I have been a customer for approximately 2 years, and I find it incredibly convenient to return home and unwind without the hassle of cleaning the oven after a long day at work. This service significantly improves my work-life balance, allowing me to focus on activities I enjoy.

I hired the Hunny-Do Crew for a deep cleaning of my home a year ago and it was FANTASTIC!!! Letty and Mariana did an incredible job from the basics to the deep; oven, windows, crevices, walls, baseboards and more!!! It was worth every penny and I now have them come on a monthly basis for basic house cleaning!! Hunny-Do has done a variety of other handy man services for me in the past and I have always been 100% satisfied!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

House cleaning services are the most professional and convenient in the Tri-Cities. While the business can be done online, speaking with a live person is easy. I love it! Prices are reasonable and services can be customized.

We heard god things about tbe Hunny Do Crew from neighbors so we gave them. try. We had them do a variety of tasks. The 2 man crewwere very courteous and professional. We had them Repair some rotted soffits, Replace a rotted trim board, add some new trim, paint all the the house trim and garage door, install a microwave trim kit and Install new front window blinds. All done with qualitywork in 4 days as per estimated schedule.

We have used the Honey-Do Crew for several years now for many large and small projects. They are always on time or even early to show up. They perform excellent work and always clean up after themselves.

We have been with the Hunny-Do Crew for over a year and are really happy with their work! They recently fixed a curtain rod issue, among other things. They always come on time and are quick to get each task done but they do it efficiently. We most definitely will be calling them for any future needs.

Dale and his team have done an amazing work on multiple jobs. I have hired them for putting in closets to putting together furniture, to installing appliances. It’s been a great experience and I would definitely hire them again for any job I needed.

By far the one of the best cleaning services in town. The Hunny Do crew arrive on time for each appointment and bring 2-3 employees to clean our house effectively and efficiently and it smells SO wonderful when they are done! These employees are friendly, courteous and respectful of our house. And if you ever find yourself in a situation where you need to cancel or reschedule its no problem at all and I have had to do this more than once. I highly recommend The Hunny Do Crew!

My experience with the Hunny-Do Crew was so easy beginning to end. Communication was great, they showed up to give an estimate, provided the estimate in a timely matter and then promptly showed up to get the job done. They were flexible and easy to work with. I would highly recommend.

The crew was out today to take care of my list. The electrician was very punctual. He installed the socket I needed and was in and out in 30 minutes. No mess was left. They are always great about that. I also needed some things repaired that a previous kitchen remodel had done poorly. Those gentlemen did an excellent job and again left no mess. Embarrassed to say my floor is probably cleaner after their visit. Previously I had a 40 year old handmade floorlamp. The socket had shorted out due to my ignorance on bulb size. Not only did they quickly replace the socket on my beloved lamp they educated me on the correct size bulb to use. I have used Hunny Do five times now and couldn't be happier. They are GREAT! Just saw they do cleaning. May have to treat myself.

The work I hired Hunny Do for was completed, but it was not correctly done and they had to come back out to my house multiple times.

I had them complete an estimate, however, I was told that the project manager needed to come out at a later date. No big deal, we scheduled for a day at 11am. I worked in Connell at the time, so it takes me about 35 minutes to get home. I put in two hours of time off, but got a call that morning saying their project manager couldn't come out and we had to reschedule for a different day. I was annoyed, but things happen, so we scheduled for a different day.

The next day we schedule for the project manager to be at my house at 9am. I decided to take a half day at work because there was no point in going in then turning around. The day of, I got a call at 8am saying that again, the project manager couldn't make it and asked if we could reschedule yet again. I said I took time off to be here, is there really no way someone could come out. After a few minutes of talking to someone else, they told me they'll send someone out "at some point later today. We don't know when, but he'll call you when he's on his way." I took the rest of the day off, because I didn't know when they'd be in. Awesome.

I hired the crew to come replace stair treads, repair a fence panel that had fallen over, replace the tank for the toilet, and replace two windowsills. Later on, I asked if we could add installing trim in a specific area.

Three stair treads were damaged. At the estimate, I asked if we should just replace all of them, so that they match. I was told, "No, we're really good at matching the color. We can just replace the three." Maybe it was my fault for not pushing to have them all replaced, but I was moving and saving money was a great idea. As you can see by the attached pictures, they looked completely different. I asked them to come out again to replace the others.

I also confirmed different times about the trim. I was a little paranoid because it wasn't a part of the original estimate. Two different people confirmed that the trim would be completed. The trim was not completed the day of the job. I called asking about it and was told, "We have two different people in the office at the moment, and neither of us knew about the trim." Wow. Okay. I had to bring them out again to fix that.

The estimator looked at the fence panel and assured me that they could do it. After the work was completed, I was informed that they couldn't fix it, and gave me references to other companies that could. I was on a time crunch to sell my house, so that wasn't an option. Just please tell me in the beginning that you can't do it.

They came back at a later date to change out the rest of the stair treads. They removed the trim from the top step to install the tread, but left the trim off (shown in pictures). This was incredibly unprofessional. I emailed them pictures and they sent someone out the next day to fix it. They apologized profusely and said it's not indicative of who they are and their professionalism. I thought to myself, "Hmm. Right."

Finally, the last issue I had with Hunny Do Crew was setting up a date for the work itself. Originally, I was told that they would come out on October 5th, but that the installation items may take longer to be ordered. I said that's fine, but please let me know when there was more of a definitive date. 10/5 comes around and still haven't heard anything. I had to call in to ask about when someone would be coming out for repairs and it took several minutes to figure it out. Finally they said someone would be out on 10/12. That's fine. I'd be gone since I was moving, but that's fine. I confirmed the trim for the third time at this point and was told that it would definitely be completed (you already know it wasn't).

The work I hired Hunny Do for was completed. It took time, but it was completed. I see that they have amazing reviews, their employees were nice and accommodating, but I personally can't recommend them.

The owner Dale is a great guy to work with. Always thorough & honest on what does or does not need to happen. Austin & Daniel were prompt, courteous, & helpful on our home projects. So grateful for this company!!

I used the Hunny Do Crew for so many things around the house and no job is too big or weird. I’ve had hard to reach lightbulbs replaced to chicken coops torn down. The handymen are always polite, helpful and clean up after themselves. I recommend them to everyone

We had the Hunny Do Crew work on re texturing our entryway and bathroom. They were very professional and did an amazing job. Our final invoice was even less than the initial estimate! We will be having them back to do more of our projects.

The team from Hunny-Do Crew did an awesome job on repairing my privacy fence. They worked efficiently and asked clarifying questions. They gave me a Senior Discount on the labor, which I appreciated. This family-owned small business has done a great job anytime we call upon them. Highly recommend.
