Very disappointed. They did not do what I asked and charged me $200/hr! I tried to explain the misunderstanding to management and was taken to small claims. Just not cool. Apparently they're at small claims on a very regular basis, so watch your back if you do business with them. :(

Service was awesome. They increased our fire pit size and were extremely careful to make it so beautiful! Very happy with results of these three gentlemen!

Horrible business practice!! I hired premier pools to resurface my inground pool at over $50,000.00. Worst decision ever. It took them 2 years to complete the pool because they kept delaying. During this time, I walked out and the workers were sitting on the side of the pool enjoying a nice cold beer while on the clock. Once they finally got the pool finished, it was time to winterize it. They came out to winterize it and only got part of the job done, promising to be back the next day to finish it. 2 weeks later, they showed back up to put the cover on. In that 2 weeks, the way the wind blows, of course the pool is going to be dirty with debris . They left it dirty and threw the cover on. Following summer, they came to open it, Jose was shocked to see the condition of the pool from the way it was put away. He worked overtime to get it cleaned. Once again, promised to be back the next day to finish cleaning and never showed.
Now the pool is open and within just a couple of weeks of use the grout and tiles around the pool start falling off and continues to fall off. I call Mr. Martell, and he says he will have someone out to look at it. No one ever showed. I have called and they blow me off, I have written letters, no response. They are the worst ever. They shouldn't even have a license. They took advantage of me being an elderly widow and left me with a pool that is still in need of repair.

Brent and team has percevered and overcome many obstacles presented during the course of the project... a rediculuce permit process by Walla Walla County Community Development that drug out for over 4 months...a 100 year old cement underground cement cellar uncovered in the pool excavation...a 4 foot diameter stump that had to be dug up by hand...and lastly the weather as the project is being done through the winter.

Can't wait for the finished project!

Looked over our plot plan and septic plans. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough space to build a swimming pool. What we loved about him was instead of him turning around and walking out he asked us what we thought about re-landscaping the whole back yard. He talked about a louvered pergola, outdoor kitchen, fire pit. Planting trees and plants. We agreed. Once we came in to see our 3D design we were blown away. I’ve seen several of the custom-made pools that “Premier Pools” builds, and most recently, one he personally designed and completed for a close friend. I was very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. You can tell he puts real thought into every design, these aren’t basic pools. Everything is tailored to the client’s space, style, and needs.

The custom features, clean finishes, and overall layout showed great attention to detail. My friend had nothing but positive things to say about the entire process, from communication to execution. It’s clear he takes pride in building unique, high-quality pools and making sure his customers are happy with the final result.

Premier Pool does a great job at taking care of my commercial pools. They are reasonably priced, punctual, and have good follow-up.

The wife and I were looking into pool quotes. We went through the city and ultimately landed on Premier. Their quote was slightly higher than the others. Once you step in their building and see their operation it made sense though. We weren’t dealing with companies who worked out of their house. Or had the owner be the sales guy and build guy. I mean they had procedures in place and people in place to ensure the right communication. The whole process was a breeze. I strongly encourage anyone who’s thinking about getting a pool to contact Premier. This isn’t a car where you can pay cheap and just fix a swimming pool. This is an investment for your family. What impressed me most was their commitment to finishing the job properly. After completing the fence, the crew thoroughly cleaned the entire work area. They removed excess concrete from the wall and surrounding surfaces and even power-washed the wall to ensure it looked clean and professional. Their dedication to leaving the property in excellent condition speaks volumes about the quality standards they maintain.

While there have been some hiccups with staff turnover the past couple of years, I'm still giving Premier 5 stars because they are, quite simply, the best. They have always been fair when a problem arises - which is inevitable with a 50 year old pool. They have the necessary equipment to fix and solve any problems and only sell the best brands. I have been working with them for about 5 years now, slowly getting our 110,000 gallon pool moved into the 21st Century. From a complete replastering to new pumps and skimmers, a slide repair, new handrails, and new winter safety cover, everything was done professionally. Yes, their timeline gets shifted (all the things that plague outdoor construction businesses). Yes, many of the workers only speak Spanish (causing some communication issues). Yes, they tend to be on the expensive side (about 10% over other bids - but for our 170 member families, the extra service & quality is worth it).
In a nutshell - Premier is the best in our corner of the state and I always recommend stopping in for anything pool or landscaping related!

Last year (2025) we had Premier Pools replace our entire 18 x 36 inground pool. The project started out as a pool liner replacement and equipment upgrade with some extras (heater and chemical system). It escalated into a complete overhaul of everything. The old pool was built with non-standard materials and as such needed to be replaced. No one likes project overruns but end result was a beautiful updated pool that my wife is very happy with. Premier Pools staff did an excellent job in restoring our pool to a new modern day recreational asset.

This was one of my biggest projects of the year and I’m so glad I hired Premier Pools to do this right. Not only was their workmanship top notch, their communication throughout the project was fantastic and the way they’ve taken care of us even after the project shows how customer service focused this company is. I highly recommend working with them.

Two years ago we had a crisis from a big and sudden leak in our pool. We became loyal customers when Brent from Premiere Pools responded right away with accurate and quick solutions! We hardly missed a beat during the pool season. We were very impressed! Over the years we have worked with 4 different pool companies in the Tri Cities and hands down, Premier Pool is the best! Best for quick and dependable service. Best for staff. Best for resources. And while on that topic, Premiere Pools owns their own concrete company now and so they don’t have to wait on somebody else’s schedule to get the concrete work done.

I have had experiences with two employees - one experience was 5 stars and the other was a 1 star so I averaged it to three stars. The good experience I had was with an employee who was friendly and provided good info about a plant I was looking at and ultimately bought. The bad experience was with a teenage employee who was rude and completely disinterested in providing good service. She made me really mad and the anxiety I have had at the prospect of having to potentially interact with her again has kept me from returning to get another pot that I want from the store. I hope I can get over it because I really want that pot lol.

Great staff that knows their stuff. From tree types and sizes to how much bark or soil one will need for a project. Bulk associate Mallory knows her numbers to calculate cubic feet into yards depending on the project.
