We purchased two expensive tree’s from Woods. One is doing well. The other tree started to look sickly a month after planting. Took pics, showed nursery. They sold us fertilizer and said try it. A year later the tree is clearly dying. We dug it up and the balled up roots were packed it clay so tightly that within a year there was no growth whatsoever. Again took pics, brought to woods. They were super rude and guarantee nothing unless they plant the tree themselves. Purchased an Azalea at same time as tree. Not thriving at all. Dug it up 2 weeks ago. Same story. Tightly packed in clay with no root growth. The soil I planted the tree and azalea in is like black gold so I know it was nothing done on my end. I did massage roots prior to planting tree’s and shrub.
My advice… go to Jobs or Mac’s in Pasco!

I don't know much about flowers or gardening, but I wanted to get a flower for a special occasion. The staff there was super friendly and helpful, and even helps me transfer it from the pot it was into a more decorative pot that I purchased there.

Beautiful place with a wide variety of plant selection, I have bought a few rose bushes and vegetables plants for my garden.
My only complaint was the cashier Keena was dismissive towards me she looked like I bothered her when i was checking out, didn’t acknowledged me, said hi or made me feel welcome and as a business owner myself customer service is my top priority :(

I would give this place no stars if I could. My 80 year old grandmother and my 60 year old mom went to this nursery the other day to purchase a hibiscus plant. After the clerk told my mom and grandma that she didn't think that they had any of those in yet. The man who my mom assumed was the owner I said oh yeah they do their way in the back and those two look like they give you some exercise. My mom says well say what's on your mind. Any proceeded to walk back to the very back. Play 80 year old grandma had to stop four times and catch her breath as she's shaking almost causing her to have a heart attack. But she still wanted that hibiscus that she ignore this man's insult and purchased the plant anyways. I personally want to dig up the plant and take it back and give him a serious what for.

A little pricey but healthy plants. You get what you pay for.

Friendly service and large selection of flowers! They always seem to have what we are looking for and employees are very knowledgeable about their products!

New to the area and had the opportunity to stop in, very impressed . I had the opportunity as well to meet Max. What I really liked was reasonable pricing. Absolute 10 star shop !

We purchased an expensive tree from Woods. Had a landscaping company plant the tree, 1 month later the tree wasn’t looking good 2 months later the tree died They were rude and guarantee only half the cost of the tree. Pictures and videos were taken.
My advice… shop other nursery, Lowe’s, Home Depot or even Walmart

I bought plants from this nursery and they died. I went to see about new ones, the man extremely rude and refused to even entertain replacement plants. I would recommend going to another nursery!

Made the 22 miles, round trip to buy a Lime Green Mum. Paid the not so cheap price, only to have that plant bloom yellow this year. Very disappointed. I wish there would have been a warning so I could make a better decision, save my time and money.

Nice and friendly staff. Unloaded my truckload of topsoil quickly and professionally.

There are tons of plants here and all of them looked so healthy. Owner was very helpful. I can’t wait to go back.

This nursery has some nice choices for trees& shrubs. We love their organic soil & fertilizer options. They carry a nice variety of grasses. They have onion & potato starts.
The walk through the sections of gardens are beautiful. Nice little gem, will come back again& again!

Bought a couple trees this summer. They called a week ago “when they said they would” and scheduled a time to plant them.
The guys were nice and worked quick.
Will be buying from them again.
