And much like if you give a mouse a cookie, if you happen to have a dripping tub or leaking pipe you’ve been ignoring because calling a plumber is mental energy you just don’t have at the end of a long working day/week/month, if you bring it up to the drain technician that you have an issue, they will help you set up an appointment for someone to come check those things you’ve been ignoring for an age. And when they come over, they will explain things in a clear way to help you understand exactly what mistakes the previous DIY enthusiasts who owned your home did when they installed their sink/bathtub/shower. (Thank you Frank!) and check for hidden moisture damage lurking unseen (Thank you Britt!!) and they will make the whole process less overwhelming by clear and honest communication (Thank you again Britt!!).

In short, I haven’t even started the bathroom remodels that have been much needed yet since we moved into our forever home but I’m already willing to hire Roto Rooter again because every single member of their team has been amazing.

Quick, efficient service with qualified professionals, but quite expensive. Troy was helpful and professional, fixed the issue and was out in half an hour, but I was surprised by the bill. With tax, it came out to $750 for a pipe snake to clear a clog. Overall, if you want good service and price isn't a limiting factor, then I would recommend Roto-Rooter.

Roto-rooter was very responsive and communicative, and their technician, Brian, did a great job with the water heater replacement. He did everything we discussed, which included some copper work in addition to the water heater replacement, and the quality of the work was excellent. I highly recommend Roto-rooter for water heater installation, and I'd personally consider them for future plumbing work.

Aaron saved Christmas. Our daughter had just undergone surgery for cancer Monday. Her brother and sister were coming home to see her and celebrate Christmas, and I thought it would be nice to fix the downstairs shower. When the water wouldn't stop pouring out, I called for professional help Aaron was kind, professional and fixed my mistake. But more than that, he was compassionate in his professionalism. What can I say. From a tough week, to a pluming disaster, Aaron was a bright light in a hard week. Thank you! I highly recommend his service!!!!

Tony was truly amazing, extremely helpful and very kind. Was happy to help and stayed late to make sure we had our issue resolved.

We had an ice maker line fail suddenly and leak all over the place and he had it resolved that night.

When your sewer line is backed up and you learn that you have roots, who do you call? Nate Sigman! My 1940's house has a history of backing up every 8 to 10 months and renting a cable was always my go to fix. But when this back up happened I called Roto-Rooter at 9am and by 11am Nate came out to first clear the line then camera the results. We found more roots so Nate worked his magic and spent an hour to clear them all. I highly recommend him and Roto-Rooter.

These guys were so very helpful! We had a huge water leak. They had someone here the same day we called. Our service guy was very professional and up front with us about what needed to be done, as well as gave us options. He was clean and respectful. We will always call here for any of our plumbing needs.

Horizon Plumbing came over to track down a leak on an upstairs toilet. He was very courteous and quick to find the issue. He also recommended that I get the area looked at to ensure that I would get mold or issues later down the road. He helped schedule that and got working on resolving the problem. There pricing was very reasonable and the estimates they provided were spot on for the job we had. I would recommend them.

We had 2 inches of sewer water in our downstairs bathroom. came quickly, did a great,clean job and weren't too expensive. The plumbers were personable and dog friendly!!
In a crisis, when any household would feel exposed to being taken advantage of, Bee's were willing to step up and let us feel like we had genuine help.
Communication was clear before, during, and after. We also got some great advice concerning future use of our ageing drains. All work was solid and they cleaned up!
