John is a great guy and usually does great work. However, the particular employee that arrived unannounced at our house today proceeded to clean our windows and did not clean one well. We asked him to please reclean it as it was foggy and clearly VERY dirty and he said it was just from our irrigation. The window is 15 feet up in the air! He said in order for him to clean it again he was going to charge us more and was very disrespectful. To make matters worse after we said that we would like to cancel our future services he proceeded to stand outside our house and loudly bad mouth us. He was incredibly rude and should not be employed by a company we held high regards for. He is the reason we will no longer be using this amazing service.

Great Service and results at a fair price. They took care of some hard water issues and left sparkling clear windows. I would highly recommend this business.

Xavier and Tim of Wayne's Window Cleaning did an excellent and thorough job cleaning our outside and inside windows. They successfully cleaned a window that was difficult to access. They took extra care to protect items that were located near the windows. Very happy with their service.

They showed up on time and got right to work. Very polite and professional. They do a fantastic job. Absolutely recommend them. Xavier and (I have cancer brain and forgot the second man’s name - maybe Tim?) were absolute professionals and I’ll be hiring them again. Easy to setup the appointment and pay the invoice. Weston did a great job with our windows! He was working alone but was quick and efficient. We have windows that are difficult to see and reach but he located each one and took his time. I appreciate the attention to detail. He was a nice guy and was gracious when I realized I didn’t have any cash on me to tip him. Sorry Weston, hope this review helps!

I hired Wayne’s Window Cleaning in Tri-Cities to clean my outside windows. They are older windows, but Wayne’s made our windows look brand new again! I attached a photo of our large picture window cleaning and you can only see the beautiful blue sky, it’s almost like not even looking through a window it’s so clear now!

Well yes, the reviews are true. These folks are awesome. They clean nooks and crannies, make beds, the house smells clean afterward. It's too clean to live in almost. Almost. We tried it once and now do bi-weekly. It's great and highly recommended!

I like how the ladies work quickly and are efficient. Love their deep cleaning service. I now have them clean my home on a regular basis. So worth the extra help.
