Absolutely a lifesaver! They installed a ductless mini split AC system efficiently and ahead of schedule! The price and service could absolutely not be beat! Check them out for all your heat and air needs!

Gil and his team did a great job converting us to a high efficiency heat pump after our gas furnace quit working.

Black lion was requested for servicing the furnace. The technician entered the building without any tools, filters etc. Start to finish the technician was inside for less than 11 minutes (courtesy Ring videos). Considering the technician was supposed to wear shoe covers, go through two doors to garage, locate the furnace, take care of the lights, not sure if 11 minute is adequate to diagnose. Technician declared the furnace is not serviceable and has to be replaced since repairs will cost similar. I refused to replace the furnace. The technician left the door open with the keys in the door. I had to request my realtor to come and put the keys back in the master box.

We were sent a bill of USD 180 which we paid unwillingly.
