Constraction reviews in Renton, Washington

What you needed after water damage... a fair bid, high quality trustworthy work that they stand behind. Spectrum Construction Services.

Great experience; knowledgeable, respectful and fast. Would recommend to anyone. They listened to all my concerns and followed through as agreed. Full stars!

Smooth experience start to finish. Worked well with my insurance and once they were done supporting the claim, I contracted them for some additional work.

My experience was with kind professionals, who listened and helped me out of a bad situation.

Spectrum construction did a great job on my basement repair. They were very professional and finished the project on time and under budget. Would work with them again in a heartbeat.

Just had some water damage repair work completed by Spectrum. Great job, good communication on what was needed doing & what got done each day. Would gladly have them back if I ever needed work done again.

I am a contractor with over 25 years in the electrical industry . I have worked with Spectrum on multiple projects throughout the Puget Sound. I have found both Justin and Ty to be friendly, communicative, prompt and in general a pleasure to do business with.
They make the right contacts, connect the dots and get the job done. And they pay their bills on time. 😁
If Spectrum comes across your radar give them a call. It will be in your interest.

Shilly and Martin were amazing, the communication, the quality of the work, the attention to detail...They did such a great job. In the past I have felt like my concerns were dismissed with other contactors or felt like I wasn't being listened to at all in some cases but I never felt like that once with them. We are beyond happy with the work that was done and our kitchen looks better than I even imagined it would. Shilly gave great recommendations and really went to bat for us to be sure we got the look that we wanted within a budget we could handle. I honestly cannot say enough about how amazing they were. Everyone involved was great but Shilly and Martin really stood out with the level of service. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do renovations!!

I had a fire claim with usaa.
After a myriad of practically ridiculous estimates from USAA, I had the BLISSFUL REFERRAL by usaa to Spectrum Construction company.
Shilly their construction and repair officer took over the apparent overwhelming task to satisfy the required USAA paperwork, The result was that USAA recognized that the initial estimate was not sufficient. The result was A SEAMLESS AND OUTSTANDING REPAIR job of the many areas affected the residence cover gracefully by usaa Insurance.

My suggestion to you all- if you ever have an insurance claim or any construction /repair contact either shilly or charles at Spectrum construction in seattle - YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID.

We were very happy with Spectrum's services to restore our basement bathroom and recreation room after a flood. Shilly paid close attention to details and was able to work productively with our homeowner's insurance company. Workers were skilled and efficient. Thank you Spectrum!

Spectrum Construction Services were amazing! Attention to detail, friendly service with great customer care, great pricing, and best of all: follow-through! They showed up when they said and finished the job with care, which isn't so easy to find these days!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Spectrum Construction for a home remodel and couldn't be happier with the results from start to finish.

TY and his team were professional, reliable and attentive to every detail, they renovated my kitchen, living room and my master Bahtroom, Spectrum Construction exceeded my expectations in every way. They provided clear communication throughout the process, offered creative solutions to challenges, and ensured everything was completed on time.

A huge thank you to the entire team at Spectrum Construction for turning my vision into reality. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch construction and remodeling services.

Spectrum was a fantastic partner in our house repair. Being an architect by trade, my expectations are high with any trades work. I can say, without fail, Barry and his team exceeded my expectations with excellent communications, clear intents and outstanding craftsman at each phase. I shall be referring them again and again given the opportunity. Job well done….

Our rental unit in Renton suffered wind damage to the electrical supply mast; though service was not interrupted, our insurance company covered the repair. Spectrum Services was awarded the job, and was scheduled to begin the repair in mid-March, when Puget Sound Energy informed them that the job required two flaggers to monitor traffic during the service disconnect and reconnect, and that only PSE could provide them.
This began a seven-month effort by Shilly of Spectrum to schedule the flaggers that PSE required, who had to be scheduled through PSE. ( PSE was uncooperative, unresponsive, and uninterested.) After six months of effort, Shilly was able to make contact with a problem-solver within PSE and get the flaggers scheduled; the electrician was notified, the electrical work was completed - in one long day,, if memory serves. Three days later, the job was done.
I commend Spectrum - and Shilly - for their many months of frustrated efforts until they finally got our little job done! Thanks, guys! Kurt Helmgren

Workers were on time, friendly, good listeners/communication excellent & the house repairs exceed our expectations !!!
The crew owner, Jairo Martinez & co. we’re excellent in every respect.
Shilly Sumampouw, our contact person from SPECTRUM, went above & beyond, especially guiding us through this new experience of having house damage & subsequent process of repair.

We have had the privilege of collaborating on multiple occasions with Spectrum Construction, a company renowned for excellence, led by Ty Parrotte and a highly professional team. Each project has been an opportunity to deliver gutter installations and repairs with the highest standards of quality and efficiency, ensuring complete client satisfaction. We deeply appreciate the trust and the professional treatment extended by Spectrum to Tiger Gutter Service.

It’s been almost 4 months since our master bathroom/bedroom remodel was completed and I’m so pleased with the look and quality of how it turned out. It was such a pleasant process, unlike the horror stories of remodels other people have. The whole remodel took about 3 weeks, not months like others experience. Shawn kept us informed of his schedule and pretty much stuck to it. Communication was key since both my husband and I work over 8 hours a day. We weren’t around during the day to oversee the work. Everything turned out the way I envisioned. Wouldn’t hesitate using A-Z again.

A-Z Construction remodeled my Kitchen, Dining Room, Guest Bathroom and Master Bathroom. They were fantastic to work with from the initial design phase through completion. Very professional, great communication and work ethics.

A wall was completely removed between Kitchen and Dining Room allowing for a completely open concept all the way through the Family Room. The kitchen was completely gutted allowing for a new open Kitchen design.

The Master Bath was completely gutted and a new open concept with large European shower, expanded cabinets and large countertop replaced a previously crowded design.

I highly recommend A-Z Construction for future remodeling. I will be using them for future projects.

Shawn and Kyrone are a great team to choose for your kitchen or bathroom remodel. A-Z is a seasoned company that's been specializing in the remodeling field for over 15 years. I've used them for several major home renovations in the 3 properties I've purchased in the greater Seattle area.

I worked with A-Z on my master bathroom remodel. I had them handle the major work but to leave the finishing to my brother and I. Shawn and the crew at A-Z did really good work and provided me with a ready to finish bathroom at the end of the project. I did find some debris in my hvac vent after everything wrapped up but otherwise my home was kept pretty clean and they even came back after I was done with my part and installed the shower fixtures. I would definitely work with them again in the future.

We just completed a full house remodel with A-Z Construction. Shawn and Kyrone did an amazing job from start to finish. They were timely, professional, always available to discuss the project and provided expert advice on selections and changes. The project was finished on time and is beautiful. We highly recommend A-Z Construction.
