Terrible experience. Called their number no one ever answers. Finally get a call back from someone speaking rather incomprehensibly (I try not to judge but it was difficult to understand them through phone and text). Breakdown what we need, day we need it. Eventually get quote. No date for service listed on quote so I ask where it confirms the date. They say I need to put down a deposit before confirming the date (a bit sketch). I give them a deposit. Ask to confirm the date. Don't hear back for another day before receiving a text they'll get back to me about WHEN they will come. Don't hear from them over a week. Finally get fed up and ask for a refund on the deposit. They say they'll get back to me to make an exception and of course never do.

Chose these people cause they had really good reviews (At the time 5 stars). Maybe they clean really well for the price but I just expect a lot more communication and care from someone I'm about to let into my house and clean my stuff. Have used much more casual cleaning services with better communication.

Really love Super Shining and their service. Staff is very friendly and personal. Always do a spectacular job and spent a lot of time on the details of the clean. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a clean home. Will be using them from this point going forward.

SSC cleaned my house bi-weekly. They did a great job. Every 6 months or so, I'd have them do a deep clean. They were always on time and respectful. I had them do a move out clean when we sold the house. I wish they serviced where I moved to, so I could keep the good work that they do. I appreciated the communication and timely replies if I ever had a question or concern. I world hire SSC again.

Wow. Just wow. I seriously thought that bathroom needed a total remodel, but after the deep cleaning, it’s literally sparkling. The tub, sink, toilet - everything. 10/10 house cleaning. I’m still in shock!

Super professional but also super chill. They showed up on time, got straight into the house cleaning, and left my place SPOTLESS. Even the corners behind the couch?? Impressive 👏

I was recently getting ready to move into an apartment in Richland. It rly needed some help before I could unpack. Cascade Cleaning did a move in clean for me and the place looked great when they were done. Cleaner was very friendly and on time. I’d definitely recommend!

We highly recommend Premier Pools they installed our inground pool with power hard cover.,that came out amazing along with hot tub. We also had privacy fencing and safety fencing installed.. Then to top it off is the artificial grass this whole experience has been wonderful along with comments from friends and family that say our backyard looks like a resort!

5 years with premier pools. The maintenance crew guys are top notch. Kelly was always very helpful. A double billing at pool opening for cleaning and chemicals brought to the attention of sarah and lexi has met with a poor response. Sad to say i have canceled my business.

Couldn't be happier with how our pool turned out by Brent and his team at Premier Pools. We were kept in the loop throughout every step of the process and they delivered a premium finished product. We've since been utilizing their regular maintenance to keep our pool in the best shape possible. In an industry clouded with spotty workmanship and iffy reputations, we're thoroughly satisfied with our concrete pool.

Very disappointed so far and they only measured for pool liner.
Employee came to measure to replace liner. Spent at least an hour, getting measurements. Told my husband he thought he'd got what he needed. Weeks later we'd heard nothing. Husband called no response. Went to store and spoke to owner, and found they didn't have the correct measurements. Machine was "broke". Sent someone out next day to remeasure. Apparently it was operator error. We'd been waiting for Weeks while No one bothered to let us know, they'd screwed up. Now they want to know which pattern we chose. It's all in the original paper work! Their errors have pushed our pool opening back by Weeks!
