By far the best thing experience and prices you’ll ever get!!! The owner is the absolute sweetest lady got me in same day even though they schedule was super busy ( I know why now). The gentleman that came was super good guy and honest! They don’t try to upcharge you or make it so you have to have multiple visits! I’ll never go anywhere else! Hands down the best

This is by far the only place I will only use for pest control. They have great prices but more than that the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have used them several times and each time I have been blown away by their staff.
Also they have the perk of being able to support a local small business.
Best option in tri-cites by far.

Love Wood's Nursery for their knowledge and selection. Walking into their nursery is like walking into a well maintained garden. Their staff is great to work with.

The staff is knowledgeable, which is important to me AND they carry a wide variety of plants. This is my go to nursery when looking for new, healthy stock.

The nursery was well stocked with the plants I was looking for. Also there are people you can ask for questions and/help in locating any plants/trees.

Walked all around the grounds and even though there were many staff people around was not greeted the whole time I was there. Pricing high, can find better deals at other local nuseries...and you will get a hello too.

My this place is colorful, coming back for a weeping blue spruce and black dragon wisteria.

Love to visit this great nursery and garden center. Although this is 75 miles from where I live, it is worth the trip! Their selection is wonderful and the staff is very knowlegeable.

They have a beautiful place and the selection is the best in Richland I think. Great selection of trees and roses as well as a lot more. Very nice and helpful. Could have a better houseplants selection, however.

Last Friday or Saturday (3/19-20/21) we went to Woods to talk to them about a landscape project we need done. My wife met with Max. She explained that we needed help with a design of our yard, planting and an overall estimate. An appointment was scheduled for 3/22/21 between 9:30am and 10:00am. On 3/22/21 we sat around all morning waiting for Max to show up and he was a no show. My wife called Max at 11am and left a voice message. No one has returned her call. Good customer service, I think not...
