When Jacob from Americool arrived, we were expecting just an estimate for the work we wanted done. To our surprise, the estimate was very reasonable and Jacob said he could install our new smart thermostat right then if we wanted him to. We took advantage of his offer. We were impressed with Jacob’s knowledge and professional demeanor. Before he left, he made sure all of our questions were answered and he went over his review of our furnace.

I know it wasn't easy diagnosing the problem on our system and it took 4 service calls. Still wasn't working after 8 days from original call. Called Campbell and Co and they had it fixed within a few hours. Campbell found that the new board Americool installed was wired wrong and that the $1200 Condenser fan wasn't actually broken. The Americool tech took the capacitor from our system too, so I had to buy that from Campbell and Co. Saved me $1000 getting a second opinion.

My AC went out around 3 PM today (Friday). I called Americool and they dispatched Justin. He arrived around 6:20 PM. He found the problem, fixed it and was on his way to the next job by 6:55. A very pleasant young man, efficient and knowledge. Definitely
will use them and request Justin for my future needs.

Professional, Friendly, and Knowledgeable. The staff understood our family's need for a new heat pump and came by that same day to help us with an estimate. We got a fair price and I would recommend them for fast, efficient service.

We have been very happy with Americool's service! You receive polite, courtesy with all transactions & excellent product. We use a Merv 8 - 16X25X4" filter. We order a case as it's reasonably priced that way!

Americool did a great job and was very quick to come take care of our AC issue. Called them at 4:45 pm and service called at 5:30 pm to let me know he was on the way. Jacob was outstanding and I won’t hesitate to call them again!

We came home to a very hot house did everything we could think of to figure out what was going on, but when we exhausted everything we could think of so we called Americool customer service. Thank you Americool for sending Jacob out to fix our heat pump! We had an after hours call which could have been very expensive, but Jacob asked me what was going on listened to everything I tried and worked very quickly and efficiently to fix the problem within the first time before extra charges came into play. Before Jacob left he took a moment to bring in a maintenance plan and explained it to us.
We have referred multiple customers to Americool and will continue to let our friends know about them they are very professional.

It is quite a shock getting up at 4:30, popping in the shower and not being able to get hot water! Americool was able to check out out tankless water heater and get us going in the same day! Very thankful!!

Techs arrived promptly at the beginning of their service window. Discovered the problem and had us up and running in no time at all. Techs went the extra mile to explain what the problem was and how they fixed it.

Christian did amazing job after he came out gave us a diagnoses “inspection “ for a house we where purchasing! Explained in detail the issues and how are systems operated.

Update 12/17/2025: Julio did great work for us today! Recommended simple (free) system setting changes to extend the life of our machine and showed my 12 year old how to remove and clean the filters on our mini split.

I just want to take a minute to say thank you for the service that was provided over the phone by Shelly and James, and the amazing in home service from Juan. All three of you took the time to explain the situation over the phone to me and give me some options to try to troubleshoot myself. Ultimately I needed someone to come out, and he showed up during the time frame that was provided. He was quick and efficient and polite and also took the time to show me what to do and how to alleviate an issue next time as well. I'm really happy with the service that was provided and thankful that my system has warranty for a year with your company. I only wish I had a tip money for Juan! Thank you again.

Our house had been without heat since Saturday, Julio C. came out, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had our system repaired within 2 hours. Highly recommend!
