Couldn’t be happier with the way this whole project came together. I was a little nervous early on, after all it can be difficult to find a remodeling company that checks all the boxes. After my initial meeting with Josh and Hunter a couple months ago I felt confident I had found a company that would do right by me and my family.

We have an older home that had aluminum windows and old “interlocking shingle” roof.
We had two companies who came out before BN Covered did but they didn’t even take the time to inspect or really even ask us what we wanted.
Josh and Hunter took the time to thoroughly explain the issues, the solutions and answer all our questions

BN was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. Turned out to be a great value for the service we received.

Josh and Hunter made it very easy and the entire process was straightforward. We had the financing set up before they left the house that first day, a new roof three weeks later, and these beautiful Amish-made windows shortly after.

Communication was great, the warranties far better than the other companies and they made it something we could afford to do right away, which we needed due to leaks in the roof and the crazy heat blasting from the sun through our very bad windows.

I will be recommending them to my family and would to anyone else in need of some exterior remodeling work. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We used BN to replace 4 residential windows. Andy and Max arrived at exactly the agreed time. They were very friendly and professional. We told them what we wanted and the did not pressure or attempt to upsell. The price of the project was reasonable. The installers arrived at the time they said they would and completed the job in less time than they had estimated. Once finished the windows look great. Andy returned and did his final inspection and now we are done. We will definitely do business with this company again and highly recommend them.

I have been very please with this whole process from start to finish. From the first visit with Joshua G. and Aron who were great at explaining everything and making me feel comfortable with getting my roof replaced due to the serious issues going on with it.
I was so happy with the results of the roof I am getting my siding and doors replaced with them as well.
Can't wait to have the rest done !!!!

Jorell came through and gave a very detailed and thorough inspection. Appreciated his communication and the company helps you out with whatever you need. I've been communicated with Jorell prior to installation with questions and he's been nothing but helpful!

Update: After installation I can't help but be pleased. Gutters came out looking great and it only took about an hour and a half to install. Very professional and efficient.

BN Covered Exteriors representatives Jerrol and Gumaro were very friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the process and to really look our roof over from exterior and from the attic side.
We had our three layers of roofs over our 100 year old house removed which was quite a project. We chose the Certainteed product for our new roof because of the quality, warranty and training they provide for their installers.

Jorell was super easy to work with and very thorough with his inspections. Zach was flexible on when the project was started. Guys showed up when they said they would. Project was completed in two days and the roof looks amazing. Would definitely work with this company again.

My house was in dire need of new siding and so many places tried to pressure my mom into astronimical costs and bad financing.
Not these guys. Everyone we dealt with - from sales, samples, financing, installers, foremen, etc - were amazing. Answered all questions and concerns. They were super respecful of our home, our pets, and were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
Their selections were better warrantied than others we've spoken with and priced better.

Andy was great at explaining everything to us when we started the process of getting new windows. The installation team was so friendly and knowledgeable. We have worked with other installation companies and BN Covered Exteriors is hands down the best we have worked with. Thanks for such a wonderful experience! We LOVE our new windows and will share this with our friends and family. So happy that we upgraded! Love that we can open the windows from the top or bottom. Fancy!

Jordan and Jorell were very nice. Personable and knowledgeable. They were very patient while we went through the door options and made our decision.

Our new doors were installed last week and we love them! They look beautiful! And the front door lets in so much light which is a nice change and the sliding glass door is such good quality! Miguel got both of them installed in one day which is nice compared to what we’ve experienced with other contractors. We would definitely recommend BN Covered Exteriors!

We had our roof replaced and went with BN Covered Exteriors. Andy was very nice and throughly explained the process so we can understand. The roof looks nice and my neighbors complimented how nice it looks. When I first called BN Covered Exterior Missy answered the phone. She was pleasant, and very customer oriented.
They took 2 days to complete our roof.
I definitely will be using them again.

I love the looks of my new siding and windows, from the looks of it, to the color of it. I’m just blown away with how much of a difference it made. Especially the neatness of the work, I can’t find a single thing to complain about. I didn’t realize how much of my wood was rotten when they tore it off, but they replaced all the rot and the crews were very friendly. Hunter and Josh talked us into this project and I’m glad they did because it looks like a new home, my rooms don’t get hot anymore which is awesome. The siding installers Will and Willie were super awesome and respectful, also Miguel and his family installed the windows and they were also very respectful. Very very happy overall :)

They did a great job, super communicative, let us know what was going on each section of the project and worked within my hours. Also didn't sell me more than what I needed. I really appreciate that. I needed 1 big window and partial gutters, they talked about recommendations but didn't push for unnecessary sales.

Hunter, Josh, Jose, and his crew were all extremely professional and knowledgeable. They kept us well informed about the start date due to weather and updated us daily on their progress. The crew was quick, efficient, and truly amazing to work with. I am so happy and relieved with our new roof—it’s a great feeling to no longer have to worry about it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

They closed gates behind them so that my dog didn’t get out, feel relieved we don’t have to deal with leaks in our roof anymore. Reduced our stress and the clean up was outstanding. Would recommend to anyone that was a little nervous to spend the money. It turned out awesome.

If you don't know which siding company to put your trust in, we would highly recommend BN Covered Exteriors. Andy & Aron explained the company, the Hardy Board product they install, and all the points that put the company and Hardy Board above the others. We have had experiences with companies that promise the moon and don't deliver. BN Covered Exteriors proved they were not the run of the mill company. We never had to worry or watch to see if things were being done right. It gave us peace of mind. We really appreciated the respect they had for our property and how friendly and knowledgeable they were. Our house looks great and we are very happy with BN Covering Exteriors! They are top on our list to call again for our next project.
