We hired Clear View to clean our Mother's windows, as they had a thick coating of hard water stains on them. We didn't think they could be cleaned, but Clear View accomplished it! Mom's windows look great!

I scheduled Clear View for interior and exterior window cleaning and pressure washing. They didn’t show up. The next day they emailed me an invoice. They told me they went to the wrong house, however, the address on the invoice doesn’t exist in Tri-Cities. They rescheduled for another day. Shortly before that appointment, they called to say they weren’t showing up because it was too hot to work. Then they asked to reschedule three more days out, which was forecasted to be 8 degrees warmer. I asked them if they were aware it would be hotter and midday, and the reply was they don’t look at weather forecasts. I hired Perimeter Window Cleaning instead. Tyler did a great job; my windows were cleaned promptly and with no fuss.

Austin and Mitchell cleaned my windows. They called when they were on their way and arrived on time. They did an excellent job, respectful of floors inside house wearing slippers over shoes and very polite. Before leaving they encouraged me to contact the office if I noticed any smears they missed...Highly recommended.

I was looking for a company to come wash the windows and screens of the house I am renting, as they were pretty filthy and I had just moved in. These guys were reasonably priced, showed up on time, were very professional and communicative, and did an amazing job. They also have a hard water service, and performed that process on a window that had bad hard water from sprinklers. Everything looks great, and the screens are all clean. I will definitely be using them again, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good company to come make their windows shine again!

This company and its crew are top notch. From the beginning my requests and needs were attended to easily, clearly and most importantly the team (Fabian, Hector and Kyle) that performed the services requested were awesome. They were expedient, kind, courteous, skilled and knowledgeable. I will most certainly utilize their services again and expand thereon. They did an excellent job. How can Windows be cleaned without removing the screens. They were not removed. Even the ones without screens weren't cleaned properly. Also had the gutters cleaned. Hard job and done efficiently but gutter screens were not replaced properly in some of the places.

Your lack of preparation and not being in the correct lane does not warrant you trying to take the front of my mother’s car off with my 3 month old in the car. Do better!

We set up for them to come out quarterly. I had to call the first to have them come out. John apologized for not abiding by our contract. I have never seen them since. Do not recommend!

Normally an outstanding service that I would recommend highly. Lately, however, they haven't been showing up on time. This is very unusual. Also, they damaged two of my screens while reinserting them. When I noticed the first one they were very prompt about repairing it and reinstalling it. The second screen was removed several weeks ago and has yet to be returned. Not good customer service.
