I had a utility sink/dog-wash station installed in my laundry room. I LOVE IT!! CTC did a super job! Everyone was so nice and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jake worked with me to stay within my budget, Amy helped me pick out tile and James was always there checking in to see how the progress was going. The sub contractors were all very respectful when they came in and out of the house. They knew what they were doing. They were efficient, got in and out quickly and everthing works and looks great!

Great company. Did siding work, door replacements, trim and gutters. All were done on time, on budget with great communication through the entire process. Will be using this company again for further renovations to my property.

Working with Cliff Thorn Construction has been a fun experience.
We primary worked with Stephanie, and her communication was top notch -she is direct with how we can handle drop off and pick up and what needs to be done. She is professional, friendly, and reliable, which has made the whole process of creating embroidery shirts for the company truly fun.
The professionalism extends to everyone at the company, everyone is so nice and helpful.

We highly recommend Cliff Thorn Construction and will definitely be working with them from now on.

AmyLynne and Jake were very impressive from the very beginning. They explained the process in detail and were accommodating to our schedule. Jeff and Connor had the difficult job of demo of the glass and tile shower and the outdated flooring, a little loud, of course, but done in only one day and not a bit of trash left behind. Jeff continued with sheet rock, texture, painting, and flooring. We could not have been happier with Nathan and Guillermo and their work with the cultured marble. Dave, Ethan and Julian were awesome plumbers. James and then Kirk were always checking on progress and making sure materials were where and when they were needed. The floor-to-ceiling sheeting to protect the side room and counters was especially appreciated. The floor from outside to the work site was also protected. There was one unanticipated "hiccup" for the need for a new water shut off valve that was handled very quickly and professionally. This project was not only completed on time but ahead of schedule. We were very pleased with the process and the final result. There was not one single thing that we needed to do. Our bathroom was clean and move-in ready. Every CTC employee and sub-contractor involved with our project was a joy to work with.

We worked with CTC Construction on the remodel of our home. They took a drab 70's house and made it a modern home. It is now safer and warmer than before.
Charlie Dotson was our superintendent. We couldn't have asked for a better person to work with on this project. His work was beyond measure and his attitude and attention to detail was spectacular.
We highly recommend CTC for your project - big or small.
We look forward to using them on our future endeavors.

We had our shower remodeled from tub insert to full tiled walk-in shower with glass door. CTC was the only company to reply to our inquiries. They were great to work with. We had a rough idea on cost before we started and CTC roughly matched that price. We did have a change due to a plumbing issue but everything stayed on schedule. Whole project was done in less than 2 weeks (minus the glass) . CTC was great at communication, through thier builder app. I greatly appreciated the builder/customer expectations form as part of the contract. I even got Christmas cookies when I dropped off one of the checks.

CTC Construction is absolutely top-notch. I know quite a few members of their staff personally, and they are all awesome individuals—friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about what they do. You can tell they truly care about their work and their clients. From start to finish, the team communicates clearly, stays on schedule, and pays close attention to detail. Their craftsmanship speaks for itself, and they approach every project with integrity and expertise. If you need residential or commercial construction done right, this is the company you can trust to show up, do excellent work, and stand behind it.

The. Home services departmen has a terrible customer service. I rented a machine to wash my house carpet an Caroline was rude when I choose the machine that I wanted not the one she graved. She was screaming to a coworker who was very sweet and tried to help us because there were no body @ the desk when we arrive. When we came back to return the machine there were a pregnant lady that even do I talked to her in Englis without listen what I said inmediatly told me "I don't speak Spanish" and also was rude telling to my husband to sign on a scren that wasn't prepare to sing with a descriminative actitud. We have been visited this store many times this month without complains but for sure "I'LL NEVER GO OR RECOMENDED THIS STORE FOR HOME SERVICES" HOME SERVICES HAS A RUDE AND DESCRIMINATIVE CUSTOMES SERVICE.

I feel bad about giving such a negative review to Home Depot as I have been a longtime customer and stockholder of the company. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been a really bad one, and I am not sure it is unique to this store or not, but this is where the issue happened. I ordered a patio door from this store, and when it was installed is was obviously damaged and did not fit. The installer, from Home Depot - or contracted through them, told us he did not think the door was right, but that it could "straighten out" over a few days. The door actually became more warped, and it then rained and water came in the house soaking our brand new carpet. We immediately reported the problem with Home Depot. They were slow to respond, and ultimately put it between Jenweld - the door company, and their warranty department. It took about 3 weeks, of calling and pushing on HD to get anybody to call me back. The door still has not been replaced as we are waiting for Jenweld to follow up on the warranty claim. Overall a terrible experience and if I ever need a door again I would NOT go to Home Depot, I would rather work with a good contractor in the area. Even if it cost more, dealing with Home Depot is not worth it!

Went to the Home Depot store on Duportail Street to look at flooring and to get an estimate for our remodel. Waited 10+ minutes for the clerk to find someone who worked in the flooring department and finally were waited on by a man named Roy. From the very start we felt like he did not really want to help us. We provided measurements for the room that we are remodeling and picked out the laminate that we wanted.

The whole time Roy had a very condescending tone. When we asked him for an estimate he told us that he could not give us one until Home Depot sent out their own staff to measure our room at a cost of course. Needless to say, we were extremely unhappy with the experience and will not shop at Home Depot again. We have decided that we will take our business to a competitor.
