I was mortified by my experience with this company and I will never recommend them to anyone. They collapsed in my HVAC unit by using it for a ladder causing extreme damage which then caused a large leak underneath my home. When they installed my siding they covered my exhaust vent for my stove and partially covered my dryer vent as well. During their time at my home my children witnessed the foreman and another employee screaming and swearing at each other to the point of threatening physical violence. Do Not Hire This Company!!!

We tried using Robert's construction for a remodel. They returned our $25k deposit after waiting two months for them to start work, claiming they were unable to do the job they bid because of pasco building code. They were professional, but wasted two months of our time and cost us some money.

Robert's Construction did an awesome job installing an egress for my basement bedroom. Poor Tyler and Joe had to use a pick-ax and shovel to dig a 5'x4'x4' hole in the dirt and river rock in order to install a new escape window. Thanks to everyone.

They were very business like and courteous. Had an opening due to another customer's illness and was able to do our job 2 months sooner. Did an excellent repair job on our siding. If you didn't know the work was done you can't even tell, because the new matches the original siding exactly. Would definitely recommend them.

I spent the last thirty years in the construction industry and as a homeowner I always prided myself in home improvement and maintenance projects but with time all things come to pass and my time as the person doing projects at my home have sadly ended so when it was time to replace my homes roof spring of 2022 I needed to find a general contractor, I was extremely blessed to be referred to Roberts Construction by a close friend. After obtaining a very fair price to replace our roof from Roberts Construction and obtaining a scheduled date for the work I was still a bit nervous turning over the reigns but the day before the work was scheduled to begin the owner of Roberts construction stopped by the house to check all was in order. He would return during and after his crews finished their work. The first trip verifying all was in place to be successful and upon completion verifying the target success was achieved. I must say as a young man I could have only hoped to install a roof half as professional as Roberts construction, the completed project looks amazing and as if it was their own home. I could not find a single remnant on the ground of my demolished shake roof removal or the project. The roof was done and site immaculate in two days start to finish.

This has made it much easier to give up the reigns to future home projects after finding a reliable local general contractor that clearly takes pride in their work.
My wife and I have since requested and obtained additional work be performed by Roberts Construction. We recently ordered new flooring for our second floor bedrooms. After flooring materials were received a young man from Roberts Construction first name "Steele” arrived as scheduled. My wife had requested the new flooring install be complete if possible by the following day with family members coming to town for a memorial service. Steele worked at a great pace and he stayed until the flooring Installation was complete a full day before requested. A big thank you to Steele for working so hard and giving us a day more to prep to receive guests and for the perfect installation of our new floor. I normally don't leave review comments but I wanted to make a point of it in this instance to announce my official retirement from home improvement. It’s time to pass it on to a company I can trust and that feels pretty good.

I have used Robert's Construction twice now, once for window replacement/installation and second for wind storm damage of my roof and house siding they removed and replaced and then painted. They were professional, easy to work with. They completed the work in record time. I would highly recommend this contractor for any of the services they provide. Well worth the money!

Friendly and fast. I recommend more then other places. Dawn was mainly the one to test me. I came in on my own for court reasons. Was not ordered by anyone, just came in on my own. Went for over a year every week.

I live in a newly built neighborhood that was set-up by TSS, and there is a broken down water truck next to my home that has been here for 2-3 years. I guess they've done an okay job making homesites here, but won't clean up their mess. 🫤

A sham of a business that preys on elderly people. Signed contact for a new house over a year ago. I paid a significant amount down and this is what I got...

Ultimately they took our money and never performed the work to complete the job. The workers are inexperienced in the craft and perform at a very low quality level. Promised windows by November then ghosted us causing frozen pipes and flooding in the house.

We hired Flaminco in Feb 2022 for a renovation of our home, with a completion date of May 9th 2022.
The job is still not complete. First few week or so things were going smoothly. Then workers started not showing up and little to no contact from Doug. He always had so sort of excuse for work not being done.
We had so many problems with this company. I've had several leaks in the bathroom because something was hooked up wrong. The quality of work was not good. We've already had to replace several things they've done. No permits were pulled after being told several times he was taking care of it. He brought a used oven in my home that was infested with cockroaches. I could go on and on. I stopped talking to him Nov 3, 2022 and never heard back from him.
I made a complaint with LNI and he had one of his workers come to my house offering us 5,000 to drop claim. We asked him to send Doug or or the owner of the company neomi to talk to us and never heard anything again. We are having to fix mistakes in order to permits. My advice is don't hire this company!

I observed Doug and his employee Angel string my mother in law along for months on a project. They promised a 90 completion and did nothing beyond fixing a power box issue (which required them to dig a trench that they left open for a month and a half and resulted in animals falling in and my mother in law almost falling in several times just to access her lawn) and make promises to come do work. There was always an excuse for why they couldn't show up and after 11 months of excuses and no progress my mother in law finally fired them. There was no return of her down payment and Flaminco (Doug and Angel) went silent with no response to outreach. This company is a sham and prays on people who wouldn't know any better. Don't be fooled, read the reviews and trust all these people.
