Maria Housekeeping has been coming twice a week for over a year now, and I am very happy. We tidy up before they come so they can focus on the deep cleaning, but even when we forget the house looks and smells great when they leave. I work at home, so am generally here and it's not disruptive. Usually it's a team of two and they are in and out with all the pre-agreed upon areas completed in no time. They call before each service to remind me that they are coming and the expected time. When I've needed to adjust the schedule, or accommodate for holidays there is no pressure. I'm happy.

We hired Maria House Cleaning for a one time deep clean of our home. The couple did an exceptional job. We could not be more pleased. We also hired them to do our windows inside and out. We have now happily hired them for ongoing cleaning every 2 weeks.

So grateful to discover Maria House Cleaning through Angie's List. I easily connected with Maria; she came out and did a same day estimate. We scheduled a time and her employees Anton and Tatiana came on time (a problem with my last cleaner who was usually late without sending a text or calling, or a no show) and did a great job. Both are lovely people and considerate of me and my two kittens. They are also creative with getting at the many nooks/ crannies and high places in my home. I highly recommend Maria House Cleaning.

We are very happy with our first deep cleaning by Maria Housecleaning. We used several different cleaning companies in the past, but their cleaning was never as good as Maria's.
We could see the difference.The house looked and smelled great. It was also great relief for us to know that someone could take care of our house as well or better than we do.

Maria Housecleaning has been a pleasure to work with. We have been using them for almost a year and they are responsible, timely, very reasonably priced, and friendly! We couldn't be happier with their service.They do an excellent job, and even give a reminder call. Having them come and clean through the house every other Tuesday is a lifesaver for a very busy mom of three! Some women budget in hair, nails, or spa treatments, but I would rather have my house cleaned. :)

We have been happy with their detailed cleaning. We have monthly cleanings, which they always call to schedule. They are prompt and finish within a reasonable amount of time. The cleaners really went above and beyond; I was very happy with the results. I had surprise house guests that weekend, so I hadn't had time to do the surface tidying I intended to do to better enable them to deep clean. They worked around everything and did extra without complaint. I really appreciated it and definitely recommend them!

Maria's House Cleaning is excellent! I've been a regular customer for almost 2 years (both at my last house and my new house) and have always been satisfied with the service. I do monthly cleanings and think their pricing is very fair and competitive. Their staff is very quick to respond to my phone calls - always a call back within 24 hours and usually within a couple hours. They call you the day before your appointment to confirm your time slot and several times I've needed to reschedule my day or time slot and they've always been very accommodating. The cleaning staff have all been very polite and considerate. I've never had any issues and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning service in the greater Seattle area!

My partner found this company & liked that they had great reviews yet were a smaller, local business. I recently hurt my arms in a work injury & he's back to work after our recent move, so we asked Maria House Cleaning Service to come do our apartment move-out cleaning yesterday. One woman arrived early & then spent 3 hours scrubbing our old place completely spotless. She even stopped a little early to ask me what I would like her to spend extra time on before our time was up! She was so friendly and diligent, and the woman who booked our appointment was very prompt & professional in her communications as well. They confirmed the service ahead of time & followed up afterward to provide the receipt we requested. We were so pleased with the efficiency & professionalism of this company, & would highly recommend their services to anyone in need!

We have been using Maria House Cleaning Service twice a month for 4 years and have been very happy overall. They are very flexible when it comes to rescheduling. They always send people who are friendly, respectful and hard working. They do seem to have a fair amount of turnover though, so when you get a new person (from turnover or changing your schedule) you just have to be sure to specify everything that you would like done around the house. They sometimes can miss appointments or be late, but are mostly on time.

Loyal customer of Maria's for about a year now. The team is super professional and extremely detailed. They go above and beyond my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone needing a grade A service!
