Kevin and Greg have a fantastic staff and really know what customer service should feel like. Kevin came out to the house to look it over and provide an estimate to make sure everything we wanted to have cleaned was included. On the day when it came to clean they kept in touch with us regarding the arrival time of their crew so we could plan our day. Then Kevin came out himself and took care of a few minor but delicate items just to make sure I was completely satisfied and when the rest of the crew was finished, the total bill actually came in about 20% below the estimate because they were so efficient. It's nice that they only charged for what they actually did rather than maxing it out to what was agreed. The whole house and especially the sections that required special attention were cleaned beyond expectations. I highly recommend this company and will be sure to call on them when it's time for another cleaning -- you can sign up for a biweekly or monthly cleaning program, but we just want to have them come out from time to time on an "as needed" basis and they were totally fine with that. It's nice to know that we have a reliable and professional cleaning company that we can count on anytime we need anything.

Our cleaning team was fantastic! They were thorough, efficient and the house smells fantastic! Everything is shining and spotless. I'm so looking forward to our next cleaning. I need to buy whatever product they used on our stainless steel oven and fridge - it smelled heavenly.

What with working from home and having the kids home...this house needed some help! It was easy to get a quote, no-pressure sales...I actually delayed nearly 30 days from getting a quote to calling to schedule (no pressure sales calls or emails). When I did call to schedule, they fit me in within a week. Got my first deep clean today. Three folks showed up, early (got a text warning me they’d be early well before they showed up) and they cleaned my whole house with special attention (deep clean) to kitchen and bathrooms. The place looks (and smells) GREAT. And now I can relax over the weekend rather than spending my two days off cleaning! So glad I did this. I would definitely recommend this company.

They are thorough, fast, come in teams of two or more, and are always on time. With other services I've used in the past,I really struggled to get them to show up consistently. Cleaning Authority is different. They are very professional and do a great job.

Very nice and personable. The two brothers, who run this business, did an wonderful job of communicating and keeping me informed. They are very good listeners too. Fantastic customer service and great work. I was referred to TCA by my neighbor, and I knew I had made the right choice before they ever entered my house. I signed up online, and they followed up by calling me and making sure everyone was on the same page about what work we wanted done. We foster cats and kittens for The Humane Society which means felines are a major feature of our home and required some extra logistics that they were happy to accommodate. I came home after they cleaned and it was like stepping into a brand new house.

Adam and Savanna were amazing ! They arrived on time ready to clean my home. Now every thing sparkles in my home. We have our home cleaned every other week by The Cleaning Authority out of Bellevue. The teams who show up are always on time, courteous, efficient in their cleaning, and very friendly! They go way above and beyond, and they leave our home looking and smelling so clean! We will continue services every other week, and are considering weekly service just to keep our home as clean as possible with our busy schedules! So happy we contacted with The Cleaning Authority!
