I’ve now been with A&K cleaning for two and a half years.

The cleaning professionals are always very respectful, and do a great job with scheduled cleanings. We have a preference for consistency in cleaners, and we’ve been grateful to get to know some great individuals with A&K.

Would recommend again in an instant

I've been using A and K House Cleaning for about three or four years now.
They are an amazing company at every step and in every way.
Communication: There are never any surprises and they go the extra mile. They give a heads up the day before our cleaning day and let us know who our cleaner will be. If it's not our regular cleaner they provide the persons name (or names if a duo) and when to expect them.
One time that stands out is when we experienced a pretty devastating flood and our cleaner was the first to catch it and even tried to help my wife move stuff. That heads up allowed us to save a lot of items.
Pricing is beyond fair and utterly reasonable.

A and K is the best and I expect to use them as long as they are in business and at any property I own.

The team at A & K House Cleaning has been providing us with monthly cleaning service for 8 months, and we couldn’t be happier. First of all the work is first rate at a very fair price. The staff is professional and kind. And the entire operation runs smoothly with great communication. They are always prompt to respond to any requests. And, they are proactive with anything we need to know from them. We trust these people to be in our home every month. They have earned that trust with great work done by great people! I hired Darwin and Atlantic Building Services for a final clean on a commercial renovation project I managed in Seattle. The space was approximately 1,300 square feet with ceilings over 16 feet high and a significant amount of construction dust.

The scope included ladder work to clean windows at that height, which they handled with ease. Darwin was highly responsive, professional, reasonably priced, and communicated clearly throughout the process. The quality of work was excellent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again in the near future.

The Atlantic Building Services, janitorial team does an amazing job! I have them clean our 6 kitchens at one of the main buildings at my work. It has been over 3 years working with the teams and every time they perform this work, the quality of work is always above par. In addition green initiatives are very important to me. The teams from Atlantic Building services, always work with me on how items are disposed through our waste streams and ensure green practices are implemented while cleaning. Thank you so much for adding value to my place of work!

I don’t want give any review because very bad service. They are not punctual time and not cleaning very good. I am waiting all day now is 5 pm no body shows up.

I have been a happy customer of Maria for over a year and a half. Very pleased with the efficient and friendly service. And very reliable. And flexible when service needs to be rescheduled. I have no reason to look for a different provider.

We are very happy with deep cleaning procedures used by Maria Housecleaning. We used several different cleaning companies in the past, but their cleaning was never as good as Maria's. It is very convenient and Maria Housecleaning are very reliable.

They clean our house every other week. They are professional and hardworking. Our floors, kitchen, and bathrooms are cleaned. We receive a confirmation call the day before and we have the same workers everytime, even after a move. Highly recommend.

Just had our first cleaning today, and wow my wife is happy that I hired this company to come help us out. Maria really paid attention to detail, super positive and friendly. Don't have to think twise about working with them again.

If you value your possessions - BEWARE!
First of all, this company offers a free cleaning to clients who leave a positive online review. So many reviews here are biased and paid for.
On 2 separate occasions, items have gone missing from my house on the day that the cleaners came. I think these items were mistakenly thrown away and I don't suspect that they were stolen or anything malicious, just a mistake. When I asked Maria Cleaning about it, they told me that it wasn't their fault and I just "lost" the items, which is not the case. The items were present when I left for work in the morning and absent when I got home. They refused to take responsibility or reimburse me. Oh, and I was a customer for 5 years - they did not value my patronage whatsoever.
It is standard for all cleaning services to have insurance and reimburse when items are damaged. It is completely against industry standards for the cleaning service to refuse to reimburse clients and refuse to admit responsibility. I am suspicious of their insurance coverage. Extremely poor customer service.

Suzie was extremely professional and prompt when setting up our cleaning service. The cleaning itself was very effective, they had sent a mother and son cleaning combo who were very good. They made our property sparkle clean. Great work both of you!

We have been using Maria House Cleaning Services for the past three years. They are prompt, efficient and do excellent work on our house. They are also flexible and will adjust to our needs.

I am a resident physician and my schedule is chaotic with limited time off. Maria HCS were able to accommodate my time restrictions and came to see me the day I called them and arranged to come out to my apartment for a cleaning 2 days later. They did a spectacular job and went above and beyond my requests to help me out around the house. I have recommend them to all of my friends.

We've been pleased with both the quality of the work and the flexibility of the cleaners to work around busy schedules and busy lives. They have excellent attention to detail and they are always eager to tackle a special task just the way we need it done. They are usually prompt and if a previous job has them running a bit late, they're good about letting us know. We also appreciate the pre-visit notices to our regularly scheduled cleanings.

We have been using the services of Maria House Cleaning Services for a few years now. The job they do cleaning is always top notch down to the smallest detail. They are always prompt, always detailed and have some of the nicest people working for their company.

Is there a way to give bonus stars? Five just isn't enough. Prior to using Maria House Cleaning I used a 'competitor'. They were late, wouldn't clean what I asked. Each week they sent a different team, no one was around long enough to 'know' my house and what I needed. Based on a recommendation I switched to Maria and this is what I've ended up with:

- PRICE: The price is great. It's less than what I paid for a service that wasn't nearly as good.
- PROFESSIONALISM: My team is on time - every time. Once, my team had to be late. I was called the day prior and given the option of another team coming in or having my team show up late. Maria House Cleaning explained the situation and gave me the option to ensure I was satisfied with the decision.
- CLEANLINESS: My house is cleaned, top to bottom - EVERY TIME THEY COME. It's not a good cleaning once every month or two followed by rush jobs in between. Every week, every item is picked up on my desks and tables when the surface is cleaned.It's not just a once over around items. Throw rugs are picked up and cleaned underneath. They don't push the dirt under the rugs.
- POLITE: Okay, I work from home most days. I tell my crew just to holler at me to leave the room when they're ready. What ends up happening is I get a gentle tap on my door and I hear one of them say, "Bruce, may I clean your office?" When I walk down the halls, I don't want to disturb them while they work, but when they hear me coming, they hurry to clear a path for me.

I've had two crews assigned to me since working with Maria's. Both crews were exactly the same.

Everything about this cleaning service is awesome and I would never hesitate recommending them to anyone else. Believe me when I say that if you try them, they will never give you a reason to change to another cleaners. (Just don't take my time slot or team.)

The cleaners are always on time, and are friendly yet professional. They do a great job and take care not to disrupt you (I work from home sometimes and we have a new baby in the house, and they're very courteous if we need any space). Would highly recommend this service to anyone.

Set up day and time by email. Cleaner was great, he was quick. Didn't receive an invoice and a little disconnection at the email about payment. Ways to improve: Letting your client know who will be showing up. Have a method of payment determined before service. Leave a card with contact number for closeout of payment transaction. Ask the client if they would like to schedule another visit at this time.

In quote said they would get the outside 1st floor windows for an extra $150. We opted in and it wasn't done. We messaged the owner and she said that was for the inside windows only, which they didn't do two of and they honestly did not need to be done. They did a great job on the hardwood floors with only a few scratches. Bathrooms were a 100% recommended. Said they were coming at 1-2pm and arrived at 4pm and worked till 8pm. We had to go out for dinner because they were cleaning the kitchen at 6:30. Will not be using this service again. They also didn't dust anywhere.
