We originally reached to Innovative Air on Yelp and Paul was very responsive and visted our home to provide a quote within a couple of days for central ac. I made sure he was insured, bonded and lisensed. From all the quotes, he was the lowest of them all and he provided enough information on the initial consult for us to feel comfortable. When we decided to schedule the install, he was booked out for more than a week. This is still a lot better than other companies that stated they could get us scheduled 2 months later. He requests 50% down before the install and provides an easy link to make the payment. During the install, he came in 10minutes early from his expected arrival and left a little over 7 hours later. He put dropcloth down and got right to work. Once he was done, he informed us to get it signed off by the city. The city signed off and we made our final payment. I would definitely recommend innovative air!
