We've used GHB Window Cleaning for years, and we have a lot of windows! On top of that, our technician, Jovanny, has to use a Tucker pole to wash windows that are 30 feet up! But what you get is what you see--a great view through sparkling clear windows!

I haven’t been satisfied with the amount of time spent cleaning our home. It has always been done in 30 to 40 minutes. I always find areas that were missed, so next time I will leave notes about basic places that need attention.

Just had our first cleaning with TCA. The crew of 2 (Nancy & Marisol) arrived exactly on time and did great work getting our home looking fresh again after so many months of us being cooped up inside. Looking forward to our ongoing cleaning service.

Was able to schedule an estimate really quickly and timely arrival for estimation. But ever since estimate, have been trying hard to schedule an appointment but havent got a response. Called customer service twice, left email twice. I wish there was a clear response. Too bad an earth centric company is so unresponsive. Makes it easier for the earth harming companies to take valuable business(potentially).

The news owners are great! The cleaning crews do an even better job than they did before. Consistently great work, and the crews are so nice!

I love coming home after Virginia, Marisol and Victoria have been here to clean! The house is fresh and we can relax and enjoy it! Team #3 is very thorough and I know they take extra care to make our home look great. Thank you, Cleaning Authority!

I have tried this company for the past 4 months on a biweekly basis and the service gets worse with every cleaning. I heard them cleaning the microwave and yet when I opened the microwave to use it, there were red splotches from and still food debris inside the door. They clean the way a teenager who just wants to shut you up cleans…everything is half done. They wet the floor on their way out, but don’t truly mop, they say they dust, but everything is still dusty, they say the clean mirrors and all the mirrors have streaks. They are here in my studio apartment for 30 minutes, which wouldn’t be a problem if it were clean. You have to clean before they come because they won’t move anything to dust or clean and even in doing that, they miss something in every area of my 782 sq ft space.
They are lovely people, but shouldn’t charge anyone to clean their home. I’ve sent this feedback over and over again. I’m canceling the service today.

I have used the Cleaning Authority for about 10 years now. My cleaning team, Virginia, Victoria and Marisol do a fantastic job! They even put up with my rambunctious doodle-y dog, laughing at his barking and playing with him when they come in. They are fast, thorough, conscientious and so very trustworthy! Team #3 rocks.

Love The Cleaning Authority and the new owners. They give so much to their local community and are so generous with donations to non profits in the area. Great service also, win win all around.
