All the workers we talked with were all so nice and helpful we talked to at least 5 and they were so knowledgeable. Such a vast collection of pots and plants and seeds and herbs, bonsai trees. Couldn’t recommend enough will be back soon!

It is an annual tradition for us to visit every year. We love checking out the reindeer, Santa photos and walking around to look at all of the cool decorated trees! They always look so beautiful! We love how creative the designing gets. The kids love to look at the fish pond too.

If you haven't stopped in this garden center yet, do so. It has everything you can imagine in a garden. Chatsgies galore. Bird houses. Water displays. The plants available all look really healthy and ready to plant. Signs, postings, smelly stuff, clothing, & on and on. You have to look up and down everywhere to see everything. Pricing is decent. We think you get what you pay for here. Staff are friendly and helpful. You need to check it out!

This was our first year doing the Santa Experience. Mr and Mrs Clause were kind and polite. All but one of the Elf helpers had low energy. The greatest frustration was the signage to the two different Santa areas. We followed the HUGE sign to Santa only to discover we were in the wrong place for 10 minutes. We would have known our error earlier but there was literally no one to ask for the entirety of the 10 minutes that we stood in line. The ornaments and cookie decorating is extremely basic: markers for coloring, 1 frosting and 1 sprinkles mix for decorating. We have been to free local events with more options. The Santa pictures are cute but they sent them via Dropbox which I had to then sign up for, download the images, and promptly cancel to avoid a monthly fee.
All in all I would choose taking my kids to a few Goose and Rev events and/or one of the other local tree farms over returning to the Santa Experience at Beaver Bark. -
I really like this place during spring and summer for my outdoor gardening needs, they have basically anything and everything you could need for gardening. And I love their house plants, I just think the pricing and care for the plants are way off. If your going to charge $279 for a monstera albo, it better be a dang good looking Albo, but instead we get this lanky janky sad looking Albo. $40 for some crispy sad looking alocasia frydrek in a 2" pot? No thank you. If your not going to take care of your plants, you can't expect people to pay these crazy prices. I can get a beautiful Albo for $100, or a beautiful frydrek in a 4" pot for $40 elsewhere. These plants literally look like clearance plants at full price.

Excellent service. Easy to order and leave instructions for delivery online. I did need to call and friendly gentleman put me at ease with my neophyte questions. Then I had to call to change where I wanted my bark dropped. Friendly and accommodating, again! Delivery driver called when he was 15 min away. My bark was dropped efficiently where I needed it on my driveway. I will use your service again. Thank you very much!

I love to smell the flowers and they are so pretty good job whoever made it

Still unable to receive help in the garden department. Stuff placed high on the outside shelves and nothing left low. No one came after asking for help three times! Why waste the space having a garden center if you choose to not have anyone in it? No one to order plants, shrubs, trees from. Just a waste.
-
Nothing special but they have most the usual wants for the area. The flower keeper gals seem to really care about the plants so that's cool.
-
People stare at you and give dirty looks but noone will offer assistance or even smile.
-
The Garden center employs the most friendly, helpful, knowledgeable employees!

Gals were knowledgeable and friendly 👍

I've found some great houseplants at this Walmart Sometimes I've found you have to dig around a little bit but it's worth it in the end when you find a good one! Pretty standard walmart garden center overall.
-
Low supply of house plants and nothing in the garden center really. Prices seemed to have gone up at least by half from last year. I can pay that price at a higher end store and get a better selection and product.

The girl that works out there does not provide customer service. She is on her phone. You have to find her for help. She would not even walk 3 feet to get me a cart. She does nothing. Plants are dead. Everything out there is a mess. If she is working when I go I leave.

The front end door lady harassed me over food an she accused me of stealing by saying "oh so you dont have your receipt" bc i told her no thanks so I responded after what she said I do but I don't care to show you. Please corporate if u really care about customer safety and more positivity within ur store you should stop having ur employees harass ppl who are customers if u say its a deterent ur store finna get worse ratings.
