Excellent service. Answered my call right away. Fixed problem quickly. Even told me I could probably call the company that installed the heater and get it fixed through warranty but as I needed it fixed right away, I went through them. Ended up costing much less than they quoted me. I never leave reviews but I feel like this company was trustworthy and they really helped me out of a bind quickly. Highly recommend.

Completely Recommend! Installed central air. Very Professional and knowledgeable. Great price! Answered all our questions and walked us through our new outside and inside equipment. Kept the house clean during and after work. Love my new central air! Had them service my furnace when it stopped working several months ago, problem diagnosed and fixed quickly.

I was lucky enough to get a referral for Innovative Air from a friend. Paul and his crew are great. They are a small company with low overhead and provide unparalleled customer service and I have always received a bid that is economical.

I have used Innovative Air for a complete ducting removal and reinstall for my 1946 home. They also moved and installed a new furnace and AC unit as well as a tankless hot water heater. I built a DADU last summer and had Innovative Air come back out and do the new construction HVAC installs.

Always clean, always professional and in uniform, and a true customer service based company. I refer Innovative Air to all my friends who have had the same experiences I have.

Great experience a few years ago getting an AC installed, then it quit the other day, they were out the next business day to fix it under warranty. The fix took less then 20 min and he showed me what got clogged. Awesome company that stands behind their work.

Paul has been our HVAC guy for more than 3 years now. He installed our AC during covid, gives our AC and our furnance a yearly tuneup and has came during emergencies to check our furnance when it was 15 degrees outside and we lost heat! Thank You Paul!

I called this company in a pinch, as my furnace died on me in late October, and Paul came out the same evening to diagnose the issue. He had the furnace up and running within a day because he had to wait on a part that needed to be replaced. Excellent customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend!

VERY happy with the service I received! Paul was quick and efficient to diagnose our problem, and had the part ordered and installed within days. He also was able to help us with a temporary fix so we were able to stay warm while he was able to get the part. Very friendly, professional service that we will be using again!

My parents' OLD furnace stopped working all of sudden right before the snow.. so we had very limited time to fix/replace it. We called multiple places but nobody was able to make it on the same day except Paul. He is very honest and kind and his work is superior. All in all, everything went smooth and we are happy with the result. Thank you and we will gladly work with you again next time!

I'm extremely impressed by the quality and professionalism Paul showed in replacing my furnace. He truly went above and beyond what was expected. He saw that my pipes were corroding and offered to update those as well. He demonstrated how to change filters for future maintenance. I really appreciate the urgency in coming to inspect and replace the furnace. He and his partner were done within a few hours. I can't recommend him enough.

I am very glad that I decided to go with Paul to have my furnace and water heater tank replaced by 5 ductless mini splits and a tank-less water heater. I had about 6 bidders come out to give me a quote for the project that needed to be done. They were all very nice and professional and I have no doubt they can all do the job, but Paul was very down to earth, and felt like the most trustworthy guy out of the 6. Needless to say, his attitude is what made me choose him over the rest. Getting 5 ductless mini split units and a tank-less water heater installed is not an easy task. Not to mention, he also had to remove the old units, haul it away, and patch up the holes left from the furnace. I was amazed at how fast it took him and his dad, a crew of 2 people! to finish the job. They said it would take 3 days, but it took them 2 and a half days at most. The whole time, they were professional, punctual, great with communicating, and did exceptional quality work. It probably didn't help with the process that I was very nosy by asking him about everything that he was installing, and probably slowed him down a bit, but he was kind enough to explain everything along the way, sharing more than enough knowledge both relating and not relating to the project. After the installation was complete, he taught me how to work the units, what to watch out for, and what to do in terms of maintenance of the units. His explanation couldn't have been easier to understand. Working in the field of quality, I examine the installation very carefully after he left, and could not find anything to complain about. Thank you very much Paul, you are above and beyond.

Can't say enough great things about Paul and his team at Innovative Air! I have lived in the Seattle/Kent area my entire life and never thought I would consider having AC. However, the past couple summers have produced some ridiculous stretches of heat that make it impossible to be comfortable sometimes. We decided it was finally time to invest in a central AC system and super happy we came across Innovative Air. We received 4 or 5 quotes from various companies with an extremely wide range of estimates. Innovatives estimate was very competitive and they took the time to explain best placement for the unit, where the electric would run, different efficiency options, and even covered the noise levels of different units. After figuring out the best option for our home we got our price and set an appointment for installation. Install process was great. The team is clean, professional, and they test everything. Took a couple hours to finish and blended nicely into our existing heating system. We got a follow up call the next day to answer any questions about operation and ensure everything met our expectations. I got 4 bids for my new furnace/installation, and decided on Innovative Air. to do the work. Paul explained the costs and benefits of each type of furnace, made a recommendation and gave me an excellent price. I trust I'll be happy for years to come with my purchase! I highly recommend him.

We chose Innovative because we felt that Paul was genuine and honest when communicating with us. We had one water heater broke down and instead of “up-sale” that we replace the two 12-year-old water heaters that we have (one of them is working perfectly fine, and another company that we asked quote for did try to convince us to replace both), he did try to fix the water heater for us. After trying and failed the fix, he did not even charge us because he cannot fix it. We felt that we weren’t being tricked into believing that the water heater is beyond fix, and he actually took the time to fix it.

We were able to get a budget-fitting quote and they are onsite the next day to do the work. They are professional and quick. We would definitely recommend Paul to our friends, and contact them again when we have similar problems.

We had an issue with our older HVAC system completely shutting down and Paul was able to quickly come diagnose and repair the issue (just in time for this upcoming heat wave)! Paul is the best. He made quick work of an estimate and was in and out in one day installing my new air conditioning system and I my forced air furnace. His team even installed a power disconnect for me to install a hot tub! I love it. Fantastic customer Service! Paul the owner is very personable and quick to respond. His company has very fair and competitive pricing. They removed an old gas furnace then moved our service to the garage. They installed a heat pump and furnace as well as moved some ductwork and were complete in two days. I would highly recommend this company 5+ stars.

True to the ratings, Paul was very responsive and suggested a practical and cost effective solution that fit my mom's needs. I was not able to be at my mom's for the install but she was very happy with the workmanship and professionalism. Paul also called back to offer a revisit to help my mom better understand how to use her new thermostat if she needed help. She does not speak English very well so I really appreciate his offer.
