Justin (the technician) arrived in a timely manner, and was quick and thorough in his review of the system. A few minor repairs were necessary and he made quick work of those while also explaining in detail.

I had an excellent experience with Mark! From the first phone call to the final service, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Mark arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my AC, and the pricing was fair with no hidden fees. It’s hard to find a company you can truly trust these days, but Mark and his team exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for any heating or cooling needs!

We had an AC system installed and replaced our failing furnace and water tank. As the old saying goes, a picture speaks a thousand words. Just look at the before and after. The installation exceeded my expectations. Dean came out to make the bid and explained everything and was communicative throughout the entire process. The installers, Peter and Nick, were beyond fantastic. Professional, friendly, and everything was clean at the end of the day.

Alexanders was recommended by my neighbor and I see why. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to touch my HVAC system and would recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC work done.

If I could give zero stars I would. Alexander's heating installed a Fujitsu mini split system for me in 2015. In May of 2022, the system had an epic failure. I've now had 6 different HVAC experts, technicians and sales people out from 4 different industry companies to give bids on repair versus replacement. Each and every one has started by saying what a "horrible installation job" "total neglect" "not the standard for safety or material even in 2015." On top of that, I had Alexander's heating out first, Dean Covell, since they did the job. Its been a month now. No repair bid, no return calls or texts, never connected me with the Fujitsu rep "the next day" as promised. They will not give me the phone number for the owner and Alex has not returned my communications. They are clearly avoiding my communications because they saw what a terrible job was done when they came out and are trying to avoid taking responsibility for their terrible work. More than one service tech has said that their poor installation was definitely the reason the unit failed. It should've lasted me 15 years, it only lasted 7. And not seeing the damage show up until 7 years later is totally feasible.

I called Scott as requested and he made it to my house to diagnose a heating issue. I was very happy with his professionalism troubleshooting the issue. Repaired and cleaned up. I will use and recommend Alexander’s service to my acquaintance’s.

Honest, reliable, and knowledgeable!! I had a different repair outfit come out a week before to diagnose and repair my furnace. Five minute in the guy comes to tell me the inducer is seized and needs to be replaced at $2000. I decided to call someone else! Alexander's heating came in next day, showed up on time, heard my narrative and informed me he would like to diagnose the system and test the system to see if it is truly seized. 30 minutes in, the heater is fixed and no inducer needed to be replaced-- a bird had made it in a clogged the exhaust....

We had the most incredible experience with Alexander's. A neighbor recommended them after we got a diagnostic/estimate from another company we felt was a bit too expensive and we're so glad we followed our gut and got a second opinion. The issue the first company found was so large that it was nearly the same cost for replacing the whole unit and the issue Alexander's found was only a couple hundred dollars and was fixed the same day we called and in under 30 minutes from arrival. Scott was so honest and kind with us while he worked, including with my 3 year old that was very curious and talkative while he looked at everything.

We've definitely found a trustworthy HVAC contractor and will be calling them about any future issues we encounter.

I had Alexander's Heating & Cooling install a new Heat Pump in my house. A year later, it had issues. They came out, quickly, multiple times and worked to diagnose the problem and noted they would take care of it. Highly recommended for their customer service.

Scott was absolutely fantastic. One of the best service Tech we’ve had. In one day he ordered the parts, Brought it the very next morning, fixed the broken part and we were up and running the next day. He was prompt and courteous and very professional. But highly recommend him.

Our furnace would not provide heat. Phoned Alexandra’s and Scott was at my home within forty five minutes. Not only did he repair my aging furnace, but must commend him for his prompt and professional service. Kudos!

Great company. Alex and all of his staff are very professional. Great at scheduling the right person and showing up in the timeframe. Kudos to the office staff/scheduler. I’ve never been frustrated or disappointed. As a builder, I rely on contractors that do the job they are being paid for as well as, show up and communicate well. Justin did a great job today diagnosing a small noise and it’s always a pleasure working with him, Scott and all.

Alexander's installed a new gas heater, heat pump, and tankless water heater for this summer. We were very happy with the service and responsiveness that we received when small corrections needed to be made. They did a great job and I would recommend them, especially Dean and Scott. Very responsive and stand up guys.

I’ve used Alexander’s Heating and Air Conditioning (Alex and his crew) for multiple projects now and I can’t say enough good things. They’re always on time, super professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely nice people who are a pleasure to work with. They consistently go above and beyond—doing way more than they promise and finding a smart solution for every problem instead of just slapping on a band-aid fix. If you want the job done right by people you can trust, hire them. Hands-down the best HVAC team I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend!

Update - can't recommend these guys enough! After our initial service, we noticed something was off with our zones over the weekend. We called on Saturday and got to a call center, where the agent was very friendly and responsible (surprise!) and promised to leave a priority/emergency message for the office to call us first thing Monday morning. Monday 6 AMish (!) the service manager Scott emailed us and confirmed a warranty service call the next day. Tuesday Justin (who did the original service) showed up and figured out a very tricky problem and resolved it. All without extra cost to us, under the warranty! Big shoutout to Scotts and Justin, and the call center agent, and the whole team. You guys are super!

Selling my home, had a 25 yo original Bryant furnace for CH. Great interaction w/ Alexander's as two of the workers arrived at 8am and installed a new Bryant furnace for me in two hours. Impressive. The service tech. who did the initial check on the old furnace was very friendly and knowledgeable too. Kudos all around.

Alexander’s Heating & Air Conditioning installed the A/C and heating systems in my home almost 8 years ago, and they have been my go-to service company ever since. Their team is consistently professional, responsive, and reliable. They took the time to teach me how to perform simple monthly maintenance to keep my systems running efficiently and in good condition.. They never try to sell me anything during the maintenance service. They are an honest business that I trust and highly recommend.

Hard to find reliable companies anymore, but these guys were amazing. Had an old furnace replaced with a heat pump. They showed up on time, finished the project on time and on budget. Left everything clean. Very knowledgeable about products vs their competitors. Highly recommended!!!

Very thankful for same-day service call by Justin after a power outage last night. The Mitsubishi heat pump system needed a hard reset up on the roof of the condominium. Sent him back to the office with a jar of Fran’s dark chocolate to share with the lovely people who helped squeeze me into Justin’s full schedule!
