Sam Leonte from Roto-Rooter has been our pluming expert for several years. He responds rapidly and takes care of our problems day and night in best possible and reliable ways. He understands the problems, explains the actions needed very well and completes the job perfectly. He also never overcharges you. Most recently, when our house got flooded due to failure of multiple pipes during a cold spell, Sam calmly and diligently located and solved the problems by staying very late in a few nights to make sure that our water was back on. He worked professionally with other emergency responders to make sure that our water was restored as soon as possible. He also came back to check how things were and we had any more issues. without any reservations, I recommend Sam Leonte and Roto-Rooter for your pluming needs.

Unsure how this company got such high ratings. I described exactly what I needed in the contact form. Made an appointment for a FREE estimate (triple checked with the person on the phone to make sure it was free and it even says free on their website) for Thursday. They called on Monday asking if we still needed service done on that day. Then on Thursday, the person that came out was 2 hours late, tried to charge us for the trip (???) after giving a super vague estinate and mentioning they don't normally do the kind of thing we asked for (I gave details when I first contacted them!). When he realized he wasn't getting the estimate fee, he rushed to leave. Complete waste of time.

Mostafa was awesome! This was the second time we had the same issue in a month. Of course it was under warranty. He came out and cleared the issue and gave me some tips on how to diagnose and treat these issues on my own. Just extremely helpful!

Vladimir and Martin did an excellent job in diagnosing the problem. Vladimir cleared my mainline and stated that he thought that the mainline may have a break and recommended a camera scope be used to determine if a break exists. His colleague, Martin arrived in a timely manner and ran the scope through the mainline and discovered a break. They both were professional and explained everything in detail. I am very satisfied with their work! I will use Roto-rooter in the future for my plumbing needs.

Excellent service! Sam showed up and provided complete list of the issues and was able to replace water heater and remove old one. Spent the day making sure all points and connections were completed. Cleaned up after service. Very pleasant experience.

We had a big (2 inch in diameter) root growing in our main sewer line out, stopping all drainage from our house to the city’s main line. Unaware that it was a root causing the issue, an attempt at power snaking was first unsuccessfully tried.

Ultimately it was decided that the root could be cut out via water jet and a sleeve could be inserted to correct the issue.

Isaiah and his team were prompt, professional and kept us informed every step of the way. Within 24 hours we were back up and running. I would not hesitate to recommend Roto-Rooter to a friend.

We had our septic pipe clog in the evening and Roto Rooter was able to serve within an hour and quickly solve the problem. The technician was very polite and courteous. We have used them in the past and have always had a positive experience.

Very expensive and they won’t tell you their price schedule until they come out. It only took the plumber 5 minutes to unclog the toilet
