We had a wonderful experience working with this company. There was a small hangup with supply issues that this contractor navigated very well. They ended up working into the evening to ensure that we had a working unit. I would highly recommend working with them.

Ben came on a Sunday (very convenient) to repair my fireplace which no longer worked after someone “helpful” tried to light the pilot. He took the valve apart and found a jammed spring which was easy for him to fix and saved me from having to buy a very pricey new valve.

Sadly, we didn’t have the stellar experience of others. Long story short we purchased a brand new $18k HVAC system that only worked for 3 weeks. Nearly a month later, we are still without heat in the middle of December.
We originally had Ben and his team come troubleshoot our aging AC unit. In the end Ben presented a very reasonable financing offer and we purchased a new $18k HVAC system; Ben presented a pamphlet with terms of 5%-7% interest on a 10 year loan. Midway through the installation, Ben presents us different terms of 19% for 5 years! Ben’s response to our surprise and frustration was that he didn’t realize the original offer was no longer available and that we could just pay in full over 3 months and for zero interest. We immediately halted work and involved Ben’s supervisor to assist. It took 5 weeks, but we ultimately landed on 13% for 5 years.
3 weeks after the installation, the new unit started making a terrible noise and stopped working. Over the course of the next 3 weeks, Ben dispatched the same employee four times. This employee had very limited English proficiency, making it next to impossible to communicate back and forth. Ben would call in and act as a translator from time to time.
The tech first diagnosed the problem as electrical, Ben told us we needed to hire an electrician as there wasn’t enough power running to the system. We paid for an electrician, who indicated there was no issue with our power supply. The second visit, the tech found a faulty part on the new AC unit and ordered a replacement. On their third visit, they replaced the part but still couldn’t get everything functioning, so the tech diagnosed it as a wiring issue. At this point, I involved Ben’s supervisor again, as we’ve been out of heat for almost 4 weeks in the middle of December and I’m not about to replace all my wiring without a better explanation. Eli, Ben’s supervisor, stated it's only 1 of 2 things – an issue with his team not diagnosing the problem correctly, or the equipment. Either way, he promised it would be taken care of. Today, on the 4th visit, the tech indicated that the wiring is actually fine, but the thermostat is actually the cause of the problem. While translating on the phone for his tech, Ben tells us that since the issue is ultimately on us, they are going to need to charge us for the past visits. He also offered to replace our thermostat for an additional $500.00. Obviously, this added to our aggravation as it didn’t seem right that somehow Ben felt we should be billed for their failed attempts at diagnosing this issue in the first place. And that’s where our experience left off… Ben communicated that he didnt appreciate the attitude my husband and I have and that it's not their issue.
We are now in the process of hiring another HVAC vendor to try to help us troubleshoot why our brand new system doesn’t work.

For fireplace, Scheduling was easy and person arrived with a heads up. However, within a couple minutes, the technician realized that all the fix needed was a new battery and asked for $150 to replace batteries (which I provided). He asked for being able to diagnose battery replacement as his skills. They helped resolve so I give them two stars but i felt that I was cheated and held to pay more than a reasonable price. I would not recommend these guys again or use them again.

    VERY EXPENSIVE SERVICE

We had duct deep cleaning from this company. They charge $55 per supply air vent, $200/return, and $650 to clean the furnace. It ended up $2000+ to clean a 2300 sqft house for a 2 hours work.

Nathan came in and trouble shot the issue within 5 mins then he figured out it’s the wire connection problem what caused the fireplace not working properly. He spent another 5-10 mins to fix it and the fireplace then works back to normal. It was pretty efficient and accurate problem solving, I like that and would like to recommend him to whoever needs the help.

Great experience and would definitely use them again. We originally called for a gas fireplace repair but ended up needing a replacement. They gave us a very fair price given the scope change. They were friendly, professional, quick to respond, and returned multiple times to address some unforeseen install challenges, all without overcharging us. This is maybe my second online review ever because they were so awesome.

Nathan was polite and explained everything so I could understand the problem. He went out of his way to find parts and fix the problem before he left so I could have heat tonight. Very good experience.
