My first time going to Beaver Bark & it’s my last. I’d give 0 stars if possible. I went to Beaver Bark to buy a few tomato plants for my grandmother. She is currently fighting cancer and she loves plants and flowers. I find the tomato plant section, grabbed a few I know she’d like. They were all extremely tiny. That should’ve been my first clue. I grabbed a few other items, then went to checkout. I had several questions about the plants & the girl at the counter couldn’t answer any of them. She asked her other co-worker who was working the other register the questions, but the attitude she was giving was not necessary. At that point, I was ready to get out of there. I also bought 4 big bags of soil. I asked her where do I pick those up at & she said drive around to the side, there’s someone out there that will load them for you. I drove around to the side & waited for 15 mins with my trunk open for someone to load the soil. Nobody ever came. I ended up loading them myself. I gave the plants to my grandma but guess what? They were trash. They were root bound and seemed as if whoever was watering them at Beaver Bark didn’t know what they were doing. Lowest quality plants possible. My grandma is trying to grow them but they aren’t growing like they should be (she's been a master gardener for 30+ years). After spending $134 at Beaver Bark, it was a total waste of money & really embarrassing to give my grandma plants that are bottom of the barrel quality. Save your money & time & go somewhere else!!

Usually my go to every year for herbs and a few plants but this time (and last year) was pretty disappointing. They keep raising their prices (I know I’m aware everything is going up) but the plants were pretty dry, I couldn’t find an employee that could help me, a few try to hide or walk fast away. I know the daughter in law of the owners, was working the counter and acted like she was too good to help. All the signs and stuff that they have in their gift shop, they order from Amazon and jack up the price. I’m just assuming they do that with the clothes too. I have boughten a few clothing items but they only last a few washes…I truly hope they try to train the Employees a little better, than just pointing to things that “I should try”

We love the shopping and decor, atmosphere at Beaver Bark. The designer is amazing, since Halloween is my favorite, it's a delight to explore when she decorates for that and Christmas. I am glad Tri-Cities still has a place like this!

Darlene was SO HELPFUL for this first time gardner! She helped me find all the veggies and herbs I was looking for and shared some of her favorite types with me.

Alex was very kind! He helped me load up 10 heavy bags of rock with a great attitude. He was efficient and super careful of where he placed them.

Easy to order online, set delivery day and time. Good communication. Be sure to order delivery a day before you need it because the delivery time was a bit delayed. I would use them again. Very friendly delivery driver.

I have always loved visiting this store. For my first time I purchased a $6.99 mint plant on Thursday, cancer treatment on Friday. Attempted to return with Jackie on Saturday, she was not pleasant by saying plant didnt leave like thar. I purchased 12 plants and only had one with issues , lease expensive. NO Return.

Oh my gosh! Their Christmas set up is absolutely amazing, and fun, and festive, and...ok, I really liked it. I picked up some adorable beanies for gifts but will be back for more stuff.

Third time going in and second time being greeted with an attitude. I help create wonderful gardens in backyards as a side gig for friends and family. I spend a decent amount of money every year doing this, and love to support local nurseries. We just moved to the area. I went in this morning to just look around a price things, I even spoke with my husband on the phone and said “I hope I don’t run into the same woman who was rude to me last time”. I didn’t even continue shopping because the lady at the front desk was condescending, and this is my second experience with her popping an attitude for no reason. First time I just assumed it was a bad day, but now I’m just noticing it’s her behavior. I rather take my money elsewhere to local business that doesn’t give an attitude when asking “how much per a yard of Garden Soil”. Didn’t know that was a triggering question for her to answer.

My happy place year round, but it's extra magical during Christmas time! I've taken my kids to see the reindeer every year. The staff is very knowledgeable about every plant and have great advice whenever I have problems in my garden or with house plants. The best selection of fairy garden supplies too!

They have beautiful flowers, pots, and other gifts. I absolutely love looking around and yes I do buy stuff.
I just think that the customer service is completely lacking. Not on the floor, but the lady's who work the register is qjust rude and worthless.

Beaver Bark is always so fun to visit and there are so many different types of plants. If you can think of it, they most likely have it! (Trees, shrubs, veggies, fruit, succulents, flowers, etc.) Don't forget to bring a few quarters to feed the fish at the koi pond!

Ordered a load of organic compost this morning and it was delivered by 3:00. The process was super easy to order online. The delivery driver confirmed beforehand that he was on his way and made sure it was dumped in the appropriate spot. Friendly and fast service!! The compost is beautiful, too🌻💐🌸🌹🌺

This was an amazing experience. The staff was so patient with my son and even went above and beyond. This just became a tradition. Santa Land was a pretty good deal for the price. The staff made every second worth it. Thank you. I still can’t believe Santa got on the floor😭

Stopped by today that poor reindeer with only one antler and visibly anxious, pacing and walking in mud. He looked very uncomfortable and agitated. I feel bad and sad for him. 😔
