Jorell and Jordan helped us through the whole process. They were easy to work with and accessible at all times. The whole process was fast and everything was done within weeks.

I had new shingles installed for the service from BN Covered Exteriors, and I am immensely happy with the results. It started with a bisit from Andy and Jordan, who were very personable and professional in describing the services, along with answering all of my questions. The team that performed the construction was professional and proficient, getting my house done first as to focus on the garage after the house was complete. All in all, it took two and a quarter days to complete. Now every time I drive home, I am kicking myself that I didn't get new siding and trim for how good the roof looks. Great team and clear communications throughout the whole process.

Nik and Hunter were terrific through the process of getting 4 windows installed into my house. They kept me informed about the financing process and worked with me when the best times to meet up and best time for them to install the windows. The installers were professional and cleaned up the old window debris. I am planning on using them again when I am able to get the other 5 windows installed. I highly recommend BN Covered Exteriors to anyone that is looking at improving their exterior of their house.

Max was a pleasure to work with. He is very personable and has great customer service. He did a great job answering all of our questions ans explained all the details. We really enjoyed the business talk and the personal conversation. A great meeting and he does great business.

We had a rough start with our roofing project, as we were initially unsatisfied with the appearance of the roof—possibly due to defective material. After several months of warm weather, the shingles did not lay down to our satisfaction. We expressed our concerns to Brian, co-owner of B&N Covered Exteriors, and we were immediately impressed by his responsiveness. In a world where many don’t return calls, Brian always did—promptly and consistently. He came out to inspect the roof himself, bringing additional experts with him, and assured us that, one way or another, they would make it right. His exact words were, “We will do whatever it takes to make you happy with the roof.” Both parties agreed to wait a few more months to see if the shingles would eventually settle. When they did not, owners Brian and Nick met with us and decided to remove the original roof and replace it entirely. The new roof exceeded our expectations—we were extremely happy with the results. They also improved the ventilation and, during the re-roof, went the extra mile by replacing several questionable sheets of roof decking. Project Manager Nik Vasquez was exceptional throughout the process, and Brian even stopped by during installation to check on progress. The clean-up was top-notch, and once the project was complete, both owners Brian and Nick personally visited us to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. This is possibly the best company we’ve ever worked with in terms of keeping their word and prioritizing customer satisfaction. We are very particular people and do not hand out 5 star ratings often. B&N Covered Exteriors are a solid 5 star business and we highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

Brandon and crew were extra nice very professional. I asked Brandon to help me replace my old ac unit Iordered new one from Lowe’s Moses lake. Brandon kindly picked it up and had one of the crew set it up for me. They also rehung curtains vacuumed cat fur that was under sofa. Took extra things by to trash. I am a two strokes surviver and have no help formovingitemsthat are heavy. They all were very respectful of me and furniture covered thing with plastic wrap it was very hot day they stayed hydrated. It was nice that these young men listened to oldies music!

Had siding done. Jordan and Jorell kept me informed the whole way thru. Very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. The workers worked through the rain and completed the job earlier than expected. Great experience. The siding looks great. Would recommend them for any job!!!

Install was super slick they were fast and super friendly and being a lady by myself that's important to me.

They also did my windows awhile back and that turned out great!!

We hired BN Covered this summer for a full exterior remodel — roof, siding, and windows — and they exceeded every expectation.

Joshua G. was helpful from the very first inspection, explaining options clearly and helping us design the perfect look for our home. His communication was excellent from start to finish. Zach, our project manager and his foremen kept everything on schedule, checked in regularly and made sure the site was clean and organized.

Awesome experience from beginning to the conclusion of the roof installation and the final inspection. I was provided with thorough education and information about roofing products, the roofing system and the steps of the installation process. I dealt with courteous and friendly staff all the way through. The installers were very Conscientious of my home, my yard, and my time. The project was completed on time. I received a prompt response with any questions that I had, even on a Saturday.

Overall we are satisfied with our siding project and the quality of the craftsmanship. Unfortunately there was a mishap when a roof leak was being repaired and we were left with a hole in the ceiling. As someone’s foot went through it. They had an employee that does siding repair the hole in our ceiling and it was done very poorly. He didn’t really know what he was doing. Which I know for a fact because he communicated that he “doesn’t usually do this”. We were told other employees would be out to finish the ceiling patch and that was never done. Overall great quality materials and we love the exterior of our home. Just wish there was complete follow through on all projects.

We can’t say enough great things about BN covered they were prompted with their work, keeping us updated on the progress of our door, when we ran into an issue with communication they fixed it and we had no complaints after.
