Justin from Alexander Heating did a great job diagnosing the issue with our newly installed furnace heater and adjusting the airflow to address the problem. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was set up correctly. Scott followed up to replace the limit switch, which we really appreciated. Both were professional and attentive, and they made sure everything was working as expected. Highly recommend Alexander Heating and their team.

Alexander’s did a great job installing a Mitsubishi multi-zone heat pump system. Their team worked hard to get it installed quickly despite near freezing temperatures. Highly recommend Alexander’s.

The two installers were very professional and got my new heat pump and furnace up and running in a timely manner. They left the garage very tidy after they finished. Alexander’s helped me in the past when Bob’s heating said they would no longer support my AC unit on a hot day. Because of that, I decided to reward them with my business for the new equipment. My sister works for a custom builder that uses Alexander’s and she recommended them to me.

Purchased a heat pump from Alexander's in August. Couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Dean did an awesome job checking out our home, explaining our options, and making recommendations. Gave us a very competitive quote, on par with Costco's vendor. Guys that did the install (Nick and his partner) did a knock out job. Roughly 3 months later, have had no issues with cooling or heating. Elena was great to work with, too. Good people. Highly recommend.

We had our water heater, Air conditioning unit and furnace installed by Alexander's heating during the pandemic. Today, we had our furnace serviced. Justin was great and took the time to show us a few tricks to program our thermostat and modify the outdoor air return so that we didn't get blasted with cold air throughout the day. He was very kind and personable and showed up right on time. A great home maintenance experience.

I can’t recommend Alexander’s Heating & Air Conditioning highly enough. Alexander, the owner, is incredibly responsive, understanding, and extremely professional. He has a wonderful attitude and truly cares about his customers, which made a stressful situation so much easier.
We came home from vacation to find the temperature inside our house was 46°F, with below-freezing temperatures outside, and we needed help immediately. We had Bryant furnace replaced, first time Bryant AC install, Honeywell Electronic Filter and Reme-LED. Amazing install and quality from Alexander's Heating and Air Conditioning!

1. Dean our project lead gave us transparent pricing and itemized everything down to the permits, extra wire routing for replacing our old thermostat with a nest!
2. Dean clearly explain the difference different options. Between a Mitshibishi Heat Pump and Heat Pump/Furnace and Furnace/AC, we were able to find out Furnace/AC was most reliable and economical for us since we have a backup gas powered electricity generator that would pair well with a Furnace, and since we were only using the AC for a few weeks a year, we didn't need a heat pump. We got the right tiers of items for our needs: top of line furnace and an efficient but not over the top AC.
3. It's winter now and our Bryant furnace is keeps the temperature much more stable instead of big up and downs from our old furnace. It's also much more quieter. Our house feels so much better with the heat stabilization which also helps with moisture levels!
4. Our air filters are winners! My wife could immediately tell the difference. REME-LED is non-invasive UV filter. The Honeywell is the most efficient for not reducing airflow vs MERV filter and while my wife is pregnant we didn't want risk of ozones associated with any electric filter even though it's minimal so we turn off our Honeywell. Dean made it right for us by finding us eight MERV 13 filters to last us 2 whole years for this pregnancy and another one if needed. Thanks to Dean for going above and beyond for us.
5. The install crew Nick and Maxime rocked! They were respectful to wear coverings on their boots, fast, and did great work on the install as we had to route our AC coolant line further away behind our garage since we didn't have space to put it right next to our house.
6. We quoted 4 HVAC companies and Alexander's had the best price for quality.

Extremely professional from start to finish, I had to reschedule the installation of a new water heater a few times, owing to holiday travel delays, but these guys took it in their stride and made themselves available as soon as I got back home. The installation crew were courteous, knowledgeable and friendly.

Overlake saved our holidays! Rob and Darryl worked with us to get our heat pump up and running in December. I was really impressed with the ease of scheduling, responsiveness, and great communication. Rob took the time (more than once!) to explain how the heat pump is supposed to work and what we should watch out for. After calling around and working with other HVAC companies in the area - many of which can only seem to come during working hours, weeks away - I am really glad to have found Overlake!

Overlake did an A+ job with our new heat pump, from product selection to installation. We needed help deciding between air conditioning and heat pump, and what components would best meet our unique house configuration. We interviewed several companies, some of whom talked our ears off for 2 - 3 hours, and took measurements of every window in the house in order to recommend the “perfect solution” for us. Some recommended a ductless system, with different units for different rooms. Some tried to sell us complex ducted and ductless systems that we found to be unnecessarily cumbersome and extravagant. We found ourselves scratching our heads trying to decide between systems that didn’t really make sense and were too expensive.

Then Rob, the owner of Overlake came. He took a quick tour of the house and talked to us candidly about the challenges our house configuration presented for any system we were considering. In his judgment, our least expensive choice would probably be our best solution. He focused our attention on how satisfied we are with our current ducted heating system, and how important or not important it was to maintain the same temperature in every room of the house. He explained that a heat pump could use the preexisting duct system and would provide comfortable heat in the winter and cool air in the summer. We were impressed with his science/data-based approach to system selection and his down-to-earth salesmanship and common sense.

Rob could have easily convinced us to spend considerably more, just like others tried, but the options he presented to us cost less and made more sense. In his opinion, we would be wasting our money looking for a system that exceeded the capacity necessary to make our house comfortable. Rob steered us in the right direction with his deep experience with HVAC systems and ethical business poise. The installation was performed seamlessly by Overlake’s professional and highly-skilled crew. We could not have chosen a better HVAC company for the job!

We found five companies to give a quota for replacing our furnace. After we read all reviews for these five companies, we chose Overlake Heating. Based on the customers' review, I can feel that Overlake heating really care about how the customers thinking about their service. Even there are some low ratings, but they are not complain issues about important technology problem.
The job already done. I am satisfied with my choice.

JP and his crew were outstanding and professional in their work. Showed up on time, promptly at 9 am, put down drop cloths where they walked inside the house, showed me the plan for removing the old unit and installing the new, we’re quiet, and worked a 14 hour day to make sure the job was completed on time. I wouldn’t hesitate at all to recommend them as a heating and ac co tractor. Thank you guys son much for a job well done !

I had terrible experience with York (Johnson Controls) warranty repair on the York heater that has given me constant problems over the 9 years from the installation. The heater is still under the warranty, but York was making it just about impossible to honor that warranty. I called finally Overlake Heating, talked to Rob about the issues. He went far, far out of his way, fighting with York for days on end until York straightened its mess and OK-ed the repairs under that parts-and-labor warranty. I heard from Patty at Overlake almost immediately. She called me to set up the appointment with the repairman. Next day, in the morning, Tim came and my heater was expertly and quickly diagnosed and fixed by him, after almost 12 days of no heat. Thank you Overlake! You have my business after years of trying different contractors.

Overlake replaced our furnace a couple years ago, and when we ran into an issue with the air conditioning unit recently, they stepped up to help diagnose the issue and correct the problem. Even though the root cause was a bad original A/C installation—not their furnace replacement work. They recognized it wasn’t may fault either and they met me in the middle to resolve the problem at a reasonable price. The manager, Rob and the technician, Spencer, were great to work with. I met with several companies regarding putting an AC unit for our property and Overlake Heating was by far the best. Met with Robert and he was great to deal with and was honest about the whole process. Their team was very professional and very detailed oriented. They cared more about making sure I had the right system for my house then trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs an AC put in their house! Mathew from Overlake came, personable, knowledgeable, not on commission, showed me just what needed fixing and why and what was OK. We were looking for quotes to replace our furnace. We decided to postpone this project for now, but Robert from Overlake Heating and Air Conditioning came by and was fantastic. TOP QUALITY / THE BEST – and at a very competitive $ price too. Quoted 5 HVAC places for a 100% ZERO CARBON HVAC system as the entire family is going 100% carbon natural as we replace items like gas furnaces and gas hot water heaters etc. Rob was great and gave a detailed quote and additionally VERY detailed answers to all our technically deep questions (also set up for home expansion plans, AND add on that the system even heats the garage now). When you have a competitive price, it is NOT about the least expensive, its about who does the best quality installation AND follow-up support/tech support!!!! The Overlake team was 100% there after the installation to ensure all the features, including the Mobile App system control was all set up and working. Even more is when one item came up, we called back and they were very good about handling that too. HIGH-Quality installation too. Ask them questions because they know their industry and give the reality answers.

It was a pleasure having Overlake Heating install our new furnace. We had four different companies out to bid, but we chose Overlake because of their responsiveness and overall positive interaction. Rob came out on two different occasions and took his time to walk us through all furnace options that would work best in our home, as well as answer many questions we had. We were working with a tight space, so we had to make some decisions which we changed our mind on a couple of times - Rob was patient and helped us along the way. Once we decided on the setup, Overlake had a two-installer crew out the following week. Installers were great, answering all my questions and accommodating when it came to my requests during the different stages of the install. In the middle of the install I asked to build a custom part rather than using a pre-fabricated one, and without hesitation and requesting additional payment they went to work on building the part (which took them ~1hr). A week after the install, we asked someone to come out for a whining noise and some additional questions. The gentleman that came out not only explained how we can reduce/eliminate the whining noise due to us using a restrictive filter, but went ahead and checked over the furnace, fine-tuning gas pressure and walked us through setting up our existing thermostat to work better with our two-stage furnace based on our feedback. All heating companies can sell you the same equipment, it's the people interaction that sets them apart, and based on our experience Overlake Heating is amongst the best!

Super happy with the Bryant central heat pump and furnace that Overlake installed in our townhome about a year ago. Absolutely no problems with it so far, and the cooling works 100% better than our previous central A/C installation did. Really impressed with all the people we dealt with--Robert, Patty, Sam, JP, Bjorn, and a couple others I forgot the names of :-) Thanks!
