The tune up took 45 minutes. The reason for my review is to give him glowing accolades on his politeness, the efficient way he took care of all my heating and a/c units, the way he assured me everything looked great. The payment method is very easy and efficient as well. It was such a pleasure to work with Jorge and All Climate. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a heating or air conditioning company.

We recently had a ductless Mitsubishi system installed in our home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional and attentive to our needs. Thomas Ngo, the estimator, was particularly impressive—straightforward and honest throughout the entire process. I was initially considering adding the Hyper-Heat system, which would have cost more, but Thomas advised us that going with a larger BTU system would achieve a similar goal for less money and offer more flexibility down the road.

The installation team did an outstanding job. When they realized that some of the parts we originally ordered would be delayed for months, they quickly identified alternative parts that could be used instead. These alternatives were more expensive, but they covered the cost themselves to ensure my pregnant wife would be comfortable during the summer. The install was clean and meticulous— the lines are tidy and blend seamlessly with our house.

Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the quality of work, the fair pricing, and the excellent customer service and communication. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for HVAC installation. They truly went above and beyond.

All Climate provided excellent, professional, and reasonably priced service after a bad experience with another company. I did have to wait about 2 weeks because they only have 1 tech who is certified for my Navien Combi-Unit, but Nathan was friendly, professional, and clear in his diagnosis of the problem and explanations. I appreciated their transparent pricing - they charge a service/diagnostic fee of $205 plus whatever repairs are recommended. Nathan was able to repair the broken pressure relief valve on the spot for $395. He gave us clear information about other repairs that might be necessary if the problem returns, how we should maintain the system, and provided written invoice and receipts on the spot. (In contrast, Hart's Services came immediately but quoted me $10,000 to replace parts that were not even broken, pressured me to join a monthly service plan, and gave me nothing in writing.)

I will be calling All Climate for any future boiler needs and I would highly recommend them.

We did not have a great experience with the first specialist they sent out to clean our air ducts. I called them and shared my concerns with the service that was given and they apologized for what had happened and they sent out a new crew the following week to ensure that the job was done correctly and took the time to explain some their service and the specific issues I had with their previous specialist.

The Bryant heat pump installed in my condo has been wonderful! It was installed right before a heat wave last summer, and so I've enjoyed air conditioning as well as heating now that our weather has turned cool.

Thomas from All Climate did a beautiful job of figuring out how to install a heat pump and three headers in our condo, which has an unusual layout. I received other bids that included running pipes across the ceiling but Thomas' plan with no visible pipes was much better and it provided heat and A/C to a larger area.

The installation crew was great. They did a very neat job and cleaned thoroughly afterwards. I could see that they were very professional and experienced in installing heat pumps. They also explained how to use the remote controls.

They’re awesome. The sales folks Wayne and Eddie took a lot of time to explain to us all our options. Their quote was appreciably less than another company’s and the installation was very prompt. Furthermore the installers had to trudge through the snow because they couldn’t get their truck up the hill. Despite this the installation was done on time to our satisfaction.

I've had All Climate install a heat pump in 2016 and a furnace + gas tankless water heater in 2018. They're knowledgeable about the products and will go into detail when asked questions. All employees I've dealt with have been great about arriving on schedule, installation, cleanup, job satisfaction followup, and yearly maintenance.

I called for diagnostic of an AC condensation pump leak and was quoted a $180 diagnostic fee that the dispatcher said would be credited if we proceed to have them fix the issue. The technician not only contradicted this when he came onsite, stating the diagnostic was a separate charge, but also tried to quote me for a new line without even entering the crawlspace to confirm the problem. He then tried to pressure me by threatening an additional travel fee if he had to come back. As a returning customer who has used them for yearly maintenance, I'm shocked at this treatment. Find another company that is honest and actually diagnoses a problem before quoting a solution.

I like All Climate, and believe you folks will too.
Their inspectors we've previously called and used are courteous and knowledgeable. For a new furnace installation done today, two gentlemen showed up at 8 today to do the furnace install, and were done by 9:30. They were friendly, knew what they were doing, were efficient and worked as a team, and the teardown of the old unit, installation of the new, and the cleanup were all smoothly done. 5 stars to All Climate.

Excellent experience with All Climate. Replaced the entire HVAC system in my home. Were able to complete the install in a single day despite extremely limited access space for the furnace. Very satisfied with the performance of the new system and quality of the installation. Provided the best price also when we searched. Were a recommendation to me and would recommend to others.

We recently contacted All Climate Heating and Air Conditioning to perform annual maintenance on our forced air heating unit and hot water heater. In the past, we had used another HVAC company for this purpose, but decided to make a change. It was easy to schedule an appointment with the All Climate service department and the representative I spoke with (Cecilia) was friendly and knowledgeable. The technician who came to our home to perform the maintenance (Mac) was on time, personable, knowledgeable and did a great job completing the task at hand. Our experience with All Climate was positive in every respect and we would certainly recommend this company to others.

Cal and the All Climate folks did a great job helping us upgrade to high efficiency furnace and water heater in an older home. Cal gave a great overview of our options, and the installation and new duct work was done very quickly and cleanly. I highly recommend All Climate if you're upgrading an older home. There's a ton of HVAC options, but not all of them work in certain homes/climates. All Climate is pricier but their knowledge and installation skill is more than worth the extra cost.

All Climate installed a heat pump and furnace for us and it was a wonderful experience! Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional, and extremely competent. We received the estimate on the same day as the appointment, we scheduled installation within two weeks of approving the estimate, and we got signed off on city inspections within two weeks of completion as well. The inspector even noted that everything looked good and that it's nice when vendors do things correctly, which isn't always the case. Installation only took a day and the guys left the work area clean and tidy. All manuals and warranties were given to us in a timely manner too. Overall, just a great experience working with All Climate and I look forward to working with them in the future for our annual HVAC maintenance.

I recently had replaced heater with the service from All Climate. They are very professional in work as well as in communication. I am very satisfied with the service.

We had All Climate Heating & Air remove our old gas furnace and water heater and replaced them with a new electric Bosch heat pump system / air handler and new 50-gallon electric hot water heater, which gives us A/C cooling as well.

The installation was done in a single day (on the day scheduled) and couldn't have gone any smoother. The new units are much quieter and cleaner than our old units and we now have a gas-free utility closet.

The installation included a new ecobee smart thermostat that should save our monthly heating bills. The All Client team also made sure the units we installed not only comfortably heat and cools our space but are also eligible for the federal tax rebates.

The install team is great. I recently coordinated 2 seperate AC installs in the same building at the same time. Secure building, elevator restrictions, tight working quarters. The team was professional and efficient, getting the job done correct and on time. Big props to Ryan, Andrew, Brandon and EJ for their hard work.

WARNING: EXTREMELY INFLATED REPAIR COSTS – 2000% MARKUP!

A friend recently had his AC condenser unit (the outdoor component) repaired, and even though the service wasn't done for me personally, I feel compelled to share this experience due to how clearly he was taken advantage of.

The issue was a very common one — a failed capacitor. The technician diagnosed and replaced it in under 20 minutes. On top of that, he sold my friend something called a “rebuild kit,” which turned out to be just a capacitor, a relay, and some wires — components that cost around $50 total on Amazon.

The company charged him $750 for this kit, plus an additional $200 for the service call, bringing the total to $950 — nearly a 2000% markup. While a reasonable profit margin is expected, this price is extremely inflated and feels deliberately misleading. A fair price for the repair might have been around $300–$400, not almost $1,000.

After the fact, I encouraged him to call and speak to a manager. To their credit, the service manager was honest and explained that many of their service calls result in no revenue, so when they do get a repair job, they overcharge to make up for those "losses."

This kind of pricing model may help the company’s bottom line, but it’s deeply unfair to individual customers — especially those who may not fully understand the technical details. Please be cautious before hiring this company for HVAC service
