The ladies cleaning are great!
Our only complaint is that we have to asked every month what time they are coming. Can the time be added to the app at least 24 hours before they arrive?

Our cleaning team from The Cleaning Authority is great! They are kind, courteous, respectful and efficient. I feel that they listen to us when we have an issue or need to change something. They always come in as a team, which means 2 or more people arrive to do the work together. They are also mindful of our two cats, especially the one that wants to escape outside. We are a family of 5, with 2 working adults and 3 kids under 10. So you can imagine how messy our house can get and how difficult it can be to keep up on. The Cleaning Authority helps us so much and I really appreciate them!

I'd been thinking about getting housecleaners for awhile, but had been hesitant because of adding the regular expense to my budget and also because it felt weird to think about strangers cleaning up my messes. I've been having TCA coming out every other week for about 4 months now and I'm so happy I decided to give it a shot! It has resulted in such an increase in my family's quality of life, it feels so incredible to be putting less time into cleaning but having my house be consistently significantly cleaner. My regular team is Johanna, Kaycee, and Elizabeth, and they have been so great to work with. They're very kind and professional and do a great job. I wholeheartedly recommend the Cleaning Authority!

Very happy with my first clean! They seemed to have left no stone unturned! I've used other Cleaning Authority teams and this team has impressed me much more than my previous experiences! 😁

I paid for a move in detailed cleaning of the rental we were moving into. This company did not clean anything. They wiped down the outside of the fridge and took a wet cloth across the hardwood floors. We asked specifically what a detailed cleaning entailed and they did nothing off the list we were given. The owner, when confronted, continues to “believe his employees over a customer”. I supplied the owner with photos of the uncleaned house directly after his team left (without letting me know they were leaving). I asked for a new team to come out to complete the cleaning and he refused. He also, when confronted with photos of the house acknowledges that this is in fact the standard level of cleaning for a DETAILED cleaning that we were told pays extra attention to baseboards, cupboards, walls, doors, etc. DO NOT use this service. They do not clean anything.

Nice office staff and cleaning crew but unfortunately initial cleaning service was sub par. I was forgiving for the late start however the end result of my initial clean was unfavorable. The cleaning crew did not dust bathroom nor kitchen áreas throughly on top of items nor underneath. The shower floor didn’t look as if it were cleaned? The inside of the microwave was not cleaned. They didn’t tidy up areas, just left areas disorganized. They didn’t pick up behind areas that were carpeted and should have been vacuumed. As we go through the house we find more little issues here and there. For example, moved our AppleTv and placed on floor and left the Apple TV on the floor. Didn’t bother to put it back in its place. Also whomever mopped the floor, knocked over my dogs water bowl spilled the water on the mat and left the soaked wet mat on the wood floor. Didn’t bother to let me know so I could remove to dry. After receiving such poor cleaning service not worth what we paid, we canceled all future cleanings. I wouldn’t recommend this cleaning service to anyone. It was a waste of money. I wish I had saved the money and just cleaned myself.

The staff at the Cleaning Authority are very efficient and detailed in their work. I have enjoyed their services for the past 6 months, and I couldn’t be happier. I really love coming home to such a clean home, especially sparkling appliances, countertops, and floors.

I had previously received a brochure in the mail from The Cleaning Authority, so I called them and was easily able to set up a walkthrough with the Manager and then get an appointment for the cleaning. I was very clear about the fact that I wanted the "Deep Clean" that is listed on their brochure. I very specifically said that I wanted deep dusting of all wall art, knick knacks and all tabletop items in the house as well as baseboards and window sills cleaned. The 3 cleaners who came were very nice, but they arrived late and did not bother to call to let me know that they would not be arriving on time. They only stayed for an hour and a half, and other than vacuuming the carpet, I have no idea what they actually did. I have posted just a few of the many photos I took after they left of what they did not do, and when I called to complain, the Manager then proceeded to provide a list of all the things they do not do, like moving furniture or moving actually anything. But there is no way for me to move everything in my house out of the way so that all tabletops, counters and other furniture are totally clear. If I have to do that, then I might as well do the cleaning myself. And they could have cleaned the baseboards with a long stemmed swiffer and the window sills with a cloth. All of my dining room chairs are on wheels, but they couldn't be so bothered to move them out of the way to mop under the table. And there is nothing on top of my refrigerator and they didn't bother to clean there either. I do have a step stool and a step ladder if they needed it, but I'm sure they would find some reason that they couldn't do that. And if not moving anything is truly their policy, then why didn't the Manager bring it up during the walkthrough. She assured me that everything I asked for would be taken care of. Sounds like bait and switch to me. So, if The Cleaning Authority cleaners can't be so bothered to clean things on walls, tables or countertops or slide things forward to clean behind them, then in my opinion, they are not a cleaning company. Or at least, not a very good one.

Pristine Eco Cleaning offers extremely thorough, communicative, and kind service! Eva was a pleasure throughout the process, from scheduling to completion. I will absolutely be calling again for my next cleaning!

I used pristine eco cleaning for a one time deep clean and I couldn’t be happier! EVERYTHING was perfection. They arrived on time, were SO sweet, and worked hard and did exactly what I had requested. There were little finishing touches like towels and toilet paper with fancy folds, they made the beds, they really truly made sure everything was fresh and clean. Their qualified employees are honest and reliable, and charges are reasonable. After each cleaning, they follow up on customer's satisfaction through phone calls. We have been using this cleaning service for 8 years. We have been more than satisfied every time they clean our house. They are super friendly, trustworthy, and do a fantastic job. During Covid, they have been extremely safe by wearing masks while they are in our house. Eva is a very responsive communicator which makes it easy to schedule cleaning.
