It's been a long time since I've been here, and I've forgotten what a great place this is! They have a great selection of plants, as well as lots of interesting items for the yard or garden (art pieces, fountains, etc.) Definitely worth checking out if you're looking to add to your outdoor living space.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have bought five starter trees there and all have grown into healthy adult trees. They are willing to spend the time with you to ensure you get what you need. I will be buying 5 more trees in the near future and will be going here.

Super friendly and helpful staff, large selection of good quality plants and goods, prices are a little higher than big box stores but you are paying for better care of the plants in inventory and the knowledgeable service which it worth every extra penny! Love this place and only go here now for the plants we put in our yard.

I love this nursery! Very knowledgeable staff, and beautiful plants that always do well when I bring them home. Fun place to stroll around as well.

After seeing the help wanted sign, not sure what I did or did not do. I know that this year I was diagnosed with a brain disease and have problems with one side of my body, I know that Paul asked me to come back and work for him. I know that i agreed and worked one day. I love this nursery, I really like the staff who work here, but I feel like due to my Brain disease i was not asked to return after that one day. It hurt. I want to believe this is not the case but I feel it was and I wish it was communicated to me. Now when I go in there, to spend money like I always have even before working with them, i dunno, it just feels different.

I still love woods, I still enjoy the staff there very much. They were great to work for last year and for the one day I did this year. Had really banked on the job, but that is life.

We buy most of our plants and trees from Woods, have been for about 30 years. The people are very friendly and helpful, and they have a very nice selection. Their prices are much better than the other very large nursery in town. Woods is remodeling their entrance and grounds, it's very nice now with a large covered area out back with lots of yard art, whirlygigs, etc.

Decent priced. Some things were a lot overpriced but friendly staff. Talked with the owner and he seemed a good man. Had 3 employees offer to help me with genuine care. The literal best customer service I have ever experienced in a nursery and in the top 10 for sure.

We went there for our first time, my man and I and they were so nice. We had questions, and they answered them. Once you walk in the place, it is so gorgeous with outside decorations and beautiful plants everywhere you go. We will definitely be coming back there.

My Mom and I have been coming here to buy our plants for years. I love their selection of unique plants. I also appreciate that they have vast knowledge of everything. Sometimes, when you ask questions at other nurseries in town, they look at you like you're crazy. Here, they actually know what you're talking about. I would highly recommend!

What a super helpful nursery, with many great plant/landscape options! Max spent un-rushed time with us, helping walk through our landscape design and what plants would work for our space. He was so personable and genuine and listened to exactly what we were wanting, he even gave us a sheet with a list of items we were interested in. Highly recommend they will take great care of you here! :)

This is a beautiful garden center. I was traveling and stopped in to look at their bedding plants and small shrubs hoping to find something different than what is available in my home area (3 hours east). One of the men working there asked if I needed any help. The first time he asked, I said I was just looking. The second time he asked, a few minutes later, I said I had some questions about where to find a certain shrubs and then I asked about a bedding plant that might have come in on the truck that just made a delivery. At that point he got very irritated, curt, and rude with me about not knowing what was delivered. At that point I returned the plants in my cart and left. I will never go there again.

I've driven past this place many times, but never went in until today when I called around looking for table grape vines... Boy have I been missing out
This place is the best nursery in the tri cities, whether you're doing for a small DYI project or a large landscaping project. They seem to have everything you would need. Combine that with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff and I don't think I'll be going anywhere else from now on.

An abundance of very healthy plants. Practically anything you could want. Prices at these kinds of nurseries always run a little higher, but it's worth it because you can generally find what you want. Staff is friendly but usually they are very busy helping people on the grounds so you might have to wait a few minutes to get someone to help you. But if you have something special you want for yourself as a gift I highly recommend this place.

My husband and I never had any personable and FUN time at a nursery until we went to Woods Nursery & Garden Store. Max was very helpful. You could definitely feel the happiness and joy of him knowing his plants and helping us through out the entire process to find the flowering plants we need for our home. Great memorable experience overall. Please come check them out!

The place is beautiful and has such an amazing selection but the atmosphere and "customer service" were awful. At first I thought okay it's just this specific person that could be having an off day which happens but then it was just dirty look after dirty look from every single employee and we saw like 12. I was so excited passing by and wanted a few plants but I'd rather not support them since they couldn't even pretend to be friendly. Like just flash a smile or say hi. I worked customer service and you don't need to care but atleast be polite. The service gets them a 1 from me since it was so uninviting but beautiful selection and care.

Came here to look at house plants. If you want to pay 3-4 x's the amount of money for common plants come here. You can find almost every house plant here in a big box store.

Woods has a large selection of plants that are healthy. You can tell they really care for their plants. All of the employees are very nice and knowledgeable about all of the plants that they carry. They are a small family owned business and you can see the pride of ownership. The keep their word. We have ordered many plants from them before and will continue getting all our plants from them!

They have great dirt, great service and they installed an amazing patio and fire pit for our family.

Amazing customer service. I bought a gift card for my son over the phone (I live in Utah) the lady that helped me was so pleasant ☺️ to work with and she mailed the gift card to my son....very nice

This nursery is beautiful, it truly is. The problem we had is they don’t guarantee ANYTHING. We spend $12,000 last year and all the boxwoods (8) of them had a disease we called and they said nothing they can do about it. We also purchased a lot more and all have a disease. Depot and Lowe’s guarantee plants for a year! A year. And honestly they are so much cheaper. We have so many regrets with spending money there. We always want to support local but this time it is wasn’t for the better!
