Our rental was in need of some TLC before we moved in. A husband and wife team was just what it needed! They cleared cobwebs, sparkled our kitchen, and cleaned our bathrooms spotless! Will definitely use their services again.

The team is great, they are very responsive and transparent. And our regular professional Oksana is amazing, she fixed our counter (I was sure I burned it permanently) and she always goes above and beyond with the cat hair removal.

Since using A&K I can do things I never could before. Not with 'Dana's' who made me 'declutter' and fill out a detailed list each time; not with 'Seattle Green Cleaners' who charges twice as much and cleans half as well, and whose large teams never could find the key right where it always has been for 24 years. Unless I was home they would report being locked out and leave, charging me the full amount despite my protest. (This was the last straw. SGC owner was supposed to call about this after her Asian vacation a year ago but blithely charged me instead and sends me spam.)

A&K Cleaning is one of those all-too-rare now CAN-do companies. So far: from first contact, return my calls right away and make setting up service a dream; give me any day and time I need; change my Thursday to Tuesday when my Thanksgiving houseful arrives; clean my best friend's new liveaboard boat at Shilshole--not their niche or normal area of service--and wow him too.
Things they do without asking: arrive on time and act like cleaning professionals, not entitled ones who you kick yourself for tipping too much later; clean so beautifully your home feels cleaner than it ever was before; make me say ahhhh, not arghh.

The best part is I don't have to deal with Brand X Cleaners ever again (though maybe she just isn't back from another vacation yet and may call someday. It has only been a year after all.) And thanks to my cleaning team, I can eat off my bathroom floor. I literally just did when something fell and came up sans one dog hair. Thank you Oleg, Alla, and my secret weapons Tonya and Stacey!

Fantastic cleaning service! Professional, friendly, and efficient.
Oleg helped me set up the appointment. He was quick to respond to emails and phones calls, answered all my questions, and helped me feel comfortable about booking my first cleaning. I was set with an appointment quite quickly. I did have to wait a couple weeks to get a spot, though. Good sign - busy means they're popular!
Stacey and Tonya did a fantastic job cleaning up my townhome. This is my first time hiring a cleaning service, so I don't have anything to compare with. Regardless: wow, what a difference they made. This is the cleanest my place has looked probably ever. They did a much better job than I have and were much more efficient.
I was even able to put on headphones and continue working throughout the cleaning process, which was a great bonus. They required very little input from me and I only needed to move out of their way one time.

I had a one-time deep cleaning, and I was very impressed! I'm not moving out or anything, my house just really needed a thorough cleaning. The cleaners were timely and professional, very sweet to my dog. My house has not been this clean since I moved in 3 years ago. I will definitely be using their services again!

We had A&K out for a promotional carpet cleaning of our stairs and landing area. They did an amazing job. They used tools to prevent any damage to our walls and furniture. The carpets look so great now. We had our carpets cleaned from a different company 2 years ago and A&k got out marks the original cleaner said he couldn't get. They even got out some old paint marks from 4 years ago. I would totally recommend their service.

My husband, 5-year-old son, and I are all in absolute awe of the work that A & K Cleaning did for us this week. We had scheduled a deep cleaning and they went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We asked for special attention to be given to the master bathroom and kitchen and they did not disappoint. The sinks, toilets, tubs, fixtures, stove, etc. were positively gleaming and the floor looked impeccable. We didn't order a carpet cleaning, but their thorough vacuuming of the carpets made it look like the carpets had been cleaned. There are too many details to list that they covered. If you're in need of a deep cleaning for a fair price, you cannot go wrong with A & K. We are so glad to have taken this step and will definitely be working with them again!

I was looking for a cleaning service that would come in and do a deep cleaning of my whole house. I found A&K online with great reviews so I decided to take a chance that they would put as much effort into the job as I typically do. I'm so glad I did because from start to finish this was a very professional company to work with! The two ladies arrived on time and worked hard the whole time they were here. The house looks amazing! Most definitely the best gift to myself and worth every penny spent! After reading the great reviews I decided to have the carpets cleaned too. Oleg (the owner of the company) arrived to clean our carpets because someone was out sick. Wow! I really appreciated that level of customer service! He had some difficult stain issues to deal with and used various products to get the best results possible. He really cared about doing a great job!! I hired A&K to do a move-out cleaning of my 3-bedroom/2-bath condo at Redondo Beach. The cleaner left it absolutely immaculate and ready for the real estate market. That included thorough cleaning of all the appliances, the floors and baseboards, cleaning & sanitizing both bathrooms, and inside and outside all the cupboards and drawers in the condo. If I could, I would give this company TEN stars! My cleaner, and the manager, OIeg, were absolutely super to work with. You can't go wrong with A&K.

I needed someone to deep clean a house I’d rented for two years and wanted it to be in as good of condition as possible since I’m handing it back to the owner. I reached out based on the Yelp reviews that were already submitted. They got back to me the same day and were available for a cleaning in just under a week, which worked perfectly for my timing.

It wasn’t a steal, but the crew did a wonderful job for the price, and cleaned better than I ever could have. I couldn’t find anything amiss.

They arrived on time brought all their own cleaning supplies even a vacuum cleaner started on time and did not stop it was amazing they did an incredible job on my floor and cleaned a garden window for me that I can no longer reach she got up on her hands and her knees on the counter and cleaned it It was amazing The floor looked like it was brand new I highly recommend these people they were just so great. It was such a hard worker I even went out and bought a cake for her family and gave her a little extra just because she just brought a tear to my eye It was so grateful to have somebody help me that much

Moving out, moving in, or is your place just dirty? This is the company you should use! They do phenomenal work for a good price.

I called a few different places to clean a 4 bedroom house and right from the beginning A&K was very responsive. The crew did an amazing job, the house never looked this good before.

This service is the BEST! I did a lot of research looking for a good House Cleaning company to take care of our home in Kent. I talked with multiple people/companies before making a decision. We decided on A&K House Cleaning and they provided service for our home every two weeks for 14 months (after which we moved to Bellingham). I have dealt with many housekeeping services for my previous homes all over the US. A&K listened to everything I needed for my home and they went above and beyond my expectations. Their team of professionals (Oksana worked with us regularly) are efficient, courteous and always left our home looking GREAT! In preparation for our move, A&K was extremely flexible with our schedule and provided our "moving clean" and once again left our home looking GREAT for the new owner. Alla and Oleg provide personal and courteous interactions in terms of scheduling and billing - I always enjoyed speaking with them.
